1.Clinical Reseach of Yangxinshi Pill on ET,NO,CRP in Treatment of Angina Pectoris Belonging to Manifestation of Qi-deficiency and Blood Stagnation

Objective To observe the influences of Yangxinshi pill on ET, NO, CRP in patients with angina pectoris belonging to manifestation of Qi-deficiency and blood stagnation. Methods 78 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups. 40 patients in treatment group were treated with Yangxinshi pill, 4 pills once, three times a day 8 weeks. 38 patients in control group were treated with isosorbide mononitrate 8 weeks. The symptoms and the ET, NO, CRP level before and after treatment were recorded. Results Obvious drop of ET, NO, CRP were observed after treatment in the treatment group. The level of ET was reduced from (67.47?15.72)pg/mL to (37.97?7.82) pg/mL. The level of NO was increased from (78.24?13.81)?mol/mL to (96.25?12.72)?mol/mL. The level of CRP was reduced from (5.31? 2.02)mg/L to (3.42?2.17) mg/L. There was a significant difference between the two drugs (P 0.05). The total efficacy rate in improving symptom was 95%. In order to understand the management measures,technique abilities and difficulties in controlling and eradicating avian diseases in parent breeding flocks,the current situation of avian disease eradication in breeding flocks was investigated by China Animal Disease Control Centre in 19 provinces in July 2015.Questionnaires investigation was conducted and the feedbacks were received from 214 parent breeding flocks.This study summarized and analyzed the information of farm management,breeding resources,avian disease surveillance and disease eradication in these flocks,which will provide the basic data to promote the avian diseases control and eradication in China.
3.Correlation between homocysteine level and MTHFR C677T polymorphism in cerebral infarction patients with or without diabetes mellitus

Objective To study the correlation between serum homocysteine ( Hcy ) level and C677T polymorphism of methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase ( MTHFR ) gene C677T polymorphism ( rs1801133) in patients with cerebral infarction, and feature of rs1801133 polymorphism and serum Hcy level in cerebral infarction patients with or without diabetes mellitus.Methods Case-control study.Five hundred and fifty six patients with cerebral infarction admitted to China-Japan Friendship Hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were included as the case group while 275 subjects from medical examination center without cerebral infarction and diabetes mellitus matched with the case group.MTHFR C677T polymorphism was determined by pyrosequencing and serum Hcy was determined by circulating enzymatic.Chi-square test was used to analyze the distribution of genotype in different group; ANVOA was used to analyze the Hcy level with different genotype in patients with cerebral infarction, and LSD-t was used to pairwise comparison.Results Among the 556 patients with cerebral infarction ,TT genotype were 202 cases (36.33%), CT genotype were 257 cases(46.22%), CC genotype were 97 cases(17.45%).The T allele 44%, higher than the control group T allele frequencies 46.91%(χ2 =23.385,P<0.001).The level of TT genotype serum Hcy level (21.31 ±17.31) μmol/L were higher than CT genotype (14.88 ±7.71) μmol/L(P<0.001)and CC genotype(14.48 ±7.78) μmol/L(P<0.001).There is no significant statistics different in TT genotype frequency between Cerebral infarction patients with diabetes mellitus(36.77%) and without diabetes mellitus(36.44%) (χ2 =0.031,P>0.05), while the level of serum Hcy in Cerebral infarction patients with diabetes mellitus ( 18.16 ±12.90 )μmol/L is lower than Cerebral infarction patients without diabetes mellitus(23.47 ±19.53) μmol/L in TT genotype( F=4.652, P<0.05).Conclusions MTHFR TT genotype was related to serum hyperhomocysteine, and maybe save as the risk of cerebral infarction.The Hcy level in TT genotype cerebral infarction patients with DM is lower than the same genotype patients without DM.(Chin J Lab Med, 2016, 39:205-209 )
4.Application of Double-balloon Dilation in Percutaneous Kyphoplasty in Severe Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fracture in the Elderly

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of double-balloon dilation in percutaneous kyphoplasty for severe osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture (OVCF) in the elderly. Methods Sixty patients with severe OVCF were randomly divided into two groups, a double- and a single-balloon dilatation group,with 30 cases in each group. Regular follow-up was conducted at 3,6,and 12 months after operation. The operation time,blood loss volume,bone cement injection rate,and bone cement leakage rate were recorded. The visual analog score (VAS),Oswestry disability index (ODI),vertebral anterior height,and kyphosis Cobb angle were used to evaluate efficacy. Results No significant differences in operation time and bleeding volume were found between the 2 groups (P > 0.05). The amount of bone cement injection in the double-balloon dilatation group was more than that in the single-balloon dilatation group (P < 0.05). The bone cement leakage rate was lower in the double-balloon dilatation group,but the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). No significant differences in VAS score and ODI were found between the 2 groups at 1 day and 3,6,and 12 months after operation (P >0.05),but with significant differences in the anterior vertebral height and kyphosis Cobb angle (P < 0.05). During the follow-up,2 cases of complication occurred in the double-balloon dilatation group,but 6 cases of complication occurred in the single-balloon dilatation group. Conclusion Double-balloon dilation in percutaneous kyphoplasty for elderly patients with severe OVCF can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms and reduce complications,which is an effective method for the treatment of severe OVCF.
5.Effects of fructose-1, 6-diphosphate pretreatment on lung injury induced by hepatic cold ischemia-reperfusion in rats

Objective To evaluate the effects of fructose-1 ,6-diphosphate (FDP) pretreatment on lung injury induced by hepatic cold liver ischemia-reperfusion in rats .Methods Eighteen healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 3 groups (n= 6 each) using a random number table :sham operation group (S group) ,hepatic cold liver ischemia-reperfusion model group (M group) ,and FDP pretreatment group (FP group) . The animals were anesthetized with intraperitoneal chloral hydrate and kept spontaneous breathing .Laparotomy was performed ,and the related blood vessels were only isolated in group S .Hepatic cold ischemia-reperfusion was induced in M and FP groups .In FP group ,FDP 250 mg/kg was injected via the caudal vein at 15 min before skin incision .At 6 h of reperfusion ,the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) was collected to detect the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) ,interleukin-10 (IL-10) and nitric oxide (NO) by ELISA .Lungs were removed for microscopic examination of the pathological changes by light microscopy .Real-time PCR was used to detect the expression of iNOS mRNA .Results Compared with S group , the levels of TNF-α and NO in BALF were significantly increased , the expression of iNOS mRNA was up-regulated , and the level of IL-10 in BALF was decreased in M and FP groups ( P<0.05 ) .Compared with M group ,the levels of TNF-αand NO in BALF were significantly decreased ,the expression of iNOS mRNA was down-regulated ,and the level of IL-10 in BALF was increased in FP group ( P<0.05 ) .The pathological changes of lungs were significantly attenuated in FP group as compared with M group .Conclusion FDP pretreatment can obviously attenuate lung injury induced by hepatic cold ischemia-reperfusion in rats ,and inhibition of iNOS expression ,reduction of NO synthesis ,and decrease in inflammatory responses are involved in the mechanism .

As one of the research directions of novel dietary adjuvant treatment for heart diseases,ketogenic diet has the advantages of improving risk factors,inhibiting ventricular remodeling,and pro-tecting the heart.This paper reviews and summarizes the research achievements of the effect of keto-genic diet on heart diseases and cardiovascular risk factors,elaborates the heart-related mechanism from multiple perspectives,analyzes its positive impacts on reducing cardiovascular disease risk factors and treating heart-related diseases,and summarizes the adverse reactions and contraindications of keto-genic diet,so as to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of heart diseases.

ABSTRACTOBJECTIVE To observe the effects of Buxin Ruanmai granules BXRM serum on AngiotensinⅡAngⅡ?in-duced oxidative damage related indicatorssuch as SODNADPH MDAp40phoxp47 phox and p67 phoxin HUVEC.METHODS Rats were randomly divided into normal groupValsartan group and BXRM groupeach group of 10and lavaged for 6 weeks.Drug serum were prepared from arterial blood.Then 10-6 mol/L Ang Ⅱ induced HUVEC damage and apoptosis mod-el of human umbilical vein endothelial cells was establishedand drug serum was used to intervene.SOD were determined by xanthinoxidase.NADPH was determined by ELISA.MDA was determined by thibabituric acid method.The expression of p40phoxp47phox and p67phox in cell membrane and cytoplasm of HUVEC were determined by Western blot.RESULTS After HUVECs were damaged by 10-6 mol/L Ang Ⅱthe content of SOD decreased NADPH and MDA increased and p40phoxp47phox and p67phox transferred to the membrane of HUVECs.Howeverthe content of SOD increasedNADPH and MDA de-creasedand p40phoxp47phox and p67 phox were inhibited to transfer to the membraneafter the medication of BXRM serum. CONCLUSION BXRM serum can inhibited the oxidation of AngⅡ induced HUVEC damage and prevent arteriosclerosis.

9.The influencing factors of cognitive function in coal workers

Objective To explore the influencing factors of coal workers''''cognitive function. Meth-ods There was a physical examination on 3205 workers in the coal mine enterprise.The physical examina-tion included height,weight,blood pressure,blood routine examination and routine urine test,and Mini Men-tal State Examination (MMSE) was used to evaluate the cognitive function.The coal workers were divided in-to cognitive dysfunction group (84 cases) and cognitive function normal group (3121 cases) according to MMSE scores.Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of cognitive function. Results The prevalence of cognitive dysfunction was 2. 62% in coal workers. The age of the cognitive dys-function group(47.27±8.24) was significantly higher than that in the cognitive function normal group (41.39 ±8.65)(P<0.05),and the degree of culture in cognitive dysfunction group was significantly lower than those in the cognitive function normal group (χ2= 46. 610, P<0. 01 ) . The low density lipoprotein cholesterol ((2.72±0.65)mmol/L),urine pH(5.54±1.51) in the cognitive dysfunction group were significantly lower than those in the cognitive function normal group((2.89±0.73)mmol/L,(5.92±1.28))(P<0.05). The lo-gistic regression analysis showed that age, culture level, BMI, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, urine pH were the impacting factors of cognitive dysfunction. Conclusion Cognitive dysfunction is influenced by age, culture level,BMI and low density lipoprotein cholesterol. The higher of the age and the lower of the culture level,BMI,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,urine pH,the more vulnerable to cognitive dysfunction.
10.Study on the Prescription and Syndrome Law of TCM in the Treatment of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease Based on Latent Structure Model and Association Rules

Objective To explore prescription and syndrome law of TCM in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD);To provide reference for clinical medication.Methods The relevant literature on the treatment of NAFLD with TCM was retrieved from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data and CBM from the establishment of the databases to October 31,2023.Excel 2019,Lantern 5.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 software were used to analyze the latent structure model,association rules and frequency statistics of high-frequency drugs(≥3%)to explore the prescription and syndrome law of TCM in the treatment of NAFLD.Results A total of 453 prescriptions were included,involving 260 kinds of Chinese materia medica,with a cumulative frequency of 4 910 times.The high-frequency drugs were Crataegi Fructus,Salviea Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Alismatis Rhizoma,Bupleuri Radix,Poria and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,etc.The efficacy categories were mainly tonic medicine,diuretic dampness medicine,blood circulation-activating and stasis-resolving medicine,heat-clearing medicine and qi-regulating medicine.The latent structure model obtained 12 latent variables,24 latent classes,and 7 comprehensive clustering models.The commonly used prescriptions were Erchen Decoction,Yinchenhao Decoction,Danggui Shaoyao Powder,Sini Powder,Sijunzi Decoction,Weiling Decoction,Zhuyu Decoction and Dihuang Decoction categorized formula.Conclusion NAFLD is the syndrome of deficiency in root and excess in superficiality.Spleen deficiency is the root cause,phlegm,dampness,heat and blood stasis are the symptoms.In clinical practice,it is mainly based on tonifying qi and spleen,cooperating with the methods of resolving phlegm,eliminating dampness,clearing heat and activating blood circulation.
