China Pharmacy 2001;0(10):-
OBJECTIVE: To probe into the status quo of cardiovascular drug-induced ADR and to provide reference for clinical utilization and ADR monitoring. METHODS: A total of 215 ADR cases of our hospital during 2003~2008 collected from electronic reporting system were classified, analyzed and evaluated. RESULTS: 84 kinds of drugs were involved, of which adrenergic agent occupied the dominant place (n=78), followed by calcium antagonists, anticoagulant, fibrinolytic agents and AT1R bloker. 18 cases induced by TCM involved 9 kind of Chinese patent drug. The first 3 drugs that involved in term of frequency of ADR were buflomedil, amlodipine and alprostadil. The main clinic manifestations of ADRs were lesion of skin and its appendants, psychological system and digestive system. CONCLUSION: More attention should be paid to safety of long-term prescription in such chronic disease and cardiovascular drug-induced ADR monitoring.
3.GUN-SHOT INJURIES OF MANDIBLE AND SOFT TISSUES: EARLY-STAGE REPAIR AND HISTOIOPATHOLO-GICAL CHANGES
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1985;0(05):-
The purpose of this study was to determine the debriding scope of soft tissues in gunshot wound, and to compare the feasibility of one-stage bone graft transfer between nonvascularized and vascularized bone grafts in 16 dogs. The results demonstrated that it was not accurate to excise the soft tissue till bleeding or to excise only 1cm around the trajectory. The major reasons for the failure of bone transplantation were wound infection, oral open wound, and subsequent infectious myelitis and formation of fistula. Both the nonvascularized and vascularized bone grafts survived at the early stage. The transplanted bone served as bone bridge, and induced the formation of new bone. The bone defect was repaired by membranous bone formation.
4.Analysis of the level of Serum 1,25-Dihydroxy Cholecalciferol in 30 children with Endogenous Hyperphosphatemia
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(6):774-775
Objective To explore the effect of the level of 1,25-Dihydroxy Cholecalciferol in 30 cases of children with endogenous hyperphosphatemia. Methods Using fasting blood and OLPUMS AU400, determination of phosphorus by Phosphomolybdate ultraviolet France, determination of serum calcium by methyl thymol blue spectrophotometry (MTB) colorimetric, Determination of 1,25 (OH)2D3 levels in 30 cases of high-phosphorus blood group and 30 cases of normal serum phosphate group by Ydioimmunoassay. Results The phosphorus and calcium phosphate product in hyperphosphatemia group is significantly higher than the normal serum phosphate group. The difference is statistically significant. The calcium is slightly lower than the normal serum phosphate in hyperphosphatemia group, The difference is not significant ( P > 0. 05 ). The 1,25 (OH)2D3 of hyperphosphatemia group is significantly lower than the normal serum phosphate group. The difference ia statistically significant( P < 0. 01 ). Conclusion Hyperphosphatemia can inhibit the synthesis of 1,25 (OH)2D3.

Every their base values before induction every determining ralues, after induction, and after tracheal intubatton were controlled and statistical an alyzed. Results: Each value after induction and after tra cheal intubatton were lower than their base value (P<0.05) in two groups, respectirely. The declining ranges of SBP, DBP, HR after induction and after trac heal intubatton in group Ⅱ were lower than that in group Ⅰ, there was a signif icant difference between both groups (P<0.05). Conclusion:There is a certain using importance that general anaesthesia induced with disoprivan combined with ephedrine 0.075 mg·kg-1to be used for elder patients.
6.Changing status of genitourinary cancer in recent 50 years
Chinese Journal of Urology 1994;0(02):-
Objective As economy in China growing fast, it will in turn bring changes on the status of genitourinary cancer inpatients. Methods A survey has been made of urological inpatients from January 1951 to December 2000 in the Institute of Urology of Peking University to find the changing status of genitourinary cancer in the recent 50 years. Results From January 1951 to December 2000, there were 28 521 urological inpatients. The cancer patient in the first and second 25 years constituted 19.5% and 28.2% respectively. Since 1970s renal cancer and prostate cancer increased dramatically from 10.4% to 28.7% and 3.3% to 13.4% respectively. Conclusions The introduction of new diagnostic techniques, the expansion of the aged population and a high fat diet are considered to be responsible for this change.
7.ZINC, COPPER AND IRON CONTENTS OF HAIR IN DIFFERENT AGES AND SEXES OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENT
Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(03):-
Zinc, copper and iron contents of pooled hair samples of primary and secondary school pupils in Beijing City were determined and their relations with the age and sex of the pupils were discussed. The zinc content of the hair varied with the age of the pupils more significantly than the copper and iron content, and therefore, it might be taken as an indicator of the physical development of the pupils.
8.The effect of Helicobacter pyiori infecton on the function of antral G cell in patients with active duodenal ulcer and functional dyspepsia
Chinese Journal of Digestion 2000;20(3):188-190
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection on the func-tion of antral G cell in patients with active duodenal ulcer (DU) and functional dyspepsia (FD). Methods According to the status of H. pylori, 77 patients with active DU were randomly divided into three groups:group A, 51 cases whom H. pylori successfully eradicated (male 37 and female 14, with mean age of 35.2± 12.6); group B, 12 cases remained H. pylori positive after eradication therapy (male 9 and female 3, 34.5± 10.3) and group C, 14 H. pylori-negative patients (male 9 and female 5, 37.5 ± 11.8). Twenty-five H.pylori-eradicated FD patients served as controls (male 15 and female 10, 38.1 ± 12.6). Before and one month after therapy gastroendoscopy was performed and antral mucosa specimens were taken to detect the number of G cell (immunohistochemistry) and the expression of gastrin gene (RT-PCR with addition of α-32p-dATP).The plasma gastrin concentrations were also measurece by RIA. ResultsUlcer healed in all DU patients after the therapy. There was no significantly difference in G cell number among the four groups. Before therapy ex-pression levels of gastrin gene were significantly higher in all DU patients (group A 424.5 ± 151.6, group B 435.1 ± 113.8, group C 368.0 ± 184.3) than in FD patients (group D 215.8 ± 94.9 Bq, P < 0.01 ). How-ever, there was not different between those in H. pylori-positive and H. pylori-negative DU patients ( P >0.05). Gastrin concentrations and its gene expression levels in DU patients tended to decrease after therapy but the difference was not significant no matter H. pylori was eradicated or not. However in FD patients (group D) they were decreased after H. pylori eradication (P < 0.05). Although gastrin levels in FD were similar to that in DU patients before the therapy, it was significantly decreased in FD than in DU after H. py-lori eradication (P<0.001). There was a positive relationships between plasma gastrin concentrations and its gene expression level in antral mucosa ( P < 0.05). ConclusionH. pylori infection does not affect antral G cell number but stimulates gastrin gene expression and gastrin release, which decreases after H. pylori eradica-tion. So, it can conclude that H. pylori infection and ulcer per se may affect the function of antral G cells.
9.Optimization of Three-dimensional Ultrashort Echo Time Magnetic Resonance Imaging at a Low Field.
Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2015;32(6):1239-1243
Conventional magnetic resonance (MR) pulse sequences typically have an echo time (TE) of 1 ms or longer, providing an excellent contrast between different soft tissues. However, some short T2 tissues appear dark in conventional MR images because the signal from these tissues has decayed to nearly zero before the center of k-space is acquired. Because of the ability of directly imaging short T2 tissues, ultrashort echo time technique has been widely studied in recent years. An overwhelming majority of the studies were carried out at high fields, while many low- field scanner systems are still used in developing countries. To investigate the effects of the delay between analog-to-digital converter sampling and the readout gradient, the TE of the second echo used to calculate the R2 * map, and the undersampling ratio on the results of three-dimensional (3D) ultrashort echo time imaging at a low field, we implemented a 3D ultrashort echo time sequence on a 0. 35T scanner. Different parameters were used and the reconstructed images and R2 * maps were compared. Images reconstructed with slightly varying delays appeared quite different. Different contrast between short and long T2 tissues were found in R2 * maps calculated with different echoes. The result of undersampling study indicated that excessive undersampling could cause unwanted blurring, making it difficult to better visualize the short T2 tissues in the R2 * map. The results suggested that cautions should be taken in the choice of these parameters in 3D ultrashort echo time imaging. Short T2 tissues can be visualized with appropriate imaging parameters at this low field.

10.The practice and experience on compilation of digital textbook Human Parasitology
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2014;(8):841-843,844
The planned digital textbook Human Parasitology, the first of its kind, published by People's Medical Publishing House is an important medical education effort that features the inte-gration of digital resources. This paper introduces the digital textbook construction goal, namely using paper-based textbook for five-year undergraduates as blueprint to reasonably display the digital re-sources based on the features of the discipline. The advantages of this digital approach over traditional paper-based textbook in demonstrating parasitic morphology, lifecycle, pathogenesis, diagnosis, epi-demiology and control are discussed. Valuable experiences in planning and constructing this digital textbook are to be shared.
