Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasonic elastography for diagnosis of chronic nonspecific low back pain. Methods From March to September, 2016, 32 patients diagnosed as chronic nonspecific low back pain and other 32 healthy people (controls) were measured lumbar erector spinae with ultrasonic elastography, and calculated Yang's modulus. The correlation between Yang's modulus and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) or Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) score in the patients were investigated with Pearson's analysis. Re-sults There was no significant difference in Yang's modulus between bilateral lumbar erector spinae in both the patients and the controls (t<1.849, P>0.05), but it was more in the patients than in the controls (t=9.931, P<0.001). The Yang's modulus was positively correlated with VAS score in the patients (r=0.614, P<0.001), but not with the JOA score (r=-0.243, P=0.180). Conclusion Ultrasonic elastography can be applied to differentiate low back pain from the healthy, and measure the intensity of pain.

Objective To investigate the significance of CD44v6 expression in acute leukemia( AL) and it's relation with the prognosis of AL. Methods Sixty AL patients were treated by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA)as initial treatment group. Fourty-seven cases were remission as remission group, and 20 cases with no-remission group. Meanwhile,45 healthy people were served as the control group. The level of CD44v6 was measured by ELISA. Results The serum CD44v6 in initial treatment patients, remission group, no-remission group and control group were( 179. 34 ± 39. 41 )μg/L,( 190. 61 ± 28. 05 )μg/L,( 106. 72 ± 26. 38)μg/L and(98. 31 ± 21. 78)μg/L respectively, and the difference was significant( F =56. 303,P﹤0. 01),and the CD44v6 of initial treatment group and remission group were higher than that of no-remission group and control group(P﹤0. 05). The leukocyte levels was positive related to CD44v6 levels in 60 patients(r=0. 826,P﹤0. 01),and it was also related to disease stage, extramedullary infiltration(( r=0. 485,0. 512;P﹤0. 01). Conclusion The level of CD44v6 is closely related with the occurrence and development of acute leukemia. The assay of CD44v6 in serum of AL patients is helpful in diagnosing and predicting the risk of metastasis and prognosis in AL.

Objective: To observe the effects of ginger-partitioned moxibustion at Shenque (CV8) and Guanyuan (CV4) on the expression levels of endocrine-related molecules and their receptors in rats with primary dysmenorrhea (PD) due to cold-dampness stagnation, thus to explore their analgesic mechanisms. Methods: Thirty-two female Wistar rats were divided into a normal group, a model group, a ginger-partitioned moxibustion group, and a Western medicine group according to the random number table method, with 8 rats in each group. Except for rats in the normal group, all other rats were treated with oxytocin combined with ice-water bath to establish the rat models of PD due to cold-dampness stagnation. After successful modeling, rats in the normal group and the model group did not receive treatment; rats in the ginger-partitioned moxibustion group received treatments with ginger-partitioned moxibustion at Shenque (CV8) and Guanyuan (CV4); rats in the Western medicine group received ibuprofen by intragastric administration. The writhing response of rats was compared among groups, and the serum levels of prostaglandin F2α (PGF2α), estrogen (estradiol, E2), progesterone (P), and the mRNA expression of PGF2α and E2 receptors in the uterine tissues were detected. Results: No writhing behavior was observed in the normal group; compared with the normal group, the serum PGF2α and E2 levels in the model group were increased (P<0.01), while the P level was decreased (P<0.01), and the mRNA expression levels of the uterine PGF2α and E2 receptors were increased (P<0.01, P<0.05). Compared with the model group, the writhing behavior latency was prolonged, and the writhing response score was decreased in the ginger-partitioned moxibustion group and the Western medicine group (P<0.01); the serum PGF2α and E2 levels in the ginger-partitioned moxibustion group and the Western medicine group were decreased, while the P level was increased (P<0.05 or P<0.01); the mRNA expression levels of the uterine PGF2α and E2 receptors in the ginger-partitioned moxibustion group and the Western medicine group were decreased (P<0.05). Compared with the Western medicine group, the ginger-partitioned moxibustion group showed a prolonged writhing behavior latency, reduced writhing response score (P<0.05), and decreased serum E2 level (P<0.05), while no statistical differences in the serum PGF2α and P levels, or the mRNA expression levels of uterine PGF2α and E2 receptors (P>0.05).Conclusion: The analgesic effect of ginger-partitioned moxibustion on PD due to cold-dampness stagnation may be related to regulating the mRNA expression levels of PGF2α and E2 receptors in the uterine tissues.

Objective:
To explore correlation between chest CT score and oxygenation index in patients with acute hydrogen sulphide poisoning, whether CT score can be applied to assess acute lung injury after acute hydrogen sulfide poisoning and provide basis and reference.
Methods:
The clinic and a series of CT datas of 32 acute hydrogen sulphide poisoning cases were retrospectively analysed and compared, According to GBZ31-2002 (the diagnostic standard of occupational H2S acute poisoning) , these patients were divided into 2 grouds including moderate groud and severe groud; The CT score were improved, referenceing the scoring criteria of the chest X-ray; The difference of the CT score and the oxygenation index were analyzed between moderate and severe group in the acute phase and the disperse phase; The correlation between CT score and oxygenation index were analyzed.
Results:
The CT score in moderate poisoning group were lower than severe group (2.26±1.37 vs 10.44±2.55, 1.34±0.65 vs 4.55±2.45, all P<0.05) in the acute phase and the dissipation phase. The oxygen index of the 19 cases in the acute phase were 307.55±28.29, and the oxygen index of the 8 cases in the dissipation phase was 435.75±37.00; The oxygen index of the 9 cases in the acute phase and the dissipation phase were respectively 193.17±36.41, 347.67±44.49. The oxygen partial pressure and oxygenation index in severe group were significantly lower than those in moderate group (all P<0.01) in the acute phase and the dissipation phase. Pearman correlation analysis showed that the CT score were negatively correlated to the oxygen index in the acute phase and the dissipation phase, respectively (r=-0.97、-0.75, all P<0.01) .
Conclusions
The CT score of lung injury and oxygenation index is negatively correlated. The CT score can be used to evaluate the degree of lung injury, and can be used in the evaluation of acute lung injury after acute hydrogen sulfide poisoning.

Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics of pertussis cases diagnosed by two pathological detection methods: bacterial culture and real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), and to explore the applicable value of two pathological detection methods in the diagnosis of pertussis. Methods:Bilateral nasopharyngeal swabs and clinical information of 165 children suspected of pertussis were collected by Hebei Children′s Hospital from April 2019 to January 2020. The bacterial culture and RT-PCR for nasopharyngeal swab specimens were performed in all cases. Chi-square test was used to analyze the cases of pertussis diagnosed by the above two methods. Results:Based on clinical diagnosis, the sensitivity of bacterial culture and RT-PCR for the diagnosis of pertussis was 61.70% (58/94) and 86.17% (81/94), and the specificity was 92.96% (66/71) and 71.83% (51/71), respectively. The positive rate of RT-PCR in children of all ages, seasons and cough courses is higher than that of bacterial culture. Children with pertussis diagnosed by bacterial culture and RT-PCR were basically similar in age, season, and cough course distribution, with the most common cases ≤3 months old, a high incidence trend in summer and autumn, and the course of coughing in children was mostly within 15-21days. The positive rate of bacterial culture in the diagnosis of pertussis in children is affected by the age of the children, and there are statistical differences between children in different age groups (χ2= 11.929, P=0.036). The positive rate of bacterial culture was the highest in children with >3 years old (51.85% [14/27]), followed by children with ≤3 months old (48.72% [19/39]), and the lowest in children with >6-12 months old (15.00% [3/20]). Moreover, the positive rate of bacterial culture in the diagnosis of pertussis in children is also affected by the cough course of the children, and there are statistical differences between children in different cough course groups (χ2=9.841, P=0.020). The positive rate of bacterial culture was the highest in children with cough course 15-21 days (49.23% [32/65]), followed by 43.59% (17/39) in children with cough course 8-14 days, and the lowest in children with cough course of less than 7 days (22.86% [8/35]). Conclusions:Compared with RT-PCR, bacterial culture has lower sensitivity and higher specificity in the detection of pertussis. These two detection methods have their own advantages and limitations. Medical institutions at all levels should comprehensively analyze different laboratory detection methods. Only by combining the two methods can the diagnostic value and level be effectively improved.
