Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) is an imaging method of function brain area by stimulate in magnetic resonance facility; it can exactitude reflect the nerve activity level of brain and confirm the function brain area in alive body; it is a new impersonality imagine method to evaluate the cognitive function of human. Cognitive function obstacle is a clinical syndrome of damaging cognitive function by manifold reasons and can be leaded by many diseases in clinic. Studying changed function brain area by fMRI can offer an impersonality and intuition imagine evidence to forepart prevent, diagnose and therapy of the diseases of cognitive function obstacle.
3.Effect of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells combined with vi-tamin E on inflammatory reaction in acute kidney injury

AIM: To explore the effect of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) combined with vitamin E on the inflammatory reaction in acute kidney injury ( AKI) rats.METHODS:Gentamicin was used to in-duce AKI and the rats were treated with BMSCs combined with vitamin E.After treatment, the rat plasma and kidney tis-sues were collected, and the expression of inflammatory factors at mRNA and protein levels was detected by real-time quan-titative PCR and ELISA.RESULTS:After the treatment with BMSCs combined with vitamin E, the inflammatory proteins were down-regulated in the plasma and the renal tissues.Compared with single treatment group, the decreases in the in-flammatory proteins were more obvious in combined treatment group.CONCLUSION: The method of BMSCs combined with vitamin E takes the anti-inflammatory effect on AKI, indicating a new and potential mode in clinical application for AKI therapy.
4.Value of combined application of interstitial MR lymphangiography and heavily T2 WI in the lower extremity with lymphedema

ObjectiveTo access the value of combined application of high-resolution interstitial MR lymphangiography (MRL) and heavily T2WI for the visualization of lymphatic vessels in patients with primary lymphedema.Methods Forty lower extremities in 31 patients with primary lymphedema were examined by heavily T2 WI and interstitial MRL with a 3.0 T MR unit (Philips Medical Systems,Best,the Netherlands).Two experienced radiologists analyzed the images and tried to determine the differences in number of lymphatic vessels,and their maximum diameters,SNR and CNR,and accumulated lymph fluid in the tissue.Statistical analyses were conducted by using Wilcoxon test and t test.ResultsDilated lymphatic vessels in 73 leg segments of 40 lower extremities were visualized on heavily T2WI (median 5,1 to 24),which were more than those on MRL ( median 3,1 to 16) (Z =-2.92,P < 0.01 ).The maximum diameter of lymphatic vessels was (4.3 ± 1.5 ) mm on heavily T2 WI,whereas it was ( 3.4 ± 1.0) mm on MRL ( t =6.90,P < 0.0 1 ).The average SNR and CNR in the dilated lymphatic vessels were 257 ± 130,207 ± 113 on MRL and 169 ± 91,135 ± 82 on heavily T2 WI,which was statistically significant ( SNR t =- 5.95,CNR t =-5.10; P < 0.01 ).The visualization of regions of accumulated lymph fluid on heavily T2WI (median 1 ) had a higher score than that on MRL ( median 0 ) ( Z =- 5.64,P < 0.01 ).Conclusions The heavily T2WI has greater sensitivity and the MRL image has better SNR and CNR.Combining these two MR techniques can provide adequate information for clinicians in the therapeutic planning of patients with advanced stages of lymphedema.
5.Characteristics of Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory in Patients with Depression

ObjectiveTo investigate the characteristics of personality in patients with depression. Methods24 patients with depression and 24 normal controls were measured with Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) software. ResultsCompared with the control, patient with depression showed significantly difference in neuroticism, extraversionn-introversion, anxiety, repression, manifest anxiety scale, ego strength, dependency, dominance (P<0.05). the T score of N and repression is higher than the Chinese usual score. ConclusionThe depression patients show their personality as repression, inferiority, melancholy, anxiety, bad tolerance, overstrung and dependent.
6.Supervision and appraisal of tobacco control in hospitals

A description of the contents, indexes, and method appropriateness for supervision and appraisal of the tobacco control management in hospitals, and an insight on the regularity and effectiveness of building tobacco-free hospitals. The dual indexes of intervention and outcome were ascertained from both dimensions of the management process and effect; in terms of methodology, the paper described the time appropriateness of the supervision focus, management effectiveness of the supervision and appraisal areas, priority of supervision objects, population appropriateness of the supervision and appraisal indexes, method appropriateness of the supervision, appraisal and penalty, as well as the conditional support for supervision and appraisal. It is pointed out that timely summary and appraisal, proper conditional support and circular work chain, can help consolidate tobacco control in hospitals.

Objective To explore the characteristics of patients with stagnation of liver-qi syndrome using brain functional imaging techniques.Methods10 patients with stagnation of liver-qi syndrome and 20 normal persons whom paired by sex and age were scanned with positron emission tomography(PET).Data analysis was carried out using SPM in MATLAB software.ResultsCompared with normal,some cerebral areas of the patients with stagnation of liver-qi syndrome showed glucose metabolism letdown(P<0.001),including right parietal lobe(postcentral gyrus,BA1/2),temporal lobe(middle temporal gyrus,BA37),frontal lobe(middle frontal gyrus,BA9/10)etc.,while some cerebral areas showed glucose metabolism heighten(P<0.001)including right frontal lobe(superior frontal gyrus,inferior fontal gyrus,BA22/28/44),right cingulated gyrus,double midbrain and cerebella,etc.ConclusionThe function of some cerebral areas can be changed undergoing stagnation of liver-qi syndrome.
9.Study on Point-wise Correlation Dimension of Electroencephalogram Nonlinear Analysis in Patients with Stagnation of Liver-Qi Syndrome

Objective To investigate the changes of non-linear dynamics characteristics of electroencephalogram(EEG) in patients with the stagnation of Liver-Qi syndrome.Methods 15 Liver-Qi stagnation syndrome patients and 15 normal persons were paired by sex and age.The data of EEG under three states(eyes closed,eyes opened,and mental arithmetic with eyes opened) were analyzed by the parameter of point-wise correlation dimension(PD2).Results PD2 of the stagnation of Liver-Qi syndrome group increased significantly compared with that of the healthy control group and always maintain high level.The difference of PD2 between two groups was gradually reduced along with the increase of stimulated condition.Conclusion Non-linear dynamic analysis is more appropriate for the study of mental functions changes of stagnation of Liver-Qi syndrome and can be used to investigate the brain mechanism of the stagnation of Liver-Qi syndrome.
10.Measurement and evaluation of physical development for soldiers of Chi-nese people's armed tactical unit

Objective To investigate physical development status on soldiers of Chinese people's armed tactical unit, as to provide basic data for selection of soldiers and health evaluation. Methods To measure the height, weight, chest cir-cumference for soldiers of Chinese people's armed tactical unit, to calculate the development index and then to com-pare and analyse Accordingly. Results (1)The height, weight, chest circumference, Index of weight, Index of chest cir-cumference and index of Vervaeck were significantly higher than that of local college students, and had significant dif-ferences (P<0.01). (2)The southern and northern soldiers in three indicators of height, weight, chest circumference were higher than GJB, and they all had significant differences (P<0.01). The height evaluation of northern soldiers was supe-rior to southern.The body symmetry degrees on soldiers of north and south had no significant difference (P > 0.05). Conclusion The physical development state of this armed police tactical unit soldiers were better than that of local col-lege students, achieved and exceeded the GJB, the height of northern soldiers were high than southern. The body sym-metry degrees on soldiers of north and south were all good. The excellent percent and better percent for Comprehensive evaluation of physical development were higher.
