Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety ofShugan Liqi Qingqiu Decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods Totally 74 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in a 1:1 ratio. The treatment group received the prescription ofShuganLiqiQingqiu Decoction, and control group was given loratadine tablets orally, 7 days as a course of treatment and 3 courses successive. After treatment, the visual analogue scale (VAS), Rhinocoujunctivitis Quality of Life Questionaire (RQLQ), Specific IgE (SIgE) values and total effective rate were measured to evaluate the clinical efficacy, and the total number of cases of adverse reactions was statistically analyzed. Results After all the patients were researched, the total effective rate of treatment group was 86.49% (32/37) in the treatment group and 89.19% (33/37) in control group, without statistical difference (P>0.05). There was statistical difference in VAS and RQLQ between before and after treatment in the two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, there was no statistical difference (P>0.05) in VAS and was statistical difference in RQLQ (P<0.05) in the two groups. There was no statistical difference (P>0.05) in SIgE in the treatment group, and was statistical difference (P<0.05) in control group. There was no significant difference (P>0.05) in SIgE between the two groups after treatment. There was no adverse reaction except for 2 patients in the treatment group with mild diarrhea. Conclusion ShuganLiqiQingqiu Decoction has good clinical efficacy and safety for the treatment of allergic rhinitis.

Objective To better understand the knowledge, attitude, practice status of sexual dysfunction (SD) in medical staffs in field of reproductive health in Tianjin. Methods Using random, stratified and clustered sampling ap-proach, we selected 507 medical staffs in field of reproductive healthcare in Tianjin. Self-administered questionnaire on sex-ual dysfunction KAP was employed to survey the general condition, to understand SD knowledge and their attitude to SD, to perceive SD prevalence of the medical staffs and their demand to sexual dysfunction training. Results The people who re-spond to our survey had high awareness to SD, but they are lack of knowlege in mechanism on sexual behavior and female SD related knowledge. Multiple-factor analysis indicated that young age group respondants(β=-0.827,P=0.018)and medical staffs from high-tier medical institutions (β=-0.223, P=0.048) showed higher awareness. When they suffered SD, 49.28%re-spondants would see doctor immediately, 36.85% informants chosen temporary observation, and 9.73% informants shown negative altitude. Minority (17.14%) of medical staff are able to confirmed SD to themselves and 90.48% of medical staff de-mand training on SD related knowledge. Conclusion It’s necessary to perform continuing education to medical staffs via different intervention, so as to improve their cognitive level and attitude to SD, and these can help them providing better ser-vice to their patients and the public.

Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2015;(5):442-443
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of abdominal acupuncture plus herbal medicine in treating chronic pelvic pain due to qi stagnation and blood stasis after pelvic inflammatory diseases.Method Sixty patients with chronic pelvic pain due to qi stagnation and blood stasis after pelvic inflammatory diseases were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 30 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by abdominal acupuncture plus herbal medicine, while the control group was by herbal medicine alone. After 3 menstrual cycles, the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) for abdominal pain and McCormack scale were observed.Result After intervention, the abdominal VAS score and McCormack score were changed significantly in both groups (P<0.01,P<0.05). After intervention, there were significant differences in comparing the VAS score and McCormack score between the two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion Abdominal acupuncture plus herbal medicine can reduce chronic pelvic pain due to qi stagnation and blood stasis after pelvic inflammatory diseases.

Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;37(12):964-968
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small noncoding regulatory RNAs ranging in size from 17 to 25 nucleotides which participate many physiological and pathological processes.MicroRNA could also stably exist in peripheral blood, and the detection of circulating microRNA is of great significance for disease diagnosis and prognosis. As so far, there is no unified method and standard for detection of microRNA,which is the major reason for discrepant results between different studies. However, circulating microRNA,as a new disease detection biomarker, has stable properties, convenient detection and high accuracy features,so it till has an important potential value in clinical applications.

China Medical Equipment 2017;14(6):92-97
Objective:To systematic review the relationships between the expression of osteopontin (OPN) and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its clinicopathologic feature with meta-analyses.Methods: The published studies in the PubMed, the Cochrane Library, EMbase, CBM, CNKI, VIP and WanFang databases were searched, at the time, the documents retrospective method was adopted, and then a series researches about the relationships between the expression of OPN and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its clinicopathologic feature were collected. The Jan., 2017 was the deadline of search. The study arranged two researcher to screen documents as the standards of inclusion and exclusion, and extract data and evaluate the quality of methodology for these included documents. The RevMan 5.2 was applied to analyze these data in this Meta analysis. Results: A total of 12 case control studies were included, which included 782 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma in case group and 700 persons in control group. The results of Meta analysis showed the OR of the expression of OPN between cases group and control group was 52.71, and its 95% confidence interval (CI) was 17.95-154.79. Besides, the OR of the expression of OPN between clinical Ⅰ-Ⅱ stage group and clinical Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage group was 0.20, and its 95% (CI) was 0.07-0.60. The OR of the expression of OPN between group with lymph node metastasis and group without lymph node metastasis was 6.37, and its CI was 3.64-11.15. The OR of the expression of OPN between T1+T2 group and T3+T4 group was 0.31, and its 95% (CI) was 0.15-0.64. The differences of the expression of OPN among various group had statistically significant. Conclusion:Current evidence indicates that the expression level of OPN is significantly correlated with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its clinicopathologic features. Due to the limited quantity of documents and quality of included studies, above conclusions need to be verified by conducting more high quality studies.

Chinese Journal of Biotechnology 2016;32(2):195-203
This article aimed at exploring the effects and protective mechanism of β-CM7 on renin angiotensin system (RAS) in diabetic rats myocardial tissue. We divided 32 male SD rats into 4 groups: control group, diabetic model control group, insulin (3.7x10(-8) mol/d) treatment group and β-CM7 (7.5x10(-8) mol/d) treatment group. After 30 days, all rats were decapitated and myocardical tissues were collected immediately. After injection, β-CM7 could decrease the content of Ang II, increase the content of Angl-7. And β-CM7 could improve the mRNA of AT1 receptor and Mas receptor. β-CM7 also could improve the mRNA of ACE and ACE2, enhance the activity of ACE and ACE2. These data confirmed tli β-CM7 could activate ACE2-Angl-7-Mas axis, negative passage in RAS, to inhibit the expression ACE mnRiJA and protein in rat myocardium, alleviate the myocardial tissue damage induced by Ang II. The effect of β-CM7 on inhibiting myocardium damage might be related to ACE/ACE2 passageway.
