OBJECTIVE To investigate the risk factors of nosocomial infection among child tumor patients with post-surgery chemotherapy.METHODS A total of 312 child tumor cases with post-surgery chemotherapy in the pediatric ward during from Dec 2004 to Dec 2008 were retrospectively reviewed. And 16 variables such as age, diagnosis, white blood cell count and nosocomial infections were studied. The data were analyzed with the single factorial ?2 test and multifactorial Logistic-regression analysis.RESULTS The incidence of nosocomial infection was 27.56%.The length of hospitalization, the white blood cell count, the neutrophil cell count and the invasive operation were found as independent risk factors of the nosocomial infection.CONCLUSIONS Shortening the hospitalization length, increasing the white blood cell and the neutrophil cell count and avoiding the unnecessary invasive operation will decrease the nosocomial infection.

Purpose A systematic analysis of the articles published in the Chinese Journal of Medical Imaging from year 2013 to 2015 was performed to investigate its features of acceptance and publication for future decision making. Methods The printed journal and retrieved data from the Chinese Hospital Knowledge Database was analyzed using biometrical index, including the number of the papers, subspecialties, publication types, medical imaging modalities,MeSH frequency, citation and download. Results From year 2013 to 2015,there were 770 papers published,21.4 articles per issue and 0.267 articles per page in average. The top three subspecialty were abdominal imaging, chest imaging and reviews/comments,accounting for 17.27%,9.61%,9.48%,respectively.The top three modalities were CT,ultrasound and MRI,accounting for 39.61%,38.31%,29.87%,respectively.The original research papers were 584,accounting for 75.84%.The frequent MeSH subjects were differential diagnosis,angiography,pathology,computer-assisted image processing and contrast agents.Totally, there were 2395 citations and averagely 3.11 citation for each paper. The top citation was 36.There were 71317 downloads and 92.62 for each paper in average, the top download was 499.Conclusions The publications and its density per page increased annually from 2013 to 2015.The subspecialty were fully covered, the papers focus on original researches and clinical applications. The publication theme could follow the tendency of the imaging technology and had good and steady effects in the field.

Objective:To explore the commonly used ear acupoints and their selection and compatibility rules for the treatment of primary hypertension with auricular acupressure. Methods:Systematic research was conducted on China Biology Medicine disc, VIP Information Chinese Journal Service Platform, Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, CNKI, PubMed, Embase, Web of Science and Cochrane Library, and the search period was from establishment of the databases until December 31, 2022. Excel 2021 was used to establish the database, and R Studio software was used to analyze the principles of ear acupoint compatibility correlation. Results:A total of 165 articles were included, of which 136 articles were solely treated with auricular acupressure for primary hypertension and 29 articles were treated with other intervention measures. The common syndrome types were hyperactivity of liver fire, stagnation of phlegm, Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity, and deficiency of both Yin and Yang. The common acupoints were Shenmen (15.1%, 135/894) , Jiangya Gou (14.09%, 126/894) , Sympathetic (10.63%, 95/894) , Liver (10.29%, 92/894) , Heart (9.73%, 87/894) , Kidney (9.06%, 81/894) , and Subcortical (6.94%, 62/894) .Common acupoint combinations included Shenmen-Jiangya Gou-Sympathetic-Liver-Kidney, Shenmen-Jiangya Gou-Liver-Kidney, Shenmen-Jiangya Gou-Sympathetic, and Shenmen-Jiangya Gou.Conclusions:The treatment of primary hypertension with auricular acupressure has a certain regularity, which can provide reliable references for selecting acupoints for clinical treatment of primary hypertension.
