Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(01):-
Hypoxia-inducible factor-1(HIF-1) is a heterodimer of an O2-rugulated ?subunit and a constitutively expressed ?subunit. The article reviews the active expression of HIF-1 and its important role in angiogenesis induced by tissue hypoxia/ischemia.
2.The identification and culture methods of endothelial progenitor cells
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(10):-
In the last 10 years,an increasing interest has been devoted to the study of endothelial progenitor cells(EPCs).Alteration and/or reduction of the circulating EPCs have/has been associated with different manifestation of cardiovascular disorders.Thererfore,EPCs have been extensively studied as biomarkers of cardiovascular disease and as a cell-based therapy for repair of damaged blood vessels. In the review,we focus on two methodologies used to identify and enumerate EPCs in the majority of studies up to date.
3.Clinical Observation of Mifepristone Cycle Therapy in the Treatment of Perimenopausal Dysfunctional Uter-ine Bleeding
China Pharmacy 2015;(30):4218-4220
OBJECTIVE:To observe the efficacy and safety of mifepristone cycle therapy in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. METHODS:Totally 116 patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Control group was given Mifepristone tablet 10 mg from 3 d after diagnostic cu-rettage on an empty stomach for continuous 90 d,once a day. Observation group was given Mifepristone tablet 10 mg from 3 d af-ter diagnostic curettage on an empty stomach, once a day,and it was stopped after continuous 5 d. Then it continued 5 d from the first day of menstruation, and lasted 3 menstrual cycles. The clinic data was observed, including clinical efficacy,estradiol(E2),fol-licle-stimulating hormone (FSH),luteinizing hormone (LH),progesterone (P),hemoglobin (Hb),endometrial thickness,men-strual conditions and recurrence in 2 groups before and after treatment were observed, and the incidence of adverse reactions were recorded. RESULTS:After treatment,E2,FSH,LH and P in 2 groups were significantly lower than before, and observation group was lower than control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Hb in 2 groups was significantly higher than before, endometrial thickness was significantly lower than before, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);however, there was no significant difference between 2 groups(P>0.05). Total effective rate in observation group significantly higher than control group, normal proportion of menstruation were significantly better than control group, the differences were statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of a dverse reactions and dysfunctional uterine bleeding be-tween 2 groups(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Mifepristone cycle therapy has significant efficacy in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding, can significantly improve the hormone level and the establishment of normal menstrual cycle and re-duce endometrial thickness, with good safety.

Objective To explore the relationship between the dynamic change of plasma tissue-type plasminogen activator(t-PA)and its inhibitor-1(PAI-1)levels and infarct size in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods There were 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction,22 cases of large area infarction,36 cases of small area infarction,42 cases of lacunar infarction. The levels of plasma t-PA or PAI-1 in 24 h,2 d,14 d,21 d after cerebral infarction were detected by chromogenic substrate method, compared with normal control and the level of blood plasma t-PA or PAI-1 in patients with different size of cerebral infarction. Results Compared with normal control, levels of plasma t-PA at 24 h,2 d,14 d after acute cerebral infarction decreased significantly, and plasma PAI-1 level increased significantly(all P0.05).The plasma t-PA level in patients with large size of infarction was lower obviously than that in patients with small area infarction and lacunar infarction, small size of infarction was lower than that in lacunar infarction(all P0.05).Conclusion The plasma t-PA level decreased and PAI level increased in patients with acute cerebral infarction. The the size of infarction area is larger, the plasma t-PA level is lower, but there is no relationship between the plasma PAI-1 level and infarction area.

Objective To determine the dynamic changes of plasma endothelin (ET), calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) and atial natriuretic peptide (ANP) in elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction and explore the pathological role of ET, CGRP and ANP in the development of acute cerebral infarction. Methods The concentrations of ET, CGRP and ANP in plasma were determined with radioimmunoassay in 78 elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction and 60 normal controls. Results (1)The levels of ET and ANP in patient group were significantly higher than those in control group ( P3 cm) and small area infarct group (1.5~3.0 cm) were significantly higher (all P

0.05). The average amount of ammonia emission was 0.012%, 0.024% and 0.081% at pH values of 9, 11 and 13 respectively. Ammonia emission increased with the increasing pH values, especially for those admixtures containing carboxylate. Conclusion Ammonia emission from concrete admixtures sold in Lanzhou exceed the standard in different degree.Higher pH value may accelerate the ammonia emission from concrete admixtures and cause higher concentration of ammonia in indoor air.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2000;0(05):-
Objective:To understand the roles of PTHrP in the pathogenesis of temporomandibular joint after over mechanical loading. Methods:Fifteen adult New Zealand rabbits were subjected to traction between the mandibular ramus and zygomatic arch in the postero-superior direction unilaterally using elastic force. The rabbits were killed respectively at 2, 4 and 6 weeks and the histologic changes were observed by Hematoxylin & Eosin staining. The expression of PTHrP in the condyle of TMJ was observed by immunohistochemistry. Results:Stronger expression of PTHrP could be found in proliferation cell layers and upper hypertrophy cell layers in the early stage after operation, and weaker expression in mid stage, but stronger near the chondrocyte clusters. Conclusion:It is suggested that PTHrP might relate to the regeneration of condyle cartilage.

Objective To review the research advances in molecular biology of vascular restenosis. Methods The literatures about molecular biology of vascular restenosis were reviewed. Results Current transgenic ways had some advantages and disadvantages. Gene therapy with HSV tk, Rb,p21,p27,p53,c myc, c myb, vascular endothelial growth factor,bFGF,platelet derived growth facfor, nuclear factor ?B and so on inhibited vascular restenosis. Conclusion A better transgenic system and gene combination therapy will be effective to treat vascular restenosis.
