Objective To observe the effect of different concentration sodium bicarbonate gastric lavage on newborn with swallow syndrome. Methods 88 patients from our hospital were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into control group (A group) and experimental groups(B、C、D、E group) according to numerical table.Separately using water and 1.0%, 1.5%, 2.0%, 2.5% sodium bicarbonate solution gastric lavage.Vomiting, abdominal distention, gastric retention and weight changes was observed. Results The result showed that the vomiting, abdominal distention, gastric retention of patients in experimental group were better than that of patients in control group, and there were significant differences between them(p<0.05).but there were no significant difference among the experimental groups (p>0.05).And there were no significant difference among experimental and control groups in weight changes(p>0.05).Conclusion 1%sodium bicarbonate can much shorten the time to stop vomit and reduce complication. Therefore it is highly recommended and popularized.

0.05). The average amount of ammonia emission was 0.012%, 0.024% and 0.081% at pH values of 9, 11 and 13 respectively. Ammonia emission increased with the increasing pH values, especially for those admixtures containing carboxylate. Conclusion Ammonia emission from concrete admixtures sold in Lanzhou exceed the standard in different degree.Higher pH value may accelerate the ammonia emission from concrete admixtures and cause higher concentration of ammonia in indoor air.

Objective To determine the dynamic changes of plasma endothelin (ET), calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) and atial natriuretic peptide (ANP) in elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction and explore the pathological role of ET, CGRP and ANP in the development of acute cerebral infarction. Methods The concentrations of ET, CGRP and ANP in plasma were determined with radioimmunoassay in 78 elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction and 60 normal controls. Results (1)The levels of ET and ANP in patient group were significantly higher than those in control group ( P3 cm) and small area infarct group (1.5~3.0 cm) were significantly higher (all P

Journal of Clinical Neurology 2001;0(05):-
Objective To explore the relationship between the dynamic change of plasma tissue-type plasminogen activator(t-PA)and its inhibitor-1(PAI-1)levels and infarct size in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods There were 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction,22 cases of large area infarction,36 cases of small area infarction,42 cases of lacunar infarction. The levels of plasma t-PA or PAI-1 in 24 h,2 d,14 d,21 d after cerebral infarction were detected by chromogenic substrate method, compared with normal control and the level of blood plasma t-PA or PAI-1 in patients with different size of cerebral infarction. Results Compared with normal control, levels of plasma t-PA at 24 h,2 d,14 d after acute cerebral infarction decreased significantly, and plasma PAI-1 level increased significantly(all P0.05).The plasma t-PA level in patients with large size of infarction was lower obviously than that in patients with small area infarction and lacunar infarction, small size of infarction was lower than that in lacunar infarction(all P0.05).Conclusion The plasma t-PA level decreased and PAI level increased in patients with acute cerebral infarction. The the size of infarction area is larger, the plasma t-PA level is lower, but there is no relationship between the plasma PAI-1 level and infarction area.

Modern Clinical Nursing 2013;(8):8-12
Objective To explore the psychological status of nursing students of Tibetan and Han nationality.Method The questionnaire of Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)was distributed to 120 nursing students of Tibetan and Han nationality by random sampling. Results SCL-90 total scores of Tibetan nursing students and Han nursing students were(136.96±30.76)and (129.78±28.99),respectively.There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).The scores of Tibetan nursing students was higher than that of Han nursing students on factors of somatization, force symptoms, sensitivity to social relations, depression, hostility, paranoid and psychosis, but the scores of Han nursing students were higher than Tibetan nursing students on factors of anxiety and terror, with significant significance(P<0.01).The results of SCL-90 showed that the scores of somatization, force symptoms, sensitivity to social relations depression, paranoid and hostility in the Tibetan nursing students of 1st grade were significantly higher than those in the Hannrusing students of the 1st grade score(P<0.05).The score of force symptoms, depression and psychosis in the Tibetan nursing students of 2nd grade were significantly higher than those in the Han nursing students of 2nd grade (P<0.05).The scores on force symptoms, sensitivity to social relations, depression and anxiety in Tibetan nursing students of the 3rd grade were higher than those in the Han nursing students of the 3rd grade(P<0.05).Conclusion Tthe psychological status of Tibetan nursing students is outstanding in contrast to Han nursing studetns, and Tibetan nursing students were given directed intervention of mental health problem according to their risk factors.

China Medical Equipment 2017;14(6):92-97
Objective:To systematic review the relationships between the expression of osteopontin (OPN) and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its clinicopathologic feature with meta-analyses.Methods: The published studies in the PubMed, the Cochrane Library, EMbase, CBM, CNKI, VIP and WanFang databases were searched, at the time, the documents retrospective method was adopted, and then a series researches about the relationships between the expression of OPN and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its clinicopathologic feature were collected. The Jan., 2017 was the deadline of search. The study arranged two researcher to screen documents as the standards of inclusion and exclusion, and extract data and evaluate the quality of methodology for these included documents. The RevMan 5.2 was applied to analyze these data in this Meta analysis. Results: A total of 12 case control studies were included, which included 782 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma in case group and 700 persons in control group. The results of Meta analysis showed the OR of the expression of OPN between cases group and control group was 52.71, and its 95% confidence interval (CI) was 17.95-154.79. Besides, the OR of the expression of OPN between clinical Ⅰ-Ⅱ stage group and clinical Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage group was 0.20, and its 95% (CI) was 0.07-0.60. The OR of the expression of OPN between group with lymph node metastasis and group without lymph node metastasis was 6.37, and its CI was 3.64-11.15. The OR of the expression of OPN between T1+T2 group and T3+T4 group was 0.31, and its 95% (CI) was 0.15-0.64. The differences of the expression of OPN among various group had statistically significant. Conclusion:Current evidence indicates that the expression level of OPN is significantly correlated with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its clinicopathologic features. Due to the limited quantity of documents and quality of included studies, above conclusions need to be verified by conducting more high quality studies.
