Objective To observe the changes and clinical significances of ischemia modified albumin (IMA),cardiac triponin T (cTnT) and creatine kinase MB (CK-MB) in transient myocardial ischemia induced by radio frequency ablation ( RFA ) in patients with arrhythmia.Methods One hundred and twelve patients with arrhythmia undergoing RFA and 91 patients undergoing CAG were evaluated with blood levels of IMA,cTnT and CK-MB before and 3 and 6 hours after operation.Results Serum levels of IMA at 3 h [ (80.62 ± 7.53 )U/ml ] and 6 h [ (76.37 ± 9.21 ) U/ml ] after operation rose significantly (P ＜ 0.05 ) in the 112 cases of RFA compared with the preoperative [ ( 45.42 ± 7.00 ) U/ml ].While the levels of IMA were not significantly different at 3 and 6 hours after CAG in the 91 patients compared with before sugery ( P ＞ 0.05).The levels of cTnT and CK-MB remained unchanged between the two groups after the procedures ( P ＞ 0.05 ).Conclusion The levels of IMA were quickly increased after myocardial ischemia induced by RFA and this change occurred earlier than that of cTnT.IMA is an early diagnostic biochemical marker of myocardial ischemia.

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of Linagliptin in combination with Metformin in newly diagnosed T2DM patients. Methods A total of 140 newly diagnosed T2DM patients were enrolled in this study. All the patients were admitted in the Endocrinology and Metabolism department of our hospital from January 2013 to October 2013. Random number table method was used in patients’ selection. All the patients were divided into two groups :Linagliptin plus Metformin group (Linagliptin group ,n=70) and Glipizide plus Metformin group (Glipizide group ,n=70) ,and followed up for 12 weeks. Efficacy and safety of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The difference of FPG ,2 hPG and HbA1 c did not reach the statistical significance between the two groups at baseline treatment (P>0.05). FPG ,2 hPG and HbA1 c were significantly lower after treatment compared with baseline in both groups (P<0.05). FC-P ,2 hC-P ,HOMA-β,HOMA-IR ,IAI and adiponectin level at baseline were similar between the two groups ( P> 0.05 ). All these indicators were improved after treatment in both groups (P< 0.05) ,and were significant better in Linagliptin group than in Glipizide group. Adverse events rate were significantly higher in Glipizide group than in Linagliptin group (18.57%vs 5.71% ,χ2 = 5.423 ,P= 0.020 ). Conclusion The efficacy of Linagliptin in combination with Metformin in newly diagnosed T2DM patients was similar with Glipizide plus Metformin. The β cell function improvement was better and APN level was higher after Linagliptin treatment.

Obiective To discuss influence of psychological intervention on compliance improvement of patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods Patients with liver cirrhosis(100 cases)were divided in to the experimental group and the control group with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing.The experimental group and their family members were given systemic psychological in tervention by responsibility nudes.The treatment effect after nursing and intervention in the two groups was compared.Results The compliance of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,P＜0.05,which had statistical difference.Conclusions Implementation of psychological intervention shows significant effect on compliance improvement of patients with liver cirrhosis.

Through the evaluation of the blood coagulation test , effective corrective actions and examining performance data periodically , the quality of the blood coagulation test can be improved continuously.

[Objective]To investigate results of surgical treatment of intradural tumors of the cervical spinal cord.[Method]Twenty-one cases with cervical intradural tumor were treated surgically under posterior approach from 1999 to 2005,all patients were performed cervical laminae resection before tumor resection,and some received internal fixation.All patients were followed up for 8 months to 38 months respectively.All the clinical materials were analyzed retrospectively.[Result]All patients survived the operation,symptoms disappeared 13,relieved 7 and deteriorated 1.Total resection in 15 cases,subtotal 4 cases and partial 2 cases.[Conclusion]To succeed the operation,it is very important to make clear the location and size of the tumor and the relationship between the tumor and spinal cord;in order to gain total resection of tumor,both careful protection of spinal cord and vertebral artery and intraspinal cannal veins are essence.

Objective:To investigate dermoscopic features of molluscum contagiosum.Methods:A total of 82 outpatients with molluscum contagiosum were collected from Dalian Dermatosis Hospital between August 2019 and January 2020, and the dermoscopic features of 227 skin lesions were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Of the 227 skin lesions, hilar depression and orifices were observed in 120 (52.86%) by naked eyes and 198 (87.22%) by dermoscopy, and blood vessels were observed in 20 (8.81%) by naked eyes and 214 (94.27%) by dermoscopy. Different vascular patterns were identified by dermoscopy, including crown-shaped vessels (132 lesions, 58.15%) , punctate vessels (34 lesions, 15.00%) , and a mixed pattern (48 lesions, 21.15%) . The proportion of punctate vessels was significantly higher in lesions with inflammation or exfoliation (86.00%) than in those without (22.03%, χ2=81.685, P < 0.001) , and significantly higher in lesions with eczematous changes (50.00%) than in those without (33.85%, χ2=17.784, P < 0.001) . The most frequently observed structures were round, white-yellow, amorphous structures (40.53%) , followed by four-leaf clover-like pattern (33.48%) , polylobular pattern (20.26%) and nonspecific pattern (5.73%) . Conclusion:Orifices, vascular structures and white-yellow amorphous structures can be observed in molluscum contagiosum by dermoscopy, and the most common vascular pattern is the crown-shaped vessel.

Objective To observe the clinical effects of laparoscopic varicocelectomy to ejaculum quality in patients with varicocele.Methods Fifty patients with varicocele were treated by laparoscopic varicocelectomy.The patients were grouped into Group A and Group B according to venous diameter.Semen parameters including semen volume,sperm density,sperm motilities (a + b + c),sperm motilities (a + b),sperm motilities (a),total sperms,normal spermmorphology rate and sperm survival rate were measured and recorded before operation and 1,3,6 months after operation.Results After the follow-up of 6 months above in 50 cases,there is no significant difference about semen volume preoperative and postoperative at different follow-up time(P ＞ 0.05).In some semen parameters(sperm density,sperm motilities,total sperms,normal spermmorphology rate),there is no significant difference between preoperative and postoperative 1 month(P ＞ 0.05),but there is significant difference between postoperative 3 months and postoperative 6 months(P ＜ 0.05).There is no significant difference in preoperative semen parameters between the 2 groups(P ＞ 0.05),but there is significant difference in postoperative 6 month(P ＜0.05).In Group A,there is significant difference in sperm density between preoperative and postoperative 1 month (P ＜0.05).In Group B,there is significant difference in sperm density,sperm motilities and normal spermmorphology rate between preoperative and postoperative 1 month(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopic varicocelectomy has a positive effect on sperm parameters,it can significantly improve postoperative semen parameters.Semen parameters improve to a relatively stable level by 3 months following operation.

Objective: To investigate the trends in mortality and life lost due to female breast cancer among in Suzhou City from 2007 to 2021, so as to provide insights into improvements of breast cancer control strategy in Suzhou City. Methods: The epidemiological and clinical data pertaining to dead female breast cancer cases in Suzhou City from 2007 to 2021 were collected from Suzhou Municipal Chronic Disease Surveillance System, including gender, age and cause of death. The crude mortality, standardized mortality, years of potential life lost (YPLL), years of potential life lost rate (YPLLR), standardized YPLL (SYPLL), standardized YPLLR (SYPLLR) and average years of life lost (AYLL) due to female breast cancer were calculated. All data were standardized by the Fifth National Population Census in 2000, and the trends in mortality of breast cancer were estimated using average annual percent change (AAPC). Results: Totally 4 425 death occurred due to female breast cancer in Suzhou City from 2007 to 2021, with a crude mortality rate of 8.67/105, which appeared a tendency towards a rise (AAPC=1.83%, t=5.080, P=0.001), and the standardized mortality was 4.68/105, which appeared no significant changes (AAPC=0.13%, t=0.356, P=0.727). The crude mortality rates of female breast cancer were 0.62/105, 10.33/105 and 21.69/105 among women at ages of 15 to 34, 35 to 64 years and 65 years and older, respectively, which appeared a tendency towards a rise (χ2trend=2 315.683, P=0.001). The crude mortality of female breast cancer was 8.66/105 in urban areas and 8.86/105 in rural areas, both appearing a tendency towards a rise (urban areas: AAPC=1.73%, t=3.290, P=0.006; rural areas: AAPC=2.68%, t=6.565, P=0.001). The YPLL, SYPLL, YPLLR, SYPLLR and AYLL of female breast cancer were 44 485 person-years, 30 387 person-years, 0.99‰, 0.68‰ and 14.94 years per person, and both YPLLR (AAPC=-1.06%, t=-2.193, P=0.047) and AYLL (AAPC=-1.53%, t=-4.783, P=0.001) appeared a tendency towards a reduction, respectively. Conclusion The crude mortality of female breast cancer appeared a tendency towards a rise and the life loss appeared a tendency towards a decline in Suzhou City from 2007 to 2021. The elderly population should be given a high priority for breast cancer control.

Objective To investigate the invasion,internalization and the organelles damage of the cultured dendritic cells ( DC2.4 strain) during Vibrio vulnificus (Vv) infection.Methods The study model was the cultured DCs infected by Vv 1.1758 strain.Electron microscopy was used to observe the localization of bacteria in different time point of infection,cell morphology and the process of organelles changes.The cytoskeleton structure including the microfilaments and the microtubules rearrangement was examined by the fluorescence microscope.Results The Vv were pinocytosed into the DC cells through double-sides,and localized at 1-2 μm of the inner side membrane.It cost 1.27,1.87,3.43 hours reaching the infection ratio of 25％,50％,75％,respectively.Using electron microscopy,the DCs had been observed the phagosome formation within 1h,chromatin activation within 2 h,chromatin aggregation 4 h,and the significant cytoskeleton structure disruption within 6 h.Endoplasmic reticulum,mitochondria and lysosomes became swollen.In DCs,the protruding filaments gradually reduced,and their shape changed from the point-like to the linearlike aggregation at the inner side of the plasma membrane,extended microtubules disappeared,the microtubules at the outside nuclear membrane striking rearranged.Conclusion After DC was infected by Vv,the bacteria were pinocytosed into the inner side of DC membrane,and the microfilaments were observed to move from the cytoplasm to cell membrane.In addition,the microtubules moved from the synapse and the cell membrane to the nuclear membrane.The high lethality of Vv could provoke to the DCs cytoskeleton rearrangements.

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value and monitoring application of anti-phospholipase A2 receptor antibodies ( PLA2R ) in patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy ( IMN) .Methods A retrospective study was used .48 patients were diagnosed as idiopathic membranous nephropathy by puncturing kidney from January of 2013 to June of 2014 in the Hospital of Liaoning Traditional Chinese Medical University and Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University were included. 43 patients were diagnosed as non-idiopathic membranous nephropathy ( NIMN ).35 healthy volunteers were selected as control groups.Serum PLA2R were detected by indirect immunofluorescence.The intensity of antibodies fluorescence and the level of urine protein in 24 hours(24 h PRO) ,serum UREA ,serum CYSC, serum UA,GFR were compared in each groups.Measurement data was shown as mean ±standard deviation;Count data was shown as frequency or composition, t test andχ2 test were used as statistical method.Results (1) Among 48 cases with IMN,37 cases showed positive PLA2R (positive rate 77.08%).All of cases were negative in NIMN group.The sensitivity and the specificity of serum PLA2R were 77.08%and 100%.(2) Compared with control groups, the levels of UREA, CYSC and UA were found statistically significant differences in patients with IMN ( P <0.05 ) .( The levels of UREA in control groups and IMN groups respectively:4.12 ±1.25,6.02 ±2.28, t =4.446,P=0.00;UA:262 ±49,331 ±112,t =2.577,P =0.017;CYSC:0.78 ±0.21,1.16 ±0.27,t=4.63,P=0.00.)
