To investigate the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Qingfei oral liquid in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Seventy-two male SD rats were divided into control group, model group, pirofenidone group and Qingfei group with 18 animals in each group. The idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis was induced in last three groups by intratracheal injection of bleomycin; pirofenidone group was given oral administration of pirofenidone b.i.d for 21 d, and Qingfei group was given Qingfei oral liquid 3.6 mL/kg q.d for Lung tissues were obtained for HE staining, Masson staining and transforming growth factor (TGF)-β immunohistochemical staining. Superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione (GSH) were detected in tissue homogenates. The BATMAN-TCM database was used to retrieve the chemical components and their corresponding targets of Qingfei oral solution by network pharmacology method, and then the component-target-disease network diagram was constructed. Finally, the pathway enrichment analysis was carried out to explore the molecular mechanism of Qingfei oral liquid against idiopathic fibrosis. Histopathology results showed that Qingfei oral liquid had a similar relieving effect on pulmonary fibrosis as the positive drug pirfenidone; TGF-β secretion had a significant reduction in lung tissues of Qingfei group; and Qingfei oral liquid had better regulatory effect on SOD, MDA and GSH than pirfenidone. The results of component-target-disease network and pathway enrichment analysis showed that the related molecular pathways were concentrated in inflammation, extracellular matrix and cytokines. Qingfei oral liquid has a good therapeutic effect on idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in rats via regulation of inflammation, extracellular matrix and cytokines.

Objective To evaluate the effects of ulinastatin on cardiac function in heart valve replacement patients with cardio-pulmonary bypass (CPB).Methods 120 patients received valve replacements were divided into 4 groups at random.Group U 1,preconditioning group:ulinastatin parenteral solution (20 000 U/kg) was injected into the central veins for 10 min before the ascending aorta was clamped.Group U2,postconditioning group:ulinastatin ( 10 000 U/kg) was injected into the aortic root for 5 min before the aortic clamp was opened.Group U3,combined the treatments of group U1 and group U2.Group C was served as control without using ulinastatin. The ST-T of ECG at different 8 time points was recorded from preanesthesia to the end of operation. The dosage of vasoactive agents in the 4 groups was recorded after the aortic clamp was opened.Blood samples were taken from the radial artery at 4 time points during 1O min before the ascending aorta was clamed to the end of operation for determining the serum concentration of H-FABP,IMA,CK-MB,MDA and SOD.The changes in myocardium were examined by microscope. Results The automatic reheating rate of heart in group U1,group U2,and group U3 were 70%,73% and 90% respectively, which were all higher than group C (33%) after the aortic clamp was opened in 3 -5 min.The scores of reperfusion arrhythmia, change of ST segments in ECG ( elevation or depression),the dosage of vasoactive drugs ( dopamine and adrenaline) and their using time, the concentration of MDA,H-FABP,IMA and CK-MB in group U1 and group U2 were < than those of group C ( P <0.05 ),but was > than those of group U3 ( P <0.05 ).The activity of SOD in group U1 and group U2 were > than those of group C ( P < 0.05 ),but was < than those of group U3 ( P < 0.05 ).There were no significant differences between group U1 and group U2( P >0.05 ).The myocardium in group C had focal coagulative necrosis. The damage of myocardium in group U3 was minor, the cytoplasm and nucleus was homogeneous, and the boundaries were distinct. Conclusion Ulinastatin parenteral solution preconditioning and postconditioning could improve heart function after valves replacement on CPB.The protective effects were not significantly different regarding ulinastati was administered into the central veins before the ascending aorta was clamped vs.it was injected into the aortic root before the aortic clamp opening.Combined these 2 administration methods and dosages could produce collaborative protection.
4.Association between sexting and mental health among secondary vocational school students
Chinese Journal of School Health 2022;43(2):203-206
Objective:
To explore the prevalence of sexting among secondary vocational school students and to examine the correlation between sexting and mental health, so as to provide evidence for prevention and intervention on adolescents mental health.
Methods:
In April 2021, three secondary vocational schools from central urban area, outskirts and outer suburbs in Shanghai, among 1 580 students were selected by cluster sampling.
Results:
The proportions of students who received and who forwarded others private photos or videos were 11.96% and 2.78%, respectively. The proportion of students who sent others personal photos or videos was 2.54%. And the proportions of boys were higher than those of girls ( χ 2=45.89, 24.09, 6.66, P <0.01). The results of multivariable Logistic analysis showed that compared with those who had never sexted, students who had ever had any sexting were at higher risk of anxiety ( OR=2.40, 95%CI =1.59-3.61), depression( OR=1.86, 95%CI =1.25-2.75), non suicidal self injury intention ( OR=2.34, 95%CI =1.48-3.69) and suicidal intention ( OR=2.96, 95%CI =1.83-4.79)( P < 0.05 ).
Conclusion
There is a significant correlation between sexting and mental health among secondary vocational school students. The latent risks of sexting should be included in the curriculum of comprehensive sex education for teenagers to enhance their media literacy and decision making capability, so as to prevent sexual assault or abuse caused by sexting and promote sexual and reproductive health and as well as mental health of adolescents.

Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2022;28(8):1013-1019
Objectives:To systematically analyze the influencing factors of malnutrition in children with congenital heart disease and provide theoretical reference for the intervention of malnutrition in children with congenital heart disease. Methods:PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, CNKI, Wanfang Database, VIP and Chinese Biomedical literature database were searched for literatures on the influencing factors of malnutrition in children with congenital heart disease. The retrieval period was from the establishment of the databases to April 8, 2021. Two researchers independently screened the literature, extracted data and evaluated the risk of bias. RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis of influencing factors, and descriptive analysis was used for factors that were too heterogeneous or could not be combined. Results:A total of 11 literatures were included, including 6 454 children. Meta-analysis results showed that the influencing factors of growth retardation in children with congenital heart disease included pulmonary hypertension [ OR=3.73, 95% CI (2.25-6.18) , P<0.000 01], low birth weight [ OR=2.69, 95% CI (1.25-5.77) , P=0.01] and parental height [ OR=3.88, 95% CI (1.86-8.10) , P=0.000 3]. The influencing factors of low body weight in children with congenital heart disease were pulmonary hypertension [ OR=3.21, 95% CI (2.21-4.66) , P<0.000 01] and low birth weight [ OR=2.75, 95% CI (1.83-4.14) , P < 0.000 01]. The influencing factor of weight loss in children with congenital heart disease was pulmonary hypertension [ OR=3.51, 95% CI (2.21-5.58) , P<0.000 01].In addition, caregivers' emotions, disease cognition and behavior, and children's age and disease were also influencing factors of malnutrition in children with congenital heart disease ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:There are many influencing factors of malnutrition in children with congenital heart disease and pulmonary hypertension and low birth weight are the most common influencing factors. It is suggested that future studies should improve the rigor of design, adopt unified measurement standards, standardize the quality of reports and provide clearer guidance for clinical practice.

Sterol C24-methyltransferase (SMT) plays multiple important roles in plant growth and development. SMT1, which belongs to the family of transferases and transforms cycloartenol into 24-methylene cycloartenol, is involved in the biosynthesis of 24-methyl sterols. Here, we report the cloning and characterization of a cDNA encoding a sterol C24-methyltransferase from().(GenBank access number KU885950) is a 1530 bp cDNA with a 1041 bp open reading frame predicted to encode a 346-amino acid, 38.62 kDa protein. The polypeptide encoded by thecDNA was expressed and purified as a recombinant protein from() and showed SMT activity. The expression ofwas highly up-regulated incell suspension cultures treated with methyl jasmonate (MeJA). Tissue expression pattern analysis showed higher expression in the phellem layer compared to the other four organs (leaf, stem, xylem and phloem), which is about ten times that of the lowest expression in leaf. The results are meaningful for the study of sterol biosynthesis ofand will further lay the foundations for the research in regulating both the content of other main compounds and growth and development of
