Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of treating cervical vertigo by needling acupoint Baihui (DU-20).Methods:Two groups were setup for observation. One group served as a treatment group and was treated by needling Baihui (DU-20);the other group served as a control group and was treated by western medicine. Results After being treated for two therapeutic courses, the cured rate was 34.92% in the treatment group and 17.46% in the control group, with a significant difference between the two group (P<0.05) .Conclusion Needling acupoint baihui (DU-20) is an ideal therapy with a short therapeutic course,no adverse effect and reliable therapeutic effect for cervical vertigo.
4.Alternating chemotherapy for metastatic colorectal cancel
Journal of International Oncology 2008;35(5):378-381
Fluorouracil, oxaliplatin and irinotecan、are generally accepted as the standard chemothera-peutic agents for metastatic colorectal cancer. In recent years, the research advances on metastatic colorectal cancer treatment focus on the combination between different active drugs, and try to search advisable combined therapy methods.Clinical trials suggest that ahemating regimen is effective and has lower toxicity which provides platform for further study of combined chemotherapy for metastatic colorectal cancer.
5.Bioequivalence of Fluconazole in Health Volunteers
China Pharmacy 2001;0(11):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the bioequivalence of fluconazole in healthy volunteers.METHODS:By a randomized double crossover design,a total of 20 healthy male volunteers were assigned to receive oral single dose of test fluconazole tablets (300 mg) and reference fluconazole tablets(300 mg).The plasma concentrations of fluconazole at different time after oral ad- ministration were determined by HPLC,with pharmacokinetic parameters computed and the bioequivalence of the two formu- lations of fluconazole evaluated.RESULTS:The pharmacokinetic parameters of test fluconazole tablets vs.the reference flu- conazole tablets were as follows:t_(1~2):(29.98?4.79)hvs.(30.60?4.66)h,t_(max):(1.9?0.3)hvs.(1.9?0.6)h;C _(max):(7.64?0.98)?g?mL~(-1)vs.(7.93?0.78)?g?mL~(-1) AUC_(0~96):(258.41?36.49)?g?h?mL~(-1)vs.(267.93?31.24)?g?h?mL~(-1) AUC_(0~∞):(283.17?45.80)?g?h?mL~(-1)vs.(299.70?38.41)?g?h?mL~(-1) and derived from planimetry AUC_(0~96) and AUC_(0~∞),the relative bioavailability of the test tablet were(94.9?11.3)%and(94.8?11.9)%,respectively.CONCLUSION: The test fluconazole tablets and the reference fluconazole tablets were proved to be bioequivalent.
6.Characteristics of TCM Study Methods from the Cognition of TCM for Human Body
Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1993;0(05):-
Basic cognition of TCM for human body includes three aspects:(1)Human body is an unify of form,Qi and sprit intrinsically;(2)Human is an unity composed of five solid organs in functions and structures;(3)Form,Qi,sprit and the Zang-and Fu-organs of human body connect together via channels and collaterals. The characteristics of TCM study methods are mainly trialistic nature of study objects, phenomenon analogy, functional leading nature of function and unify of the whole.
7.Application of nourishing yin by heterogeneous mutual enhancement compatibility in Detailed Analysis of Epidemic Warm Diseases
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(08):-
Yin injury is a common pathological in epidemic febrile disease, nourishing yin method is one of the commonly used therapies. This article initially summarized and discussed the heterogeneous mutual enhancement compatibility for nourishing yin in Detailed Analysis of Epidemic Warm Diseases, it could be refered for clinic.
8.High level expression of recombinant human serum albumin in CHO cells and optimization of its culture technology
Chinese Journal of Biologicals 2023;36(9):1054-1061+1071
ObjectiveTo achieve efficient expression of human serum albumin(HSA)in Chinese hamster ovary(CHO)cells and optimize its culture technology,so as to lay a foundation of the large-scale production of HSA.MethodsThe eukaryotic expression vector of HSA was constructed by gene recombination technology, and then electrotransfected into fully suspended CHO cells. The monoclonal cell lines with stable and high expression of HSA were screened by G418 and limited dilution method. By adding glucose, sodium butyrate and supplementalmedium to the basal medium, the cell culture process was optimized to improve the expression of HSA. Finally, the scale-up culture verification was carried out in a 5 L bioreactor.ResultsThe recombinant expression vector pcDNA3.1-HSA was successfully constructed and expressed in fully suspended CHO cells. After two monoclonal screening, the secondary monoclonal cell lines CHO-rHSA-7H2A9 and CHOrHSA-7H2D12 were obtained with high HSA expression of 29. 37 mg/L and 25. 26 mg/L respectively. The HSA expression level reached about 100. 00 mg/L by optimizing the culture process and wasfinally increased to 166. 16 mg/L in the 5 L bioreactor, which was about 30 times higher than that in the supernatant of the first monoclonal cells. Conclusion The high level expression of HSA in CHO cells was achieved, which laid a foundation of the further large-scale production of HSA in the field of biological products and solving the market supply problems.
9.Clinical observation on the effect of anti -itching lotion combined with Fuyanxiao biological dressing supposi-tory in treatment of pregnancy and vulvovaginal candidiasis
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;(11):1722-1724
Objective To observe the effect of antipruritic lotion combined Fuyanxiao with biological dress-ing suppository in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis in pregnancy(VVC)the clinical curative effect and the recurrence rate. Methods 236 patients with pregnancy complicated with VVC,would be in community were randomly divided into the two groups:combination treatment group, single drug group,118 cases in each.Combination therapy using antipruritic lotion combined Fuyanxiao biological dressing suppository combined treatment, the control group was treated by Fuyanxiao biological dressing suppository treatment, two groups of clinical efficacy and recurrence rate after the end of treatment were compared. Results The cure rate in the combined treatment group was 90.68%,which was higher than 57.62 % in the control group(χ2 =10.731,P <0.01);The recurrence rate in the combined treatment group was 3.39%,which was lower than 13.56% in the control group(χ2 =10.733,P <0.05).Conclusion The antipruritic lotion combined Fuyanxiao biological dressing suppository in the treatment of pregnancy with VVC can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, reduce the recurrence rate.
10.Risk factors for ischemic stroke in the very old (≥80 years)
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2009;17(10):761-764
The risk factors for ischemic stroke in the very old (≥ 80 years) are not exactly the same as other populations (< 80 years). Compared to other age groups, the incidence of ischemic stroke in the very old female population is higher, and the traditional risk factors such as atrial fibrillation and hypertension are more common, whereas diabetes, hyperlipidemia, smoking and drinking are less common. It is uncertain that whether heart failure, ischemic heart disease and high creatinine level increase the risk of ischemic stroke. Overall, the effect of traditional risk factors on ischemic stroke in the very old remains to be further studied.
