Histone methyltransferase modulates heterochromatin formation,genomic imprinting and genetic transcription by regulating the combination of histones and DNA.As encoding genes of histone methyltransferase,mixed-lineage leukemia (MLL) genes are found to have close relationship with tumors.Recently,MLL2,a member of this family,has been found highly expressed anomalously in breast cancer,colorectal cancer and lymphoma.Whether MLL2 participates in the progression of cancer,the time phase of its participation and its specific role are still remained to further study.

Influenza virus is a virus causing upper respiratory tract infection disease with high morbidity and mortality. China is considered as an area with high rate of influenza morbidity. Prevention and treatment of influenza currently rely on vaccines and antiviral agents in the world. In addition, traditional Chinese medicines also have been used in clinical for influenza therapy. In vitro anti-influenza virus activities of 10 traditional Chinese medicines were studied by cytopathic effect (CPE). Qingre Jiedu oral liquid (factory H) had strong antiviral activity against influenza virus A/Guangdong Luohu/219/2006 (H1N1); Yinhuang oral liquid had strong antiviral activity against influenza virus A/Hanfang/359/95 and A/Yuefang/243/72 (H3N2). Qingkailing oral liquid (factory G) had strong antiviral activity against influenza virus A/Jifang/15/90 (H3N2). Qingre Jiedu oral liquid (factory H) had strong antiviral activity against influenza virus A/Jifang/15/90, A/Yuefang/243/72 (H3N2) and virus B.

Ribavirin is a broad-spectrum inhibitor against several unrelated DNA or RNA viruses in vitro and in vivo. In this paper the in vitro and in vivo study of anti-influenza virus activity of ribavirin (RBV) injection had been reported. The in vitro antiviral activity of ribavirin injection against influenza virus A and B was studied by CPE. The in vivo protective action of ribavirin injection against influenza A/FM/1/47(H1N1) mouse adapted strain infected mouse was studied with mouse model. The results showed ribavirin injection has strong inhibitory activity against 7 virus strains tested in vitro. Ribavirin injection could significantly increase virus infected mouse survival rate and survival days and improve lung pathogen and lung index.

Objective To evaluate the effect of single-nucleotide polymorphisms at the miRNA binding site rs3660 in the 3'-untranslated region of the KRT81 gene (miR-SNPs) on the cancer risk and clinical prognosis of non-Hodgkin's lymphomas (NHL).Methods The single-nucleo-tide polymorphisms of rs3660 was genotyped with ligation detection reaction method.The association of rs3660 with NHL survival was calculated with log-rank test using Kaplan-Meier method.Multivariate survival analysis was performed using a Cox proportional hazards model.Results The rs3660 genotype distribution difference was not statistically significant between the case and control group (P =0.50).Patients carrying the rs3660 CG/CC genotype exhibited a significantly longer survival time than patients carrying the GG genotype (P =0.012).In addition,rs3660 was associated independently with the survival of NHL patients in multivariate analysis (RR=0.589,95％ CI:0.415-0.832,P =0.004).The association of this miR-SNP with NHL survival was further confirmed in the peripheral T cell lymphoma (PTCL) subtype.Conclusion Our results indicate that KRT81 rs3660 GG type is an independent prognostic marker in NHL.

Objective To research the activated brain areas of decision making under uncertainty reward processing on healthy volunteers.Method The E-Prime programs were presented 3 kinds of tasks of the decision under uncertain reward processing.15 right-handed healthy volunteers made a response after receiving the task.At the same time,the GE 3.0T magnetic resonance scanner scanned the brains areas of subjects.Individual analysis and group analysis was done with SPM8 software,then the brain activating regions and the peak intensity were gotten.Results Orbitofrontal cortex was activated in certainty,peak intensity 2.4328 ± 0.1949 (P ＜ 0.05).Prefrontal cortex,occipital lobe,parietal lobe,posterior lobe of cerebellum,limbic lobe and midbrain were activated under the risk reward processing,peak intensity 2.4228 ± 1.3762 (P ＜ 0.05).When under ambiguity reward processing,prefrontal cortex,temporal lobe,occipital lobe,left inferior frontal gyrus and posterior lobe of cerebellum were activated,peak intensity 2.4056 ± 0.4222 (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with the task under certainty,posterior lobe of cerebellum,gyri subtemporalis and gyri fusiformis,inferior parietal lobule,anterior central convolution,orbitofrontal cortex,ventrolateral prefrontal cortex,both frontopolar and supramarginal gyrus were activated in task under risk (P ＜0.05) ;and both frontopolar were activated in task under ambiguity (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with the task under risk,dorsolateral prefrontal cortex and posterior lobe of cerebellum were activated in task under ambiguity (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion There are differences in different types of reward processing of decision making.

Primary breast lymphoma (PBL) is a kind of rare primary extranodal lymphoma, which is of relatively poor prognosis and so far there is no unified treatment. In the case diagnosed by Our hospital where one patient recurring breast diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) many times, has been treated with good therapeutic effect through surgery, chemotherapy, targeted drug therapy and radiotherapy. A multidisciplinary discussion is made concerning the treatment of the patient in this article for the purpose of further discussing the standard treatment procedure for PBL and promoting multi-disciplinary team.

Objective To observe ultrasonic and PET/CT features of malignant lymphoma after chemotherapy and to determine the value in assessment of lymphoma treatment response.Methods Seventy-seven lymph nodes in 32 patients were observed and measured with color Doppler ultrasound and PET/CT after chemotherapy comparing with pathologic results.Results Seventy-two lymph nodes were exactly certified by ultrasound(94.8%),and seventy-five nodes were exactly confirmed by PET/CT(97.4%).There were significant differences in L/S,blood supply type,Vmax,Vmin,RI(P＜0.05)between nodes groups with and without residual tumor.The PET/CT inspection demonstrates that lymph nodes with residual tumor was in the high metabolism condition.The positive nodes'index of ultrasound were connected with their metabolism condition.Conclusions The two methods all have high rate of accuracy.Ultrasound can be used as normal method in assessment of lymphoma treatment response.

Objective: To detect the vascular paths in the lateral wall of maxillary sinus using cone beam computer tomography (CBCT), and to retrospect the surgical managements of avoiding bleeding complication during the lateral approach maxillary sinus elevation.Methods: The documents of 71 consecutive patients with 81 sides maxillary sinus elevation surgery were collected.The vascular paths in the lateral wall of maxillary sinus were detected by the preoperative CBCT, and the messages about the vascular in surgical records were analyzed.Results: The paths of the vascular could be detected in 77 (95.1%) sides maxillary sinus in the reconstruction panoramic images of CBCT.At the position of the first molar, the paths of the vascular of the lateral maxillary sinus walls could be detected in 54 sides (66.7%) in the reconstruction coronal images of CBCT, and the other 27 sides (33.3%) could not be detected.Two approximately parallel paths of the vascular were found in 3 sides (3.7%) of the lateral maxillary sinus walls.The different diagnoses occurred in 6 sinuses between two observers.The kappa of diagnostic consistency of the two observers was 0.842 (P<0.001).The mean distance between the lower border of the vascular path to the plane of the alveolar crest of 54 sides maxillary sinuses was about (13.0±4.7) mm.The mean distance between lower border of vascular path to the plane of the floor of the sinus was (9.3±4.8) mm.The vascular path was located in the floor wall in 1 sinus.During the lateral approach maxillary sinus elevation operation, intraosseous vessels were dissected in 4 sides sinus lateral wall, the vascular path was avoided consciously in 3 sides, and the sinus elevation surgery had to be given up in 1 side for the vessel was torn and bleeding.There were no vascular related messages in 73 sides of the lateral approach maxillary sinus elevation operation records.Conclusion: The vascular paths of maxillary sinus wall could be detected by CBCT in most cases.Preoperative CBCT examination was proved to be reliable.The vascular paths of maxillary sinus wall should be examined carefully.It was helpful to make the surgical design perfectible and reduce the risk of tearing the vessel in operation.

Objective:To investigate the immune effects of CIK cells induced by Toll like receptor 7 agonist (Tlr7a) instead of IFN-γon killing lymphoma cells in vitro .Methods: Mononuclear cells were isolated from healthy human peripheral blood .CIK were induced by Tlr7a in vitro instead of IFN-γ.Two groups were divided as follows:CIK group,Tlr7a-CIK group.Then the main investigation on immune effects included immune phenotype was detected respectively , and cytotoxicity of the effectors was analyzed .Results: In Tlr7a-CIK group,the amount of CD56+cells was more than CIK group (P<0.05),and the cytotoxicity was also stronger (P<0.05). Conclusion:Tlr7a instead of IFN-γcould promote the immune effects of CIK cells on killing tumor cells in vitro .
