Objective To investigate the effect of tripterysium glycosides combined with isotretinoin in cysticacne and its effect on serum inflammatory factors, insulin like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) and dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA).Methods 118 cases of cysticacne patients were divided into observation group (n=59) and control group (n=59) according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with isotretinoin capsule, while the observation group were treated with tripterysium glycosides tablets on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment was 8 weeks in two groups. Results The total efficiency of the observation group (89.83%) was higher than the control group (71.19%) (P<0.05); the number of cyst after treatment in the observation group were less than the control group (P<0.05);the serum IL-2 and IL-4 levels in the observation group after treatment reduced, and lower than the control group (P<0.05);the serum IGF-1 and DHEA levels in the observation group after treatment reduced, and lower than the control group (P <0.05); the recurrence rate of the observation group (11.86%) was lower than the control group (30.51%) (P<0.05);the adverse reactions in two groups had no statistically significant. Conclusion Tripterysium glycosides combined with isotretinoin capsule has obvious curative effect in the treatment of cysticacne patients, and can reduce the serum IL-2, IL-4 levels and IGF-1 and DHEA levels, with lower recurrence rate, fewer adverse reactions.
5.Psychological issues after organ transplantation
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(31):-
Conspecific organ transplantation provides the survival for the diseased patients at the later stage. The transplantation-induced emotional disorder, rejection, social and psychological burdens all affect the donor, recipients and their relatives, together with the involved medical staff regarding the physical and mental health. The differences of gender, age, cultural background, economic status, social and family roles, and religion beliefs may result in the varying psychological reactions. Therefore, it is recommended to conduct the psychological intervention for the population at each stage of the organ transplantation, as the transplantation technique increases.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2009;32(12):17-19
Objective To discuss the effect and treatment methods of ureteral obstruction caused by primary or metastatic pelvic malignancy. Methods Clinical data of 51 cases with ureteral obstruction caused By pelvic malignancy were reviewed retrospectively. The treatment included traditional open operation in 17 cases in which 3 cases with uretero-uwtero, 9 cases with uretero-bladder anastomotic stoma and 5 cases with cutaneous ureterostomy, retrograde stenting in 19 cases (11 cases with unilateral ureter, 8 cases with bilateral ureter), pereutaneous nephrostomy in 15 cases. Results The median follow-up time was 21 months (range 6 to 72 months ). Three months after operation, uhrasonograph or intravenous urography(IVU)showed that 39 (76.5%) cases had nomal renal function, 12 (23.5%) cases had hydronephrosis relief and renal function improvement. No stricture in the uretero-uretero or uretero-bladder anastomotic stoma was recorded. Conclusions Appropriate treatment is dependent upon the accurate identification of the underlying pathological process and it can relieve ureteral obstruction and increase the quality of life for ureteral obstruction caused by pelvic malignancy.

Objective:To investigate the effect of P53 inhibitors and microtubule inhibitors on nuclear translocation of glucocorticoid receptor in psoriatic epidermal keratinocytes. Methods: Isolate and culture psoriatic and normal epidermal keratinocytes. The keratinocytes were incubated with P53 inhibitors and microtubule inhibitors with or without vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) ,and then detected the distribution of GR by indirect immunofluorescence. Results:VEGF induced nuclear trans-location of GR in normal keratinocytes, and the P53 inhibitor restrained VEGF induced nuclear export of GR in normal keratinocytes. The nuclear translocation score of the keratinocytes cultured with VEGF was significantly lower than that of keratinocytes cultured without VEGF(P<0.05).The microtubule inhibitors could completely detained GR of normal epidermal keratinocytes in the cytoplasm, and there′s no significantly increased of the level of GR in the cytoplasm after putting VEGF into the normal epidermal kera-tinocytes.While the microtubule inhibitors and P53 inhibitors co-cultured, there will be a small amount of GR into the keratinocyte nuclei. Conclusion:Microtubule mediated uptake of GR,P53 participated nuclear export of GR.

Regulation of the activity of CYP450 has always been research focus of drug metabolism. The effect of compounds on the mRNA and protein expression level of CYP450 is the main purpose of most of the existing reports. In recent years, the protein modification in the posttranslation level has been found to participate in maintaining the proper function of CYP450, thus effect of posttranslational modification on the enzyme activity has been paid more and more attention. Posttranslational modifications including phosphorylation, nitration, and ubiquitination have been described to regulate the activity of CYP450. In this paper, recent developments in the effects of posttranslational modifications on the activity of CYP450 have been reviewed.
