1.Study on the enzymatic hydrolysis technology of oyster
Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 1994;0(02):-
Objective To research the optimum hydrolysis conditions of oyster protein so as to raise the protein recovery and degree of hydrolysis. Methods Considering protein recovery, degree of hydrolysis, bitterness and clarity, the best enzyme was selected;Orthogonal test was designed to determine the best enzyme hydrolysis conditions;Based on hydrolysis and protein recovery, the effect of heat treatment, ultrasound and microwave processing and handling on enzymatic hydrolysis of oyster were investigated. Results and Conclusion Bromelain protease was suitable for the proteolysis of oyster, and the optimal conditions were:pH 6,temperature 55℃,substrate concentration 1∶3,E/S=800U/g,4 hours. In the optimal condition, the recovery of protein and degree of hydrolysis were 67.55%and 29.86% respectively in the hydrolysate.Heating, ultrasound technology and microwave treatments before hydro-lysis were harmful to enzymatic hydrolysis of oyster.
2.The general situation of climacteric syndrome treated with traditional Chinese medicine
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;37(12):1141-1144
Climacteric syndrome is a common clinical disease with high incidence. The understanding of the disease is progressing in recent years. This article collects thirty-seven documents in this field in recent eight years. The pathogenesis of climacteric syndrome is divided into two aspects as the deficiency of the kidney and the imbalance of the liver, the spleen and the heart. It also sums up the therapy of climacteric syndrome from this two aspects. At last, the authors propose that we should pay attention to the importance of the liver, the spleen and the heart in both the pathogenesis and the therapy.

Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(06):-
Since the emergence in 1980s,community-associated methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus Aurues (CA-MRSA) has caught great attention of the researchers and clinical practitioners all over the world. In recent scientific papers, people found that CA-MRSA's capability to adapt itself to the hostile environment and to colonize is a kind of important virulence factor. A newly unveiled gene, designated arginine catabolic mobile element (ACME),in USA300 stains contributes much to this sort of ability. The arginine deiminase encoded by ACME plays an important role in colonization.

Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 2003;0(06):-
Objective To observe the effect of combination of Tju103 and CTLA4-Ig on engraftment, graft versus host disease (GVHD), graft versus leukemia (GVL) and anti-infection post major histocompatibility complex (MHC) haploidentical bone marrow transplantation in mice in order to seek an effective access to transplantation with less GVHD and more potential GVL and anti-infection.Methods In the presence of the recipient's antigen (normal CB6F1, H-2 bd) as a stimulus for induction of specific immune tolerance, T cells from the MHC haploidentical donors (C57BL/6, H-2 b) were first in vitro cultured with Tju103 and CTLA4-Ig, then were transfused with the donors' bone marrow cells into the preconditioned recipients. At last, the effect of combination of Tju103 and CTLA4-Ig on hematopoietic rebuilding, GVHD, GVL and anti-infection was observed in compared with CsA, Tju103 and CTLA4-Ig as controls. Results The only irradiated group (group A): All the mice (10 mice) died of failure of hematopoiesis within 11 days post irradiation, of which most (8 mice) died within 4~7 days post transplantation. The CTX-treated leukemia group (group B): All the mice (10 mice) died of leukemia within 16~23 days post leukemia cells infusion (11~18 days post BMT). CTX treatment prolonged the survival time. The only transplanted group (group C): The mice began to die from day 16 post transplantation, and all (10 mice) died of GVHD within 3 weeks. The CsA prophylaxis group (group D): 4 mice died within 8~22 days after transplantation, of which one died of leukemia, two died of infection and one died of GVHD, and the remaining 6 survived over 30 days post transplantation. The Tju103 treated group (group E): 4 mice died within 9~26 days post transplantation, of which one died of leukemia, one died of infection and two died of GVHD, and the remaining 6 mice survived over 30 days post transplantation. The CTLA4-Ig treated group (group F): 3 mice died within 14~23 days after transplantation, of which one died of infection and two died of GVHD, and the remaining 7 survived over 30 days post transplantation. The Tju103/CTLA4-Ig treated group (group G): one died of GVHD on day 19 after transplantation, and the remaining 9 mice survived over 30 days post transplantation. Conclusions CsA, Tju103 or CTLA4-Ig alone could prolong survival time and reduce incidence and degree of GVHD severity. But CTLA4-Ig could spare much ability of GVL and anti-infection while Tju103, just like CsA, couldn't. Combination of both was the most favorable way for transplantation with the most remarkable efficiency on prolongation of survival time and reduction of GVHD.

Cancer Research and Clinic 2010;22(10):649-651
Comparing with the world level, the bibliometric indicators of Chinese medical journals in oncology field are rather lower, but our medical journals have big development space. In the world journals with high impact index, the papers published by Chinese authors are fewer; in the papers number, the superiority of Chinese authors is in tumor clinical therapy field. Most papers are written by researchers from large institutions with plenty of medical resources.

Objective To explore the diagnostic points and promote the checkout rate of fetal congenital cor-dis malformation. Method Analyzed the ultrasonic character by reviewing the fetal congenital cordis malformation from our hospital in recent 2 years. Result 3 cases was inaccuracy in the 28 cases of congenital cordis malformation diagnosed by antepartum. Diagnostic accuracy rate was 89.3%. Conclusion The inaccuracy was reduced greatly by gradual ultrasonic diagnosis by way of four cavity heart and three vas cross section,

Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1982;0(04):-
The leaves of Rumex dictyocarpus Boiss et Buhse are used for treatment in acute abdomen. From this plant four constituents have been isoiated and identified as emodin、chrysophanol、quercetin、quercitrin by chemical and spectroscopic methods. These constituents were known to possess antibacterial, anti-inflammatory or hemoslatic actions, it seems that the clinie effects are related to the presense of these constituents.

Objective:To obtain a monoclonal antibody(mAb) against human CD80(B7 1) and to study of its biological effects. Methods:The hybridoma cell line was obtained by using the B lymphoma hybridoma technique after immunization of Balb/c mice with XG7 B7 the cells.Ascites were induced to produce the mAb.The specificity and affinity of mAb were verified B7 competition and FACS.Expression of B7 1 in PBLs,DCs,Raji and Daudi were studied by indirect immunofluorescence.Using counting and trypan blue staining, inhibitory effects of mAb on Raji and Daudi cells were analyzed. The neutralization activity of the 4E5 determined by MTT assay using PBLs as response cells. Results:The anti CD80(B7 1) was obtained. The expression of B7 1 in PBLs、DC、Raji ad Daudi was 10 2%,95 1%,96 7% and 89 2%,respectived 4E5 can inhibit the growth in Raji and Daudi cells and block the costimulatory signals of B7/CD28.Conclusion:4E5 is a specific and functional anti CD80(B7 1) and has high affinity for its ligand. It may be of significant value in basic studies and find clinical applications.
