1.Clique clustering-based automatic summarization of multiple documents on schizophrenia
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2016;25(3):18-24
A semantic predication network was developed by processing the documents on schizophrenia into se-mantic predication sets using SemRep, from which the core information was extracted to produce a graphic summary which was consisted of highly cohesive cliques. The automatic methods for summarizing biomedical documents were studied using the network properties combined with semantic information. The subthemes in the summary obtained by clustering were evaluated according to the clique co-node matrix and the contents of the summary were assessed according to the reference criteria. The accuracy was 0.93, the recall was 0.68, and the F-value was 0.79 for the summary, indicating that this method can effectively recognize the core information in documents and the semantic information in network graphics.
2.Effects of Naoluotong on Dogs' Cerebral Blood Flow
China Pharmacy 1991;0(05):-
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of naoluotong on dogs' cerebral blood flow. METHODS:The anaesthetized dogs were randomly divided into naoluotong (which was subdivided into high, medium and low dose subgroups) group, antigeron positive control group, naoxuekang group, and blank control group with 6 dogs in each group. The internal carotid artery flow (ICAF), blood pressure (BP), electrocardiogram (ECG) and heart rates of the dogs were determined at different time after administration with drugs. RESULTS:As compared with the blank control group, the high and medium dose of naoluotong could significantly increase dogs' cerebral blood flow and reduce cerebral vascular resistance yet without significant influence on arterial blood pressure, heart rates and ECG. CONCLUSION: Naoluotong can improve cerebral blood circulation.

Aim To demonstrate the effects and mechanism of adenosine A1 receptor agonist R(-)-N6-(2-phenylisopropyl) adenosine(R-PIA) on high glucose(HG)-induced myocardial hypertrophy by in vitro cultured myocardial cells from neonatal rats. Methods The protein content was assayed by the method of Lowry. The expression of p-ERK1/2 and ERK1/2 was determined by Western blot. The [Ca~(2+)]I transient changes of cell loaded Fura-2/AM were measured by Till image system. Results 1 μmol·L~(-1) R-PIA and U0126 inhibited similarly HG-induced increase of the protein content and [Ca~(2+)]I transient along with the relative expression of p-ERK1/2.These responses were completely abolished by adenosine A1 receptor antagonist 8-cyclopentyl-1,3-dipropylxanthine(CPDPX).Conclusion Adenosine A1 receptor stimulation significantly inhibits HG-induced myocardial hypertrophy by mediating ERK1/2 pathway and Ca~(2+).

Objective To investigate the prognostic factors of life and functional outcome of the first hemiparetic stroke patients. Methods One hundred and eighteen stroke subjects were registered prospectively. The Barthel index (BI) , Rankin scale (RS) , Mortricity index(MI) , Mini-mental state examination (MMSE) , Montgomery-Asberg depression scale (MADRS) and a scale of general state and risk factors were used to evaluate at the 48th hour, the 15th day and the 90th day after stroke. Results The patients' performance, as demonstrated by their scores with all the evaluation instruments, changed significantly at all the time points of evaluation after stroke (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the performance at the 48th hour and the 15th day after stroke ( P > 0.05 ). But at the 90th day after stroke, the activity of daily living performance and the depression status recovered significantly (P < 0.01 ). Logistic regression analysis showed that, such factors as pneumonia, urinary incontinence within 48th hour and deep sensation disturbance might adversely influence patients' activity of daily living performance at the 90th day after stroke; the muscle strength of upper extremities at the 48th hour, and MMSE scores at the 15th day after stroke acted as the protective factors. Conclusions The stroke patients improved significantly with regard to their clinical and functional manifestations when evaluated 90 days after stroke onset. The main factors influencing the activity of daily living performance 90 days after stroke onset included deep sensation disturbance, pneumonia, urinary incontinence and muscles strength of upper extremities at 48th hour, and MMSE scores at the 15th days after onset.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1981;0(03):-
The dynamic changes of serum gastrin (SG) levels were observed in rats during chemical induction of colorectal cancer by 1,2-dimethylhydrazine (DMH). It was found that the mean SG concentration in the induced rats was very significantly lower than that in the control rats (P0.05) from week 11 to 20 after induction;the mean SG concentration in the induced rats with colorectal cancer in Dukes A or B stage was very significantly higher than that in those without cancer or with cancer in Dukes C or D stage (P

OBJECTIVE: To develop a method of HPLC/MS/MS to determine phenacetin and paracetamol in rat liver microsomal incubation system. METHODS: Samples were separated on XTerra MS C18 column, different ratios of methanol- 0.1% formic acid were used as the gradient eluent, and the flow rate was 0.2mL?min-1. The electrospray ion-quadrupole mass spectrometry and multiple reaction monitor were adopted to detect the concentration of phenacetin and paracetamol. RESULTS: The calibration curves were linear in the ranges of 45~9 000ng?mL-1(r=0.999 8)and 15.2~1 520ng?mL-1(r=0.999 6) for phenacetin and paracetamol respectively; The lowest limits of assay were 9ng?mL-1 and 10ng?mL-1.The average recoveries at three concentrations of phenacetin were (96.2?2.3)%~(98.3?2.4)% and those of paracetamol were (99.6?2.1)%~(100.2?2.6)%; RSD of the intra-day and inter-day were less than 5%. CONCLUSION: The method is rapid, sensitive and suitable for determination of phenacetin and paracetamol in rat liver microsomal incubation system.

A large number of starring biomedical industry clusters are emerged in recent years with the develop-ment of biomedical industry. The information access approaches of users in biomedical industry clusters consisting of higher education institutions, scientific research institutions and enterprises, the types of biomedical information they need, the transformation ways of their achievements, and the major barriers of information access were thus in-vestigated in this paper with questionnaires. The different information behaviors were compared between the users of scientific research group and enterprise group. The characteristics of information need of users in biomedical indus-try clusters were summarized, and following suggestions were put forward, namely establishing information service platform, perfecting institution-oriented information service model, and improving information service system for bi-omedical industry clusters.
