Objective:To explore the relationship of negative life events,parent-child relationship,teacher-child relationship with the altruistic prosocial behaviors in migrant and unattended primary school children. Methods:Totally 1198 migrant children and 1631 unattended children were recruited. The dimension ofaltruistic prosocial behaviorof Child and Adolescent Prosocial Behavior Questionnaire (CAPBQ-A)was used to evaluate altruistic prosocial behaviors,Life Event Questionnaire (LEQ)was used to evaluate negative life events, parent trust and support dimensionof Social Psychological Relationship Questionnaire(SPRQ-P)to evaluate par-ent-child relationship, and teacher trust and support dimension (SPRQ-T ) to evaluate teacher-child relationship. Results:The CAPBQ-A scores were higher in migrant children than in the unattended children (P<0. 001). Being migrant or unattended children (β=-0. 07),LEQ score (β=-0. 04),SPRQ-P score (β=0. 13) and SPRQ-T score (β=0. 31 )predicted the CAPBQ-A score significantly. The SPRQ-P score had significantly stronger predictive effect on the migrant children compared to the unattended children (β=-0. 06 ). Yet the SPRQ-T score predicted the unattended children stronger (β=0. 06 ,Ps<0. 0 1 ). Conclusion:The unattended children's al-truistic prosocial behaviors are much worse than the migrant children. Personal relationships seem to play a more important role than negative life events in shaping children's altruistic prosocial behaviors. Moreover, the parent-child relationship seems to be more important to the migrant children, whereas the teacher-child relationship is more important to the unattended children.

Objective:To observe the effect of annexin A1 peptidomimetic Ac2-26 on lung injury in rats with cardiopulmonary bypass, and analysis its anti-inflammatory mechanism. Methods:Eighteen male SD rats were divided into 3 groups(n=6) according to the random number table: sham operation group(S group), ischemia reperfusion group(IR group), Ac2-26 group(A group). The sham operation group received femoral arteriovenous puncture and catheterization, only the left lung was opened and the cardiopulmonary bypass tube was not connected. The other two groups were established with cardiopulmonary bypass left lung ischemia-reperfusion injury model. The IR group was given the same volume 10 minutes before cardiopulmonary bypass with the normal saline solution. Group A was injected with Ac2-26(1 mg/kg) through the tail vein 10 minutes before cardiopulmonary bypass. The arterial blood of the three groups of rats was taken for blood gas analysis before CPB(T1), immediately after opening the left lung hilum(T2), and at the end of the experiment(T3) to calculate OI and RI. At T1 and T3, the femoral vein blood was taken to measure the number of PMN. At T3, pulmonary artery blood was taken to measure the number of PMN and VCAM-1 content, left lung tissue was taken to measure NE and MPO content by ELISA, lung tissue neutrophil apoptosis was measured by Tunel method, and lung tissue ICAM-1 and AnxA1 protein expression was measured by Western-Blot.Results:At T3, compared with group S, the number of PMN in peripheral blood and pulmonary artery blood and the content of pulmonary artery VCAM-1 in IR group were significantly higher, the content of MPO and NE in lung tissue increased, the lung tissue pathological damage score increased, OI decreased and RI increased, all P<0.05. Compared with IR group, the lung tissue pathological damage score of rats in group A was significantly reduced, the number of PMN in peripheral blood and pulmonary artery blood and the content of VCAM-1 in pulmonary artery blood were significantly reduced, the expression of AnxA1 and ICAM-1 in the lung tissue of rats decreased; the content of MPO and NE in lung tissue decreased, and the apoptosis rate of PMN increased, all P<0.05. Conclusion:Ac2-26 annexin A1 peptidomimetics can inhibit the aggregation of neutrophils in the lung, weaken the adhesion of neutrophils to the pulmonary vascular endothelium, promote the apoptosis of neutrophils in the lungs, and reduce the content of NE and MPO. It has a protective effect on lung injury after cardiopulmonary bypass in rats.

The disclosure of medical service information is an important tool to help patients make medical decisions, improve the quality of medical services, and strengthen hospital supervision. The effectiveness of disclosing medical service information lies in meeting the needs of patients. The disclosure of medical service information in foreign countries started earlier that China. In order to strengthen the compatibility between medical service information and patient needs, some developed countries had used patient experience surveys, patient satisfaction surveys, and patient medical reports as the sources of public information. These countries publicly released information on medical quality, doctor-patient feedback, and social responsibility through official unified release platforms and processes, while establishing diversified and institutionalized regulatory mechanisms to create a good information disclosure system and mechanism for patient decision-making, service quality improvement, and government regulation.By drawing on the experience of medical service information disclosure in developed countries, the author proposed that we should carry out a comprehensive survey of patient needs, establish a convenient and transparent information disclosure platform, and establish a sound scientific regulatory mechanism, so as to provide reference for promoting the establishment of a patient demand oriented medical service information disclosure mechanism in China

Objective:To investigate the clinicopathological features, treatment programs and prognosis of patients with primary diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) in cavernous sinus. Methods:The clinical data of a patient with primary DLBCL in cavernous sinus who were admitted to Wuhan No.1 Hospital in December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed, and the relevant literature was reviewed. Results:The patient was a 63-year-old female who underwent resection of the cavernous sinus lesion, and the pathological diagnosis was DLBCL. The patient received 6 courses of R-CHOP regimen chemotherapy, lumbar puncture + intrathecal injection of chemotherapy drugs, and twice additional rituximab immunochemotherapy, and no tumor cells were found in the results of liquid-based thin layer cytology for cerebrospinal fluid exfoliated cells; twice magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) re-examination after the operation showed no recurrence and adjacent metastasis of the tumor. The patient's symptoms were significantly improved without residual neurological sequelae. Conclusions:Primary DLBCL in cavernous sinus is rare in clinical practice, early diagnosis is crucial for the prognosis of patients, and different protein expression may indicate the prognosis. Biopsy, complete resection of the tumor under the premise of preserving important anatomical structures and functions, and standardized chemotherapy combined with intrathecal injection local chemotherapy can effectively prolong the survival time of patients and improve the quality of life.

Objective:To compare the function and action pathways of VEGFA, VEGFB and VEGFC in VEGF family of mouse eye. Methods:Using the BXD mouse gene data in Genenetwork database as template to compare and study the similarities and differences of VEGFA, VEGFB and VEGFC molecular pathways or potential functions in the whole genome expression spectrum of BXD recombinant mouse inbred line population, with multiple analytical methods and statistical strategies were used, such as gene expression level, target genes comparison, top genes comparison associated to target genes, expression Quantitative Trait Loci (eQTL).Results:Matrix comparison showed strong positive correlation between two probes of VEGFC ( r=0.732, P<0.01), weak correlation between VEGFA 1420909 and VEGFC 1440739, VEGFA 1451959 and VEGFC 1451803, VEGFC 1419417959 and VEGFC 1439766, VEGFC 1451803 and VEGFC 1439766 ( P<0.05); there was no correlation between VEGFA 1420909 and four other genes except VEGFC 1440739, VEGFA 1451959 and VEGFC 1440739, VEGFB 1451803 and VEGFA 1420909/VEGFC 1419417/VEGFC 1440739 ( P >0.05). In the comparative analysis of the relevant Top 50 genes of each VEGF gene, most of the genes in BXD mouse were not significantly correlated with VEGFA, VEGFB and VEGFC except for the weak association of individual related genes. The results of eQTL analysis showed that each probe of VEGF gene was located on different chromosomes. Conclusions:The expression levels and positive and negative correlations of VEGFA, VEGFB and VEGFC were different in the VEGF family of mouse eye, suggesting that these genes may play their role through different pathways.
