Abstract In recent years, the prevalence of overweight and obesity among children and adolescents has risen rapidly, posing a serious threat to their physical and mental health. To provide scientific, systematic, and standardized weight management guidance for overweight and obese children and adolescents, the study focuses on the core concept of healthy lifestyle intervention, integrates multidisciplinary expert opinions and research findings,and proposes a comprehensive multidisciplinary intervention framework covering scientific exercise intervention, precise nutrition and diet, optimized sleep management, and standardized psychological support. It calls for the establishment of a multi agent collaborative management mechanism led by the government, implemented by families, fostered by schools, initiated by individuals, optimized by communities, reinforced by healthcare, and coordinated by multiple stakeholders. Emphasizing a child and adolescent centered approach, the consensus advocates for comprehensive, multi level, and personalized guidance strategies to promote the internalization and maintenance of a healthy lifestyle. It serves as a reference and provides recommendations for the effective prevention and control of overweight and obesity, and enhancing the health level of children and adolescents.

Forty eight singleton normal fetuses underwent two-dimensional echocardiography with fetal heart quantitative technique (fetal HQ) in People′s Hospital of Wuhan University on September 2019. Fetal ventricular intima was successfully tracked by fetal HQ software in 45 cases; the length, transverse width, area, and global spherical index(GSI) of four-chamber view were measured with fetal HQ, meanwhile the dynamic tracking curve of ventricular intima was obtained. The left (right) ventricular global strain (GS), fetal area change (FAC), left ventricular ejection fraction (EF) and 24 segment end diastolic diameter (ED), short-axis shortening (FS), spherical index (SI) were calculated. Fetal heart shape and size and cardiac function parameters, as well as z-score of each parameter after adjustment for gestational age, were obtained successfully. The length, transverse width and area were linearly correlated with gestational age, while other parameters and their Z scores were not significantly correlated with gestational age. Z score of measured values of each parameter fell within the normal range of -2

Objective To compare the difference of efficacy and adverse effects between TEC-NX regimen (Docetaxel + Epirubicin + Cyclophosphamide sequential Vinorelbine + Capecitabine) with TEC regimen (Docetaxel + Epirubicin + Cyclophosphamide) in the adjuvant chemotherapy of locally advanced breast cancer.Methods A retrospective study was conducted to select 58 patients with locally advanced breast cancer who underwent ≥4 axillary lymph node metastasis from April 2008 to April 2015 at the International Peace Maternity and Child Health Hospital,Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine.All patients were female,average age was 48 years old,rang from 29 to 63 years old.Patients were divided into TEC-NX group (n =23) and TEC group (n =35) according to different treatment methods.TEC-NX group patients received chemotherapy with TEC-NX regimen and TEC group patients received chemotherapy with TEC regimen.The 3-year overall survival rate and 3-year disease-free survival rate were compared between the two groups.The differences in adverse reactions such as myelosuppression,liver dysfunction and fever were compared between the two groups.The Chi-square test was used to compare the count data between the two groups;the survival analysis was performed by Kaplan-Meier method.Results The 3-year overall survival rate was 91.3％ in the TEC-NX group and 91.4％ in the TEC group,and the difference was not statistically significant (P =0.995).The 3-year disease-free survival rate was 73.9％ in the TEC-NX group and 85.7％ in the TEC group,and the difference was not statistically significant (P=0.289).The incidence of grade Ⅲ or Ⅳ myelosuppression in the TEC-NX group was 26.0％,which was significantly lower than that in the TEC group (65.7％),and the difference was statistically significant (P =0.009).The incidence of liver dysfunction was 91.3％ in the TEC-NX group,and there was not statistically significant compared with 93.5％ in the TEC group (P =0.523).The incidence of fever in the TEC-NX group was 17.4％,which was not statistically significant compared with the TEC group (14.3％) (P =0.749).Conclusion In adjuvant chemotherapy for locally advanced breast cancer,the TEC-NX regimen does not improve 3-year overall survival and disease-free survival compared with the TEC regimen,but the TEC-NX regimen significantly reduced the incidence of grade Ⅲ or Ⅳ myelosuppression.

From November.2015 to December 2016,targeted hand ultrasonographic examinations were carried out on 532 fetuses with family history,suspected limb deformities or other abnormalities.The number,size and shape of metacarpal and phalangeal bones were observed from coronal,axial and sagittal view.Three-dimensional ultrasound examination was performed on the suspected short fingers of fetal hands.Follow-up data were obtained in 382 cases.In 6 cases of prenatally detected brachydactyly,5 were bilateral and 1 case was unilateral.In these cases,more than one ossification centers of phalanxes were not present or significantly smaller.In 6 cases of brachydactyly,the termination of pregnancy was performed in 4 (including 2 cases with multiple malformations,and 2 cases with brachydactyly family history but without other abnormalities),while in other 2 cases without other abnormalities the pregnancy was retained until birth.X-rays and autopsies confirmed the prenatal diagnosis of brachydactyly in 4 cases of pregnancy termination,but duplicated distal phalanges of bilateral thumbs of 1 case was missed in prenatal scan.It is suggested that the targeted ultrasonographic scan of the fetal hands in high-risk population during pregnancy helps to detect severe brachydactyly.

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum leptin and carotid intima-media thickness in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 35 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) and 16 normal controls were studied. Fasting serum leptin, fasting glucose(FBG), HbAlc, C-peptide, lipide, systolic(SBP), diastolic blood pressure(DBP), body mass index (BMI) and waist circ-umference (WC) were measured in all subjects. The intima-media thickness (IMT) of common carotid artery was measured by high-resolu-tion ultrasound imaging. Results IMT of T2DM was positively correlated with leptin concentration. Conclusion Serum leptin concentra-tion is independently associated with the IMT of carotid artery, which suggest that leptin may be an independent risk factor of atherosclerosis.

Objective To analyze the blood perfusion characteristics of retroperitoneal benign and malignant tumors by real-time contrast enhanced ultrasonography and discuss its value in the differential diagnosis.Methods The study involved 42 patients with pathological evidence through surgery or needle biopsy,including 12 patients with benign retroperitoneal tumors and 30 patients with malignant retroperitoneal tumors.The blood perfusion characteristics of two groups were observed under low mechanical index after the injection of contrast ultrasound agent(SonoVue),and the changes of twodimensional ultrasonography and the time-intensity curve(TIC)were analyzed. Results During real time contrast enhancement,the different characteristics of retroperitoneal benign and malignant tumors were observed.Malignant tumors in retro peritoneum presented the pattern of ultrasound contrast agent(UCA) enhancement from center to periphery and enhanced overall uneven mainly,begin tumors presented peripheral enhancement pattern or uniformity and overall strengthening of the main.TIC curve between benign and malignant tumors displayed that contrast enhanced intensity of region of interest(P＜0.00 1),ascending slop and halftime of descending were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusions Real-time contrast-enhanced ultrasonography is a valued method to provide information for the differential diagnosis in retroperitoneal benign and malignant tumors.

A new method of the separation of hydrocarbons and glycerides in liver oil of Mustelus jriseas was designed. The Waters Prep-500A Liquid Chromatograph with silica gel column and differential refractive index detector was used. The mobile phase was petroleum ether and ethyl acetate. The pure hydrocarbons' and glycerides were obtained from the liver oil.

The pure squalene(99.9%) was separated from liver oil of Mustelus griseus(Pietschmann) by TLC on silver nitrate-impregnated silica gel. The structure of squalene was confirmed by MS, ~1H-NMR and ~(13)C-NMR techniques.

The efficacy of intravenous captopril on plasma renin activity (PRA ) and angiotensinⅡ (All ) during isoflurane-induced hypotension were investigated. 24 patients (aged 20-50 years,ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ )scheduled for elective cerebral surgery were randomly divided into two groups: Group I (isoflurane, n = 12 )and Group J (captopril 0. 15mg/kg plus isoflurane n=12 ). MAP was reduced approximately 30% in all of patients. Angiotensin Ⅱ concentration increased 260% during hypotension in group I, but only a slight reduction in Group Ⅱ. The end-expiratory concentration of isoflurane in Group I were higher than Group I during induced and hypotension period. It is concluded that intravenous captopril can inhibit the increase of PRA and All concentration and less isoflurane required for the deliberated hypotension. Induced-hypotension by the combination of isoflurane with captopril may be advantageous.
