Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2014;(2):157-159
Objective To explore and analyze the pathogenic bacteria distribution and its prognostic factors of pneumonia patients after chronic intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 375 pneumonia patients after chronic intracerebral hemorrhage who were treated in the rehabilitation department of Qingdao Workers' Sanatorium of Shandong Provincial Federation of Trade Unions from July 2011 to July 2013 were chosen as the research objects. The clinical data of all the subjects were collected, and the pathogenic bacteria distribution and its prognostic factors were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 statistical package. Results Good prognosis rate of the pneumonia patients after chronic intracerebral hemorrhage was 85.60%, the bacterium was the main pathogenic bacteria, accounted for 42.51%. Multiariable logistic regression analysis showed that swallowing reflex disorder (OR=12.922,P<0.01) and the combination of respiratory system disease (OR=3.327,P<0.01) were risk factors for the prognosis of pneumonia patients after chronic intracerebral hemorrhage, and chest breathing training (OR=0.695,P<0.01) was the protection factor. Conclusion The prognosis of pneumonia patients after chronic intracerebral hemorrhage is tolerable. The gram-negative bacterium is the main pathogenic bacteria. The prognostic factors of pneumonia patients after chronic intracerebral hemorrhage is concerned with swallowing reflex obstacles, other combination of respiratory system diseases and chest breathing training. In the process of clinical medical, we should strengthen the chest breathing training guidance and improve the prognosis of patients, especially in high-risk groups.

The incompatibility of traditional Chinese medicine is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine compatibility theory, while early toxicity predetermination of traditional Chinese medi?cine is an important component of drug safety evaluation. Once a simple and reliable method to predict the compatibility of Chinese medicine and Chinese traditional medicine is established,it is possible to obtain the data of toxic reaction of Chinese herbal medicine quickly and early. Pregnane X receptor (PXR)is a ligand dependent transcription factor, acting as a ligand or activator of a large number of clinical drugs and of cytochrome P-450 CYP3A (CYP3A) gene expression induced by PXR. In the course of treatment of diseases, the activation of PXR may increase the risk of drug interactions and adverse reactions, resulting in decreased efficacy and even toxicity. This paper may provide a new method of drug toxicity predetermination depending on the PXR-CYP3A pathway.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 1995;0(04):-
Objective:To study the effect of Slit-Robo signal on the proliferation of human oral squamous cell carcinoma line Tb. Methods:The expression of Slit and Robo protein was measured with Western blot. After the addition of the monoclonal antibodies (mAb) of R5 against Robo1 receptor extracellular domain, the changes of cell proliferation were studied by MTT assay and clone formation assay, the expression of PCNA was measured with immunohistochemical staining. Results:Western blot showed that Slit and Robo proteins were expressed in Tb cells. The proliferation rate of Tb cells decreased and the expression of PCNA decreased after the addition of R5 mAb. Conclusion:Slit-Robo signal may regulate the proliferation of Tb cells by up-regulation of PCNA.

Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(10):-
Mild hypothermia significantly increases perioperative complications, such as adverse myocardial outcomes, coagulopathy, infection and delayed recovery. So it is important to maintain the core temperature above 36 ℃.Redistribution is the major cause of hypothermia during the first hour of intravertebral or general anesthesia. There are many methods to protect patients from hypothermia including passive insulation and active warming.Forced-air and electric heating pad are currently the most effective noninvasive choices. The contribution of intravenous fluids heating to patients' temperature is limited but it should be performed when large volume is required.

Objective To get overview about diarrhea condition of HIV/AIDS cases among paid blood donors in our country. Methods One-to-one questionnaire was adopted to investigate a total of 285 HIV/AIDS cases among paid blood donors in Henan province. Diarrhea HIV/AIDS patients were further picked out according to 'Criteria of HIV/AIDS diarrhea'and their syndrome characteristics were analyzed. Results There was 41 diarrhea HIV/AIDS patients in all 285 HIV/AIDS cases (14.39%). Deficiency Syndrome and mixed insufficiency and excess syndrome were predominant Syndromes in these patients. Conclusion The rate of diarrhea in HIV/AIDS cases among paid blood donors of our country was lower than some foreign countries. Such internal organs as spleen, liver, kidney, stomach and lung were mainly involved in the disease.

In the present study, an ultra performance liquid chromatography coupled with time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC/Q-TOFMS) based on chemical profiling approach to evaluate chemical constitution between mixed decoction and co-decoction of monkshood-pinellia combination of the eighteen incompatible medications (Shi Ba Fan) was proposed. Two different kinds of decoctions, namely monkshood-pinellia co-decoction: water extract of the two herbs together, and monkshood-pinellia mixed decoction: water extract of each individual herbs mixed together, were prepared. Batches of these two kinds of decoction samples were subjected to UPLC/Q-TOFMS analysis, the datasets were processed with MassLynx 4.1 to holistically compare the difference between these two kinds of decoction samples. The most changed components during decocting were analyzed. Using the proposed approach, global chemical difference was found between co-decoction and mixed decoction, mesaconitine, aconitine and hypaconitine were identified as the most changed components (changed most significantly) during decocting. Result shows significant difference between two kinds of decoction samples, and the significant differences are probably related to the incompatibility of monkshood and pinellia.

Objective:To construct human adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (hASCs)-biomate-rial mixture 3D bio-printing body and detect its osteogenesis in vivo, and to establish a guideline of osteogenesis in vivo by use of 3D bio-printing technology preliminarily.Methods:P4 hASCs were used as seed cells, whose osteogenic potential in vitro was tested by alkaline phosphatase (ALP)staining and alizarin red staining after 1 4 d of osteogenic induction. The cells were added into 20 g/L sodium alginate and 80 g/L gelatin mixture (cell density was 1 ×1 06/mL),and the cell-sodium alginate-gelatin mixture was printed by Bioplotter 3D bio-printer (Envision company,Germany),in which the cells’survival rate was detected by live-dead cell double fluorescence staining.Next, the printing body was osteogeni-cally induced for 1 week to gain the experimental group;and the sodium alginate-gelatin mixture without cells was also printed to gain the control group. Both the experimental group and the control group were implanted into the back of the nude mice. After 6 weeks of implantation, the samples were collected,HE staining,Masson staining, immunohistochemical staining and Inveon Micro CT test were preformed to analyze their osteogenic capability. Results:The cells’survival rate was 89%±2% after printing.Six weeks after implantation, the samples of the control group were mostly degraded, whose shape was irregu-lar and gel-like;the samples of the experimental group kept their original size and their texture was tough.HE staining and Masson staining showed that the bone-like tissue and vessel in-growth could be observed in the experimental group 6 weeks after implantation, immunohistochemical staining showed that the result of osteocalcin was positive, and Micro CT results showed that samples of the experimental group had a higher density and the new bone volume was 1 8%±1%.Conclusion:hASCs-biomaterial mixture 3D bio-printing body has capability of ectopic bone formation in nude mice, and it is feasible to apply cells-biomaterial mixture 3D bio-printing technology in the area of bone formation in vivo.
