Objective To evaluate accuracy and consistency of the coagulation convention that involves PT, INR, FIB, APTT on two coagulation analysators(ACL-9000 and ACL-200, Beckman-Coulter Corporation, US). Methods The repeatability test was used to assess the precision, the accuracy and consistency of the coagulation convention on two coagulation analysators were evaluated by comparison and analysis. Results The repeatability of related test results based on ACL-9000 coagulation analysator was better that CV value less than 5%, but the repeatability of abnormal specimens FIB based on ACL-200 was poor that CV value of 6.6%. Through comparing ACL-9000 analyzer, the test results of ACL- 200 coagulation analysator has good correlation with it, correlation coefficient ?﹥0.975. Conclusion In the condition of the excellent precision and stability, we can also find system errors existed in the analyzer on time by verificating. Through being adjusted and calibrated, the examination department can deliver the results of accuracy consistency.

Objective To evaluate the veracity and consistency of the results obtained from three automated hematology an-alyzers. Methods The reproducibility tests were used to assess the precision, the verification tests were exerted to evaluate the accuracy and consistency of test parameters(WBC,RBC,Hb,Hct and Plt) of the three hematology analyzers. According to the 1/2 standard of American Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendment (CLIA,88),the relative bias of the reference analyzer and other assessed analyzers were determined. Results The results obtained from the three analyzers showed ex-cellent precision and stability, the coefficients of variation (CV) were all less than 5%; compared with the results of LH750,the results of Gens 5diff and ACT-5diff showed excellent correlation, all coefficients of correlation(?) exceeded 0.975. The results of both RBC and Hct obtained from Gens 5diff and ACT-5diff exceeded allowable error; the results of WBC,Hb and Plt were in the allowable error range. Conclusion In the condition of the excellent precision and stability, system errors existed in the analyzer can be found by verification on time. Through being adjusted and calibrated, the hematology ana-lyzers can meet the requirements and these results are consistent.

Objective To investigate the significance of antibody to Ro-52 in patients with autoim-mune liver disease(AILD). Methods One hundred and fifteen patients with abnormal liver functions, who had anti-Ro-52 detection by immunological blotting, were reviewed retrospectively. According to types of AILD, the clinical features were compared between patients with and without anti-Ro-52, respectively, κ test of concordance was used to provide a chance-corrected valve for immune-serological results. Results The rates of anti-Ro-52 in autoimmune hepatitis( AIH), primary sclerosing cholangitis(PBC) and AIH/PBC o-verlap syndrome groups were 32.43%, 24.56% and 33.33%, respectively, there were no significant differ-enees among three groups ( x2 = 0. 949, P >0. 05). The rate of anti-soluble hver antigen/liver-pancreas ( an-ti-SLA/LP) in AIH patients with anti-Ro-52 (58.33%) was higher than AIH patients without anti-Ro-52 ( 16.00% ,P < 0.05 ). The rate of anti-SLA/LP in AIH/PBC overlap syndrome patients with anti-Ro-52 (85.71%) was also higher than that of control group (28.57% ,P <0.05). Anti-Ro-52 and anti-SLA/LP had concordance according to κ test( κ >0.40, P <0.05). The average level of IgG in AIH/PBC overlap syndrome patients with anti-Ro-52 was higher than patients without anti-Ro-52 ( t = 2. 508, P < 0.05 ). Conclusion The rates of anti-Ro-52 in AIH, PBC and AIH/PBC overlap syndrome were of no significant differences. Anti-Ro-52 may have correlation with anti-SLA/LP. AIH/PBC overlap syndrome patients with anti-Ro-52 shewed higher IgG level than patients without anti-Ro-52.
