Objective To study the accuracy and efficiency of video colposcopy in diagnosis of cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions and clinical significance of seven colpocopic signs. Methods Two handred and senventy five patients with an abnormal cervical smear or vulva condyloma acuminata were re evaluated by video colposcopy. 265 cervical biopsies performed under the guidance of video colposcopy for pathological study, as well 8 endocervical curettage (ECC) and 237 loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP). Results The sensitivity, specificity and positive rate of video colposcopy in evaluation of cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions were 95 9%, 77 7%, and 84 5%. Video colposcopy diagnostic accuracy was 93 8% tally with the pathological results in observing normal transformation zone. False negative rate was 6 1%. 76 2% of cases with subclinical papillomavirus infection by acetowhite epitheliun, while false negative rate was 23 7%. Twin signs, triple signs and cervical carcinoma were 100 0% tallying with the diagnosis of cervical lesions. Conclusions Video colposcopy can be a very accurate diagnostic method in clinical practice. It is quite sensitive in diagnosis of severe cervical lesions. However, there was a relative high false negative rate in diagnosing mild cervical lesions.

Objective To observe the effect of fluvastatin(Flu) on differentiation and induction of human promyelocytic leukemia HL-60 cells and provide the theoretical foundation for treatment of human promyelocytic leukemia. Methods The cultured HL-60 cells were treated with 20 ?mol?L-1 Flu,the morphological changes of the cell differentiation were examined. The NBT reduction capability was detected in HL-60 cells treated with Flu for 72 h.After HL-60 cells were treated with 20 ?mol?L-1 Flu for 5 d,they were stained with non-specific esterase and the percentage of differentiation cells was analyzed. Results The HL-60 cells treated with Flu showed smaller cell body, reducing proportion of nucleus to cytoplasm, the nucleus tortuosity, fold or sublobe. There were specific granules and vacuoles in cytoplasm, displaying that some cells had differentiated to relative mature cells. As compared with control group, the NBT reduction capability in HL-60 cells treated with Flu for 72 h was significantly higher than that in control cells(P

Objective To discuss the influence of grading nursing care by physician-nurse cooperation decision-making on the quality of patient care and disease outcomes, and evaluate the application feasibility of nursing core system in this nursing mode. Methods 379 patients were admitted to departments of orthopedics and endocrinology from two hospital areas of our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012.Patients were divided into two groups according to nursing process.Patients who were given conventional grading nursing were set as the routine group, and patients receiving physician-nurse collaboration grading nursing were set as the collaboration group. The nursing quality and nursing efficiency, and the disease outcome of patients were compared between the two groups. Results The quality of care, the qualified rate of care plan implementation, the coverage rate of health education of patients and the patient satisfaction rate were higher in the collaboration group than those in the routine group. The performing rate of doctor's orders, the awareness rate of patient disease, the average length of hospital stay, compliance of medical orders and re-admission rate of patients with the same or a related disease within three months were significantly different between two groups. The collaboration group improved the matching degree of nursing grade with disease condition, understanding of professional knowledge, recording of nursing records, deficient nursing process, and communication ability of life knowledge, compared with those of the routine group.Conchusions Nursing grading mode by physician-nurse collaboration decision-making can obviously improve the defmition of grading nursing and the general treatment effect of patients,it significantly improved the quality of grading nursing.

[ ABSTRACT] AIM:To investigate the characteristics of the intestinal microbial flora in the pregnant women with congenital heart disease fetus ( PW group) and normal pregnant women ( NW group) .METHODS: Stool samples were collected from 15 NW and 17 PW cases. The bacterial genomic DNA was extracted. The 16S rDNA was amplified by PCR, and the second generation of Illumina sequencing was conducted.RESULTS: We obtained 2 696 276 ( NW group) and 2 445 530 ( PW group) optimized sequences. The coverage was greater than 97%.We obtained 77 243 operational taxono-mic units ( OTUs) in NW group and 75 600 OTUs in PW group after a 97%similarity merge. In NW group, the Chao 1 in-dex and the Shannon index were greater than those in PW group. The diversity analysis of microbial population indicated that they were mainly composed of Firmicutes, Proteobacteria and Actinobacteria. In family, the Bifidobacteriaceae and Cori-obacteriaceae were significantly different through analysis of variance.CONCLUSION: The Bifidobacteriaceae and Cori-obacteriaceae may play an important role in the occurrence of congenital heart disease.

Objective To study the variation and characteristics of HIV-1 tat exon 1 gene from a patient with AIDS dementia complex( ADC), so as to research the pathogenesis of ADC. Methods The tat gene was amplified with nested PCR from genomic DNA which was extracted from lymph node, spleen and different brain tissues( meninges, grey matter from frontal cortex, white matter from frontal cortex, temporal cortex and basal ganglia) of a patient who died of ADC. PCR products were cloned into the pGEM-T vector, after transformation and selection by ampicillin and blue/white spotting. Five of positive clones were sequenced. HIV-1 tat sequences were processed with BioEdit and MEGA4. With the softwares, Neighbor-Joining tree, p-Distances, values of ds/dn, and analysis of amino acid motifs were all done. Results The samples were all identified as HIV-1 B and genetic variation exists in HIV-1 tat isolated from different tissue;Compared with HXB2, sixteen sites of the amino acid seque nce coded by the HIV-1 tat gene which was isolated from the patient changed. In addition, part of the changes were different between periphery and brain, especially, the five Q54R changes from basal ganglia and one Q54R change from temporal cortex are deserve to follow with interest. Conclusion Variations exist in the HIV-1 tat genes extracted from the ADC patient and the variations from peripheral and central nerve tissues were different, whether the variations concerned with the pathogenesis of ADC need more research.

Objective To observe the clinical effects of new ventral moxibustion box in treating primary dysmenorrhea of the type of congealing cold blood stasis. Methods 158 patients of primary dysmenorrhea of the type of congealing cold blood stasis were randomized into new ventral moxibustion box treatment group(56 patients),traditional moxibustion box treatment group(52patients)and control group (50patients). The control group was treated by conventional treatment, and the other two groups were treated by new ventral moxibustion box and traditional moxibustion box. The therapeutic effects were compared after treatment. Results After treatment, the cure rate of new ventral moxibustion box treatment group was 35.71%, the cure rate of traditional moxibustion box treatment group are 34.61%,both were better than18.00%of the control group with statistical significance(χ2=4.17, 3.62, P<0.05). The total effective rate of new ventral moxibustion box treatment group was 92.86%, the total effective rate of traditional moxibustion box treatment group was 90.38%,both were better than 70.00%of the control group with statistical significance(χ2=9.38, 6.72, P<0.01). The safety rate of new ventral moxibustion box treatment group was better than the control group(χ2=5.91, P<0.05). Conclusion The new ventral moxibustion box can not only improve the curative effect of primary dysmenorrhea of the type of congealing cold blood stasis, but also can improve the safety rate in treating primary dysmenorrhea.
