Objective To investigate the pathogenic bacteria types and distribution characteristics of critical patients with lower respiratory tract infection in neurosurgery department,and to analyze the high risk fac?tors of lower respiratory tract infections. Methods A retrospective analysis of 80 cases of critical patients with lower respiratory tract infection in neurosurgery department of General Hospital of People Liberation Army from April 2013 to April 2014 was carried out. The pathogenic bacteria types and distribution characteristics of lower respiratory tract infection were analyzed by means of bacterial identification,and single factor and multi factor Lo?gistic regression analysis was carried out to analyze the related factors of lower respiratory tract infection.Results One hundred and thirty?four strains of pathogenic bacteria were cultured from sputum of 80 cases of patients. Among which the gram negative bacteria were 109 strains,accounting for 81.34%(109/134),while the Gram positive bacteria were 17 strains,accounting for 12.69%(17/134) and the fungi were 2 strains,accounting for 1.49%(2/134).The proportion of three kinds of pathogenic bacteria had statistical significance(P=0.004, 0.001). The single factor Logistic regression analysis showed that,younger age,use of ventilator,use of antimi?crobial drugs and pulmonary infection rate were protective factors of lung infection(OR(95%CI)=0.586(0.475-0.722),0.708(0.574-0.873),0.827(0.697-0.981);P=0.043,0.007,0.000);disturbance of consciousness, tracheotomy,insert gastric tube, surgery and pulmonary infection incidence were risk factors for lung infection (OR(95%CI)=4.769(1.069-21.276),11.612(5.438-24.792),22.989(19.385-27.263),10.426(8.789-12.361);P=0.001,0.008,0.005,0.002).The multi factor Logistic regression analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between the trachea incision, the consciousness and the lower respiratory tract infection (OR(95%CI)=4.627(2.143-20.645),10.412(2.334-46.455);P=0.009,0.002).Conclusion Patients with conscious disturbance and tracheotomy were more likely to have lower respiratory tract infections. The pathogens of lower respiratory tract infections are Gram?negative bacteria,and the majority of pathogens are high resistance, and it is multi drug resistance.

Objective The epidemiologic evidences indicate that the benefits of using vitamin E (VE) against lung cancer remain controversial, the goal of the present paper is to know whether VE can produce the protective effect in lung cancer induced by benzo(a)pyrene B(a)P . Methods 225 Swiss mice were randomly divided into groups and treated with B(a)P and VE to systematically observe the intervention effects of VE on mouse lung cancer caused by B(a)P. Results VE exhibited no protective effect on B(a)P-induced lung cancer in female mice and instead promoted B(a)P carcinogenesis; neither protective effect nor promotion effect was observed in the male mice. The mechanism by which VE intervention influenced B(a)P carcinogenesis and lung cancer in female mice might be more complex. Conclusion The results of the present paper suggest that VE should not be used to prevent lung cancer induced by B(a)P.

Objective To study the expression of estrogen receptor beta in the lung tissue of mice treaded with B[a]p alone or combined with estrogen (17 ?-estradiol, E2) in female Kunming strain mice and to explore the effect of estrogen in the lung cancer of mice induced by benzo[a]pyrene (B[a]P). Methods One hundred and twenty-five female Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal control group was group 1 ;group 2 was treated with subcutaneous injection of estrogen ( 900 ?g/kg); group 3 was given B[a]P(75 ?mol/kg) by gavage;the last two groups were given the same dosage of B[a]P (75 ?mol/kg)plus two different dosage of estrogen: 900 ?g/kg and 300 ?g/kg. After 8 weeks,there was a recovery period of 8 weeks. Then, the lung tissue was obtained by surgical resection. The expression of estrogen receptor-? gene and estrogen receptor-? protein of the lung tissue was detected by real-time PCR and Western blotting technology respectively. AIM:Xilei Powder,a traditional Chinese prescription,has been used to treat wounds for hundreds of years,but the mechanism has not been fully understood.METHODS:The effects of Xilei Powder on fibroblast proliferation,collagen accumulation,matrix metalloproteinases-2,9 ( MMP-2,9 ) activities and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase 1 (TIMP-1) production were investigated by MTT,chloramine T method,gelatin zymography and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays ( ELISA),respectively.RESULTS: The aqueous extract of Xilei Powder significantly promoted fibroblasts proliferation in a time and concentration manner,the population doubling time (125 μg/mL) was 33.8 h,it also significantly (P ＜0.05 ) promoted collagen production.Both of the aqueous and alcoholic extracts could significantly ( P ＜ 0.05 ) increase MMPo2 activity,and also very significantly ( P ＜ 0.01 )promote TIMP-1 production.CONCLUSION: Xilei Powder could promote fibroblasts proliferation,collagen and TIMP-1 production,this might be parts of mechanism to promote wound healing.

Objective To explore the emotional socialization development between boys and girls aged 1-3 years. Methods A total of 1008 children were randomly selected with 571 boys and 437 girls. Chinese version of Urban Infant-Toddler Social and Emotional Assess-ment (CITSEA) was used to assess the emotional socialization development situation between boys and girls. Results There were statistical-ly significant differences between boys and girls in the overt behavior domain and ability domain of CITSEA (t>2.136, P<0.05), and was not in the covert behavior domain and imbalance domain (t<1.172, P>0.05). Conclusion There are gender differences in emotional socialization development of children.

Objective To study the clinicopathologic features,immunophenotype,diagnosis and differential diagnosis,prognosis and treatment of solid papillary carcinoma(SPC)of breast.Methods A retrospective study was performed to analyse the clinicalpathologic features and immunophenotype of 52 case of SPC,with or without invasion. The cytokeratins(CK),myoepithelial markers,neuroendocrine markers,proliferation marker Ki -67,estrogen receptor (ER),progesterone receptor(PR),HER2,ect were detected by immunohistochemical staining,and HER2 was detected by FISH.All patients were followed up.Results All the patients were females with a mean age of (66.76 ±10.19)years. The incidence of SPC among all the breast cancers in this department was 0.99%.The presenting symptoms was a painless mass with or without nipple discharge in the central of breast.All of them accepted surgical resection,13 cases were administrated with chemotherapy after surgery,6 cases were radiotherapy.Metastasis was observed four in 34 cases who had undergone axillar lymph node dissection.General observation tumor was substantive and nodular lesions,may be accompanied by cyst formation,microscopy tumor for swelling,substantive nodules within only fine fiber vascular axis,and lacked obvious nipples and screen structure.The cells were lack of atypia,adhesive in cells nest,35 patients were accompanied with mucus secretion.Immunohistochemical study show that the tumor cells experssed CK8 /18,ER and PR,but not basal cell cytokertin CK5 /6 and 34βE12.Positivity for CK5 /6,34βE12 and P63 were 5.78%, 9.62% and 7.69% in the myoepithelial layers of axis of papillary,and were 21.15%,38.46% and 19.23% in cell nests and tumor peripheral myoepithelial,respectively.Positivity for CgA,Syn,NSE,CD56 were 82.69%,88.46%, 94.23% and 90.38%,respectively.The staining of HER2 oncoprotein was most negative,and 23 cases of FISH detection were all negative.The average positive index of Ki -67 was 4.28%.47 cases received follow -up of patients(90.38%),only 1 case death,1 case recurrence the rest were no tumor recurrence or metastasis,disease -free survival.Conclusion SPC of breast,a rare pathologic type,usually occurs in old females.The diagnosis depends on pathological characteristics and its unique immune phenotypic characteristics,is closely associated with mucinous carcinoma and neuroendocrine carcinoma,and the treatment is given priority tosurgery with a relatively inert biological behaviour.
