Objective To improve the degree of acquaintance of nursing of AIDS complicated with tu-berculosis(TB)and pencilliosis marneffei (PSM) through analysis of the clinical data of patients with these three diseases. Methods The clinical characteristics, treament and nursing care of 26 patients with AIDS compli-cated with TB and PSM were analyzed and summarized. Results 5 patients cured,13 patients turned better,8 cases died. The survival patients did not relapse after 6 to 30 months of follow- up. Conclusions The clinic presence of AIDS complicated with TB and PSM is complex and not specific, and the nursing care is difficult. We should monitor the state of illness carefully, make diagnosis and give treatment and meticulous nursing care as soon as possible to improve the prognosis.

Objective To investigate the influence of application of local anesthesia with lidocaine on bronchial lavage fluid (BLF) pseudomonas aeruginosa culture and drug sensitivity in cases with lung infection .Methods Two hundred and seventy speci-men of BLF were collected from 135 patients with infection of lung .And BLF were collected directly from right-broncho in control group ,and from left-broncho in lidocaine group .The outcome of pseudomonas aeruginosa culture and drug sensitivity were com-pared in the two groups .Results Fourty-two cases were postitive in BLF pseudomonas aeruginosa culture in the control group ,and 40 cases were postitive in lidocaine group .The positive rates were 31 .11% and 29 .63% ,respectively .There were no significance between the two groups (P<0 .001) .Compared with the control group ,the sensitive strains of pseudomonas aeruginosa were obvi-ously less and the drug tolerance strains were much more in lidocaine group for Ciprofloxacin and Levofloxacin (P<0 .05) .Howev-er ,there were no influence for drugs such as Piperacillin/Tazobactam and Ceftazidime ,etc .Conclusion 2% lidocaine has no influ-ence on the outcome of BLF pseudomonas aeruginosa culture .But it may reduce the drug sensitivity of Ciprofloxacin and Levofloxa-cin in cases with infection of lung .

Objective To systematically uncover the correlation between the expression level of long chain non coding RNA(LncRNA)and the prognosis of bladder cancer patients Methods Databases including PubMed,Web of Science, and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)were searched for relevant literatures about the the correlation between the expression level of LncRNAs and the prognosis of bladder cancer. After data were extracted,a Meta-analysis was performed using STATA12.0 software. Results A to-tal of 7 eligible studies including 722 cases were acquired from the databases that met the inclusion criteria. The Meta analysis showed that high expression of LncRNAs is associated with a shorter life period in patients with bladder cancer(HR=2.23,95% CI:1.64 -3.04,P<0.01).Conclusion The high expression of LncR-NAs has a certain relationship with the poor prognosis of bladder cancer and is expected to be a potential bio-logical target for predicting the prognosis of bladder cancer.

Objective:To evaluate the compliance with Chinese Residency Training Program of radiation oncology and provide reference for the improvement of system reform and base construction. Methods:An survey was conducted among residents who had completed residency training program of radiation oncology by online questionnaires in four dimensions, including the fulfillment of training center in hardware, personnel and procedures, the compliance with syllabuses, mechanism of trainee evaluation, and the passing rate and satisfaction degree of trainees. Results:The results showed that most training centers fulfilled the requirement of equipment, mentoring personnel and procedures. The training syllabuses had been followed and integrated with organization multi-modalities. The trainees with high degree of satisfaction accounted for 65.6%, and the final qualification passing rate reached 75.5%. However, there were less reference textbooks, insufficient training in general medicine, limited clinical practice, and low output in academic publication. Conclusions:The residency training program of radiation oncology has been established in China and achieved notable progress. For the further improvement, quantitative optimization of procedures, increasing opportunity of practice and strengthening scientific research involvement would be beneficial.

Objective:
To investigate the clinical effect and safety of long-acting pegylated interferon-α-2b (Peg-IFN-α-2b) (Y shape, 40 kD) injection (180 μg/week) in the treatment of HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients, with standard-dose Peg-IFN-α-2a as positive control.
Methods:
This study was a multicenter, randomized, open-label, and positive-controlled phase III clinical trial. Eligible HBeAg-positive CHB patients were screened out and randomized to Peg-IFN-α-2b (Y shape, 40 kD) trial group and Peg-IFN-α-2a control group at a ratio of 2:1. The course of treatment was 48 weeks and the patients were followed up for 24 weeks after drug withdrawal. Plasma samples were collected at screening, baseline, and 12, 24, 36, 48, 60, and 72 weeks for centralized detection. COBAS® Ampliprep/COBAS® TaqMan® HBV Test was used to measure HBV DNA level by quantitative real-time PCR. Electrochemiluminescence immunoassay with Elecsys kit was used to measure HBV markers (HBsAg, anti-HBs, HBeAg, anti-HBe). Adverse events were recorded in detail. The primary outcome measure was HBeAg seroconversion rate after the 24-week follow-up, and non-inferiority was also tested. The difference in HBeAg seroconversion rate after treatment between the trial group and the control group and two-sided confidence interval (
