Objective To study the activity of aminopeptidase N (APN) in the bile of patients with cholesterol gallstones (CGS) and rabbits fed with lithogenic diets (LD) to explore the lithogenic role of APN in the formation of gallstones. Methods Enzymatic activity of APN and lipid concentrations in bile of investigated CGS patients and LD fed rabbits were measured. The relationship between the activity of APN and CSI was statistically analyzed. Results APN activity in CGS patients′ gallbladder (GB) and bile duct (BD) biles 〔(66 0?24 1)*!U/ml and (38 4?9 4)*!U/ml〕 as well as in LD fed rabbits′ GB and BD biles 〔(14 5?4 08)*!U/ml and (9 13?1 67)*!U/ml〕 were significantly higher than that in the corresponding biles of their clinical and experimental control (CC and EC) groups 〔(23 0?7 7)*!U/ml〕 in GB bile of CC group and 〔(6 05?0 95)*!U/ml and (3 09?0 92)*!U/ml〕 in EC group. All P values were less than 0 05. A statistical positive correlation was found between the APN and CSI value in each of the groups. Conclusions It is more likely that APN might play certain role in the early neucleating period of the pathogenesis of gallstones based on its proneucleative potential and measurement of APN activity may serve as a predictive marker among patients with high risk of gallstone formation.

ObjectiveTo study the methods of how to protect facial nerve function following complete resection of acoustic neurinomas and the value of the techniques of F wave assisted electrophysiological monitoring intraoperatively. Methods Retrospectivelysummarizing theresultsof combining three electrophysiological monitoring techniques such as nasal muscle F wave recording, online EMG and triggered EMG to monitor 46 cases of microoperations for acoustic neurinomas intraoperatively during the period of Feb.2004 to Dec. 2008. Correlating every intraoperative monitoring index with their follow-up results of facial nerve function 1 day and 6 months after their operations. The tendency of the two continuous monitoring techniques between nasal F wave recording and online EMG of facial muscles has also been studied in this paper. Results Among 46 cases of acoustic neurinomas, 45(97.83 %) tumors have been totally resected, and 1 (2.17 %) tumor subtotally resected, lcase (2.17 %)died after operation, and 2ases occurred the leakage of cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) which have been cured through conservative treatment. The whole anatomic protection rate of facial nerve is 97.83 %,and their functional protection rates 6 months after operation are:HB Ⅰ - Ⅱ,75.56 %;Ⅲ-Ⅳ,22.22 % and Ⅴ-Ⅵ,2.22 %.The completely accordant rate between the intraoperative findings of nasal F wave recording and online EMG is 52.17 %, partially accordant rate is 45.65 %, and totally opposite rate is 2.17 % (x2 趋势= 6.113, P <0.05). The intraoperative monitoring indexes in nasal muscle F wave recording are correlated well with the facial nerve function in the 6th month' s follow-up (κ=0.429, P <0.001).In triggered EMG monitoring after tumors being resected, the stimulus threshold ratio and maximum amplitude ratio of facial nerve between leaving brain stem part and inner acoustic porus part are also correlated well with the facial nerve function 6 months after operation(κ=0.576, P <0.001; κ=0.595, P <0.001). ConclusionNasal muscle F wa recording cooperated well with online EMG and triggered EMG intraoperatively and correlates well with the postoperative facial nerve function, so they should be routinely applied together intraoperatively.

Objective:
To understand emotional and behavioral problems of children aged 3-6 years, and to explore the role of parenting style in the development of those problems.
Methods:
A total of 2 278 children from 11 public kindergartens in Tongling City from April to June 2018 were selected by cluster sampling method. The questionnaire was made up by parents. The questionnaire mainly included: children, basic information of parents and children, children’s psychology and behavior, and parents’ education style, etc.
Results:
Among 2 278 children, 192(8.43%) had abnormal emotional symptoms, 214 (9.39%) had conduct problems, 376(16.50%) had hyperactivity problems, 537(23.57%) had peer problems, 233(10.2%) had abnormal total difficulty scores and 254(11.15%) had prosocial behaviors. Gender, age, health status of the child, second-hand smoke exposure of the baby, parents’ education level, family economic conditions, and parents’ education mode are all the influencing factors of children’s emotion and behavior(P<0.05). Logistic analysis showed that father’s support participation(OR=0.96, 95%CI=0.95-0.98), mother’s support participation (OR=0.94, 95%CI=0.92-0.95), mother’s hostility compulsion (OR=1.08, 95%CI=1.06-1.10) and 3-6-year-old children’s abnormal mood and behavior were correlated(P<0.01).
Conclusion
Parental support and maternal hostile are related to emotional and behavioral problems of 3-6-year-old children.

OBJECTIVE To explore the improvement effect of rape pollen on androgenic alopecia mice and its mechanism. METHODS The blank group, model group, positive drug group and administration group were set up, the androgenic alopecia mice model was induced by applying 0.2% testosterone after hair removal. The hair growth rate of mice were observed by using 5% minoxidil as positive drug and 0.4 g·mL-1 rape pollen oil solution as administration group. The hair quality and follicle condition of mice were observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and HE staining of skin tissue, respectively. The level of VEGF and bFGF in skin were detected by immunofluorescence staining and Western blotting, while the level of serum sex hormones and reactive oxygen species were detected by ELISA. RESULTS Rape pollen could significantly promote the hair growth in mice and improve the state of mice hair scales compared with model group. Mechanism exploration experiments showed that rape pollen could not promote hair regeneration of mice by regulating hormone levels or anti-oxidative stress. However, rape pollen could increase the expression of bFGF and VEGF related to skin angiogenesis at the modeling site. CONCLUSION Rape pollen can promote hair regeneration in androgenic alopecia mice. Its mechanism may be that it promotes perifollicular vascular regeneration by increasing bFGF and VEGF level.
