Objective To research the risk factors of youth carotid artery thrombosis,to provide some basis for its clinical prevention and treatment.Methods Twenty-three patients of youth carotid artery thrombosis (experimental group),40 patients without youth carotid artery thrombosis (control group) were selected,and we collected the data including age,sex,body mass index,smoking,drinking history,hypertension,neck trauma,C reactive protein,total cholesterol,triglyceride,LDL-C,HDL-C,uric acid,syphilis antibody,HIV antibody,then we did statistical analysis.Results The basic situation of the two groups:there were statistical differences in sex and BMI (P ＜0.05);past medical history and personal history of patients in two groups:diabetes,high blood pressure,smoking,drinking,history of neck injury,syphilis antibody had statistical differences (P＜0.05);biochemical indicators of two groups of patients:there were statistical differences in HDL and uric acid (P＜0.05);multi factor analysis:risk factors were hypertension (0R=6.43),smoking (OR=4.63) and neck injury history (OR=3.13).Conclusions The risk factors of youth carotid artery thrombosis are hypertension,smoking,neck injury history,the prevention and cure of hypertension,smoking and neck injury should be strengthened,so as to reduce the incidence of carotid artery thrombosis.

Objective To investigate the positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEP) ventilation in the treatment of neurogenic pulmonary edema. Method 64 patients with neurogenic pulmonary edema were treated with the timely use of positive end-expiratory pressure(PEEP) ventilation. Then the curative effect was observed. Result The symptoms of hypoxia, pulmonary edema were had a rapid improvement in ventilation with PEEP. the improvementof heart rate, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation, partial pressure of oxygen, carbon dioxide partial pressure had significant difference compared with that before treatment(P ＜ 0.01). Conclusion Neurogenic pulmonary edema patients treated with PEEP therapy had goved clinical effect.

Objective To determine whether it is necessary to execute pre-labor pubic shaving.Methods Women(336 cases)who received pubic shaving through vaginal delivery from 2003 to 2006 were set as the control group.Women(103 cases)who were waiting for delivery currently in our hospital were set as the test group.The test group only received perineal cleaning without pubic shaving.If episiotomy was needed during the operation,the perineal hair Was cut by scissors.The perineum infectious rate and postpartal infection Was compared in the two groups.We interviewed the patients attitude for pubic shaving and counted the numing time used for pubic shaving.Results The perineal infection in the test group was 5.8%,which was no statistically different from that of the control group(2.4%),U=0.33,P＞0.05.Totally 95% women in the test group support this method demonstrated humanization.In the telephone folow-up visit for patients in the control group they comphined itch and discomfort during the regeneration of pubes.The average numing time for pubic shaving Was(4.6±0.6)minutes.Conclusions No pubic shaving for pre-labor skin preparation was feasible.If operation was disturbed by pubes we could use scissors to cut it short.This method could reduce the skin infection and propagation of blood-derived infectious disease.It increased the comfort of parturient,saved time and proved to be a nursing method of humanization.

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of combined treatment for spontaneous intraventricular hemorrhage. Methods 26 patients with spontaneous intraventricular hemorrhage were conducted on the whole turn of low lateral drainage of bilateral urokinase infusion therapy, supplemented by lumbar puncture cerebrospinal fluid replacement. Results The total effective rate was 84.62% ,mortality rate was 15. 38%. Conclusion Bilateral lateral drainage of alternating low urokinase infusion,supplemented by lumbar puncture cerebrospinal fluid replacement was effective in treatment of spontaneous intraventricular hemorrhage. It could reduce mortality in patients with intraventricular hemorrhage and increase the patients' prognosis.

With citric acid as carbon source and different amino acids as nitrogen source,the nitrogen-doped carbon was synthesized by one-step hydrothermal method under the condition of no catalyst.The pre-experiments show that arginine-doped carbon dots(CDs-Arg) with relatively high fluorescence quantum yield (33.25％) were picked out for further study.Furthermore,we studied the physical and chemical properties of CDs-Arg through a series of spectral,electric potential,particle size,X ray and elemental analysis experiments.At the same time,the stabilities of the nanoparticles towards different pH,temperatures,excitation lasers or redox conditions were studied.And the MTr and in vivo distribution experiments were also conducted for the toxicity and metabolism studies.The experimental results showed that the arginine doped carbon dots has high fluorescence efficiency,good stability,and extremely low toxicity.And the water-soluble small particles of CDs-Arg nanoparticles showed that the nanoparticles can be excreted through the glomerulus.These results show that the CDs-Arg Nanoparticles are biocompatible nanoparticles and have potential applications in biological imaging and can serve as a monitor of drug metabolism.

The technology of water-jet is an advanced technology of cold cutting which is widely used in industry, espe-cially in the cutting of metal, glass, ceramics and paper. Its character and classification are introduced, especially basic prineiple, development and application. The technology of water-jet will paly an important role in medicine.

Objective To investigate the prevalence of human metapneumovirus (HMPV)infection in patients with respiratory infection in Fuzhou area and compare their epidemic features and clinical characteristics with those of infected with respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). Methods A total of 153 sputum or pharyngeal swab samples from patients with respiratory tract infection were collected in Fujian Provincial Hospital in consecutive winter and spring seasons from 2005 to 2007. HMPV was detected by nested reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and RSV was tested by RT-PCR. Parts of PCR products were sequenced and analyzed using DNAMAN software. The clinical symptoms, signs and epidemiology of the respiratory tract infections caused by HMPV and RSV were compared. Results In the 153 specimens, 32 (20.9%) were positive for H MPV, 26 (17.0%) were positive for RSV, and 8 were both HMPV and RSV positive. Nucleotide sequences of three 432-bp PCR products were 100% identical and submitted to GenBank (the accession No. DQ887758).Phylogenetic tree analysis of nucleotide sequences revealed that the three isolates clustered in HMPV belonged to genotype A with part of mutation. Twenty-six samples (26. 7%) were HMPV positive from Dec 2005 to Apr 2006 and 6 (10.7%) were positive from Dec 2006 to Apr 2007. The RSV detection rate was opposite of HMPV. The mean age of RSV infection in children was (2.65±2.65)years old and HMPV infection was (4.58 ±3.35) years old. The main clinical manifestations of both RSV and HMPV infections were cough, sore throat and fever. Conclusions Both HMPV and RSV are the major pathogens of respiratory tract infection in Fuzhou area and HMPV and RSV coinfection could be detected. HMPV infected children are older. The clinical features of HMPV and RSV infections are similar. Single genotype of HMPV is detected in Fuzhou area in this study.

Objective To evaluate the effect of Xingqi Tongfu Pad on the intestinal functions of children with acute abdomen after surgery. Methods The random digit table was used to randomize 146 patients with acute abdomen into treatment group (n=71) and control group (n=75) according to their registration number. In the control group, the patients only received normal treatment and nursing, while those in the treatment group received Xingqi Tongfu Pad for the acupoint application in addition to routine treatments. The two groups were compared in terms of the time of bowel sound recovery , the exhaust defecation time and gastrointestinal dysfunction score. Results The bowel sounds and the first exhaust and defecation in the treatment group appeared obviously earlier than those in the control group . The score on gastrointestinal dysfunction in the treated group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Xingqi Tongfu Pad can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after abdominal operation. It deserves popularization for its positive effect, cheap price and easy operation.

Objective: To investigate the imaging features of adult bones Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH). Methods: The DR, CT, and MRI findings of 25 adults patients with LCH from January 2008 to June 2019 in Yueqing Sixth People′s Hospital of Zhejiang Province (3 cases), Yueqing Third People′s Hospital of Zhejiang Province (7 cases) and Wenzhou People′s Hospital of Zhejiang Province (15 cases) were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Among the 25 patients, the lesions located in the skull in 5 cases, in the spine in 5 cases, in the long bones in 10 cases, in the other flat bones in 3 cases, and in multiple bones in 2 cases. DR features (17 cases) showed: cystic destruction in 11 cases (6 cases with dilated changes), osteolytic damage in 6 cases; peripheral bone cortex thickening in 5 cases, bone lesions with less smooth inner edge in 4 cases, soft tissue mass around the lesion in 12 cases; 'hole set cave sign' in 2 cases, 'flat vertebra' in 2 cases, and 'button-like dead bone' in 1 case. CT features (15 cases) showed: cystic destruction in 9 cases (5 cases with dilated changes), osteolytic damage in 6 cases; 'hole set cave sign' in 2 cases, 'flat vertebra' in 2 cases, and 'button-like dead bone' in 1 case. MRI features (14 cases) showed: cystic destruction in 9 cases (5 cases with dilated changes), osteolytic damage in 5 cases; in the bone destruction area, 8 cases had low T₁WI signal and high T₂WI signal, 4 cases had equal T₁WI signal and higher mixed T₂WI signal, 2 cases had slightly higher T₁WI signal and higher mixed T₂WI signal; STIR lipoprotein sequence showed high signal in 11 cases, and isointense signal in 3 cases; DWI showed high signal. Conclusions The imaging performance of adults LCH has certain characteristics, and the diagnostic accuracy can be improved according to the imaging performance and the clinic.

Objective: To investigate the effect of the frenulum identification positioning method with a disposable suture device in circumcision for the prevention of postoperative penile frenulum malposition. METHODS: Totally 212 patients with phimosis or redundant prepuce underwent circumcision from March 2015 to September 2016, including 109 cases of conventional circumcision (the control group) and 103 cases treated by frenulum identification positioning with a disposable suture device (the observation group). We observed the postoperative position of the penile frenulum and median raphe and compared the deviation angles of the frenulum between the two groups of patients. RESULTS: The median of penile frenulum deviation angle (interquartile range) was 0 (3.56) in the observation group, significantly smaller than 12.41 (19.59) in the control (P <0.001, P = 0.000). And the rate of frenulum deviation was remarkably lower in the former (8.74% ［9/103］) than in the latter group (66.06% ［72/109］) (P <0.01). CONCLUSIONS Circumcision using the frenulum identification positioning method with a disposable suture device can effectively avoid postoperative penile frenulum malposition. With the advantages of safety and easy operation, it deserves clinical application and popularization.
