Objective:To explore the relation of mobile phone addiction to perceived social support and sub-jective well-being in college students. Methods:Totally 4000 college students were selected from 2 colleges,and they were assessed with the Mobile Phone Addiction Inventory (MPAI),Perceived Social Support Scale (PSSS) and subjective well-being scale (SWB). Results:The college students of mobile phone addiction were 1420 cases, accounting for 37. 9%. Except the dimension of negative emotion,the PSSS total scores and its factor scores,the SWB total scores and its factor scores were lower in the Mobile Phone Addiction (MPA)group than in the non-MPA group (Ps<0. 00 1 ). Regression analysis indicated significant negatively predictability of MPAI to subjective well-being and PSSS had significant positively predictability to SWB. The test of mediating effect found that PSSS and its 3 dimensions played a partly mediating role between MPAI and SWB,and the mediation effect account for the total effect 24. 89%,16. 1 1%,17. 33%,17. 78% respectively. Conclusion:There may be a close relation of mobile phone addiction to perceived social support and subjective well-being. Mobile phone addiction could directly affect subjective well-being and indirectly affect subjective well-being through perceived social support.

Objective To compare the clinical value of two kinds of imunoassay method including CLIA and ELISA in the detection of related antibody of patients with HCV.Methods 60 patients with HCV were chosen as study subjects,and the related antibodies of patients were detected by CLIA and ELISA.The positive rates of anti HCV antibody,anti-3E antibody,anti-GP210 antibody,anti-SP100 antibody,anti-PML antibody and anti-AMA -M2 antibody detected by CLIA and ELISA were compared.Results The positive rates of anti-HCV antibody detected by CLIA and ELISA were 83.33％ (50/60),98.33％ (59/60),respectively.The anti-HCV antibody detected by CLIA was significantly higher than by ELISA (x2 =4.73,P =0.03).The positive rates of anti-3E antibody,anti-GP210 antibody,anti-SP100 antibody,anti-PML antibody and anti-AMA-M2 antibody detected by ELISA were 11.67 ％ (7/60),6.67 ％ (4/60),11.67 ％ (7/60),10.00 ％ (6/60),11.67 ％ (7/60),respectively,those detected by CLIA were 73.33 ％ (44/60),50.00％ (30/60),38.33 ％ (23/60),58.33 ％ (35/60),80.00％(48/60),respectively.The positive rates of anti-3E antibody,anti-GP210 antibody,anti-SP1O0 antibody,anti PML antibody and anti-AMA-M2 antibody detected by CLIA were significantly higher than by ELISA(x2 =18.81,11.51,13.23,15.08,13.75,all P＜0.05).Concelusion Compared with ELISA,CLIA in the detection of related antibodies of patients with HCV can efficiently higher the positive rate of anti-HCV and autoantibody.

AIM To study the calcium antagonistic effects of Magnesium salicylate in central nervous system. MTEHODS Using calcium sensitive fluorescence indicator Fura-2 technique. RESULTS Resting [Ca 2+ ] i in brain cells under different extracellular calcium concentration(0,0 01,0 1,1 0,1 3 mmol?L -1 )were 41?5,59?6,84 7?2 5,104?7,(126?5)nmol?L -1 respectively( n =8～47).MgS 0 2 mmol?L -1 had no significant effects on resting [Ca 2+ ] i.At the same time, MgS (0 05～0 4 mmol?L -1 ) concentration dependently inhibited the [Ca 2+ ] i elevation induced by high extracellular potassium or L -glutamate in the presence of extracellular [Ca 2+ ] i 1 3 mmol?L -1 . The IC 50 values were 0 323 mmol?L -1 (95% CI 0 122～0 854 mmol?L -1 ) and 0 124 mmol?L -1 (95% CI 0 073～0 210 mmol?L -1 ) separately. CONCLUSION MgS possesses inhibitory effects on voltage-activated calcium channel and receptor-operated calcium chanel in CNS.

Objective To study the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) in the gastric epithelial carcinogensis and its relation with cell apoptosis and proliferation. Methods 15 cases of normal gastric mucosa (NGM), 30 cases of intestinal metaplasia (IM), 30 cases of dysplasia (Dys) and 40 cases of gastric cancer (GC) were used in this study. The expressions of COX-2 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) were detected by immunohistochemical SABC method, and cell apoptosis was measured by TUNEL. Results The expression level of COX-2 gradually increased from NGM, IM, Dys to GC. The positive rate of COX-2 in GC was 67.5%, 13.3% in NGM, and 33.3% in IM. There was a significant difference in COX-2 expression between GC and IM, GC and NGM(P0.05). Objective:To study the epidemiological features of internet addiction disorder(IAD)in high school students in Beijing and explore the related factors.Methods:A stratified cluster sampling method was used.Totally 5100 high schools students were measured with the Internet Addiction Scale,Personality Diagnostic Questionnaire and Egna Minnen av Bardndoms Uppfostran(EMBU).Results:(1)The prevalence of IAD was 8.8% in high school students in Beijing.(2)Logistic regression analysis indicated that the risk factors of IAD were male,school area in urban area,parents' divorce,parents' refusal,parents' over-protection,paranoid personality disorder,avoidant personality disorder,antisocial personality disorder and histrionic personality disorder.The protective factor was parents' emotional warmth.Conclusion:It should be paid more attention to internet addiction disorder IAD in high school students in Beijing.Prevention and intervention should be conducted to the risk factors of internet addiction disorder IAD.

AIM To investigate the effects of taurine(TAU) and propafenone(PRO) combination on experimental arrhythmias and its influence on haemodynamics of anesthesized rats' heart. METHODS Rats were pretreated respectively with intravenous administration of saline, TAU, PRO, or TAU and PRO combination. Afterwards, the rats were intravenously administrated with BaCl 2 or aconitine to induce arrhythmia. The arrhythmia lasting time and incidence were observed and recorded on the lead Ⅱ ECG. The cumulative aconitine dosage to induce premature ventricular contraction(PVC), ventricular tachycardia(VT) and ventricular fibrillation(VF) were calculated respectively. The haemodynamic parameters such as LVSP, HR, +d p /d t max were recorded continuously in anesthetized rats pretreated with iv TAU, PRO or TAU and PRO combination. RESULT In BaCl 2 arrhythmia, the arrhythmia duration was shortened significantly; and the arrhythmia incidence was decreased in the combination group, as compared with the single same dosage drug groups. In aconitine arrhythmia, the cumulative aconitine dosages to induce PVC, VT and VF were increased significantly in the combination group. Haemodynamics parameters showed that PRO(2mg?kg -1 iv) significantly decreased LVSP and +LVd p /d t max , while these parameters were not significantly changed in the combination group with same dose of PRO. CONCLUSION TAU and PRO have synergism in antiarrhythmia in both BaCl 2 and aconitine induced arrhythmia; TAU may alleviate cardiac depression exerted by PRO.

AIM: To investigate the effects of the sera from the rats after limb ischemic preconditioning (LIPC) on human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) injured by hydrogen peroxide (H2O2).METHODS:The HUVECs were divided into 5 groups:the cells in control group were cultured without any intervention;the cells in model group (M) were damaged by 1 mmol/L H2O2 for 2 h;the cells in early preconditioning serum (EPS) group, delayed pre-conditioning serum (DPS) group or sham limb ischemic preconditioning serum (SPS) group were treated with the corre-sponding serum at 5%for 12 h, respectively , and then treaed with H 2 O2 for 2 h.The viability of the HUVECs was ana-lyzed by flow cytometry .The lactate dehydrogenase ( LDH) in the culture media was detected .The cell adhesion molecules in the HUVECs were detected by real-time PCR.The mRNA and protein expression of heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) was also determined .RESULTS:The viability of HUVECs incubated with 1 mmol/L H2 O2 for 2 h significantly decreased compared with the control cells , which was accompanied with the augmentations of LDH in the medium and the cell adhesion mole -cules in cells , such as vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 ( VCAM-1 ) and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 ( ICAM-1 ) . Preincubation with EPS and DPS derived from the rats subjected LIPC attenuated these injuries .Furthermore, pretreatment with EPS and DPS increased the expression of HO-1 at mRNA and protein levels .CONCLUSION:LIPC protects the HU-VECs from H2O2-induced injury.

Objective:To explore the traits of gray matter volume in general anxiety disorder (GAD)and ob-sessive compulsive disorder (OCD)by using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)technique.Methods:Twenty-eight GAD,25 OCD and 39 normal controls were recruited.All patients were met the Diagnostic and Statistical Mannal of Mental Disorders,Fourth Edition,Text Revision (DSM-IV-TR)or the International Statistical Classifica-tion of Disease and Related Health Problems Tenth Revision (ICD-10)diagnostic criteria for GAD or OCD.All subjects underwent structural MRI scan.The severity of anxiety and OCD symptoms were rated in all patients with the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAMA)and the Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale (Y-BOCS).The gray matter volume (GMV)was compared between all groups by using the voxel-based morphometry (VBM)a- nalysis.The correlation analysis between GMV and total scores of HAMA and Y-BOCS was performed in GAD and OCD.Results:The GMV was increased in regions including left anterior cingulate cortex in GAD (P =0.016,small volume correction),while only decreased GMV was observed in OCD in bilateral orbitofrontal cortex (OFC)(P <0.001,uncorrected).GAD had larger GMV than OCD in several regions including bilateral OFC (P <0.001,un-corrected).The higher total score of HAMA was associated with increased GMV of right temporal cortex in GAD, and with the GMV of OFC in OCD (P <0.001,uncorrected).Conclusion:No sharing of GMV abnormalities in GAD and OCD was observed in the current study.The traits of brain structure and the potential neural substrate of anxiety symptom in GAD and OCD may be significantly different.

Objective:To explore the association between religiosity and suicide ideation,in order to provide evidence for suicide prevention in the community residents.Methods:Using the data from the epidemiological sur-vey of mental disorders in Ningxia,the association between religiosity and the suicidal ideation was ana-lyzed.Logistic regression model was used to detect the associated factors.Results:Univariate statistical analysis showed that females,rural residence,residents living in plain area,illiterates and being married had higher risks of suicidal ideation (P <0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that religion affiliation (OR =0.96,95%CI:0.74-1.24),religion attendance (OR =0.82,95%CI:0.60 -1.11),religion importance (OR =1.08,95%CI:0.83 -1.40),religiosity degree (OR =0.80,95%CI:0.57 -1.12)in suicidal ideation group were not significantly differ-ent to those in the control group (P >0.05).Conclusion:The results indicate that there is no statistical association between religiosity and suicidal ideation in Ningxia community residents.
