Objective To reveal the nature of the outcome evaluation reflected by event-related potentials in evaluation process.Methods 16 College students were required to make attribution about their performance during a task,event-related potentials were recorded by NeuroScan ERP and dipole source location analyzed by Curry4.6.Results ①The feedback-related potential (FRN) was elicited by the negative outcomes.②The amplitude of the FRN was larger on the condition of fail to attribute the responsibility (-6.24μV) than the contribution (-4.67μV),there was significantly statistical meaning(F(1,15)=26.42,P<0.001).③The overall FRN magnitudes were more negative-going at Fz(+7.55μV) than Fcz(-6.54μV),Cz(-5.20μV),CPz(-4.16μV) and Pz(-3.83 μV),there was significantly statistical meaning(F(2,8)=8.12,P<0.01).④Dipole source location analysis showed that the neural generator of FRN may be the anterior cingulated cortex (ACC)(Talairach coordinates:-16.3,-73.1,13.3;residual variance:1.98%).Conclusion The feedback-related potential (FRN) is sensitive to the negative outcome, and affected by the intensity levels of the expectation for the outcome.FRN may reflect a evaluation process that the actual outcome is unexpected and worse than the expectation.

Objective To investigate the way off-farm workers show bias on their own group ,rural residents and urban citizens .Method The participants were 78 off-farm workers from 18 to 25 years of age ;The scales and the modified affective priming paradigm were adopted to measure their explicit and implicit attitudes respectively on these groups through recording the participants' reaction on computer .Results (1)The order of three groups sorted by implicit scores in condition of group-relevant words as primes from high to low was urban citizens ,off-farm workers ,rural residents(0.169±0.217,-0.016±0.116,-1.209±1.686 respectively),but the order of explicit scores were reverse(0.7920±1.461,0.4469±1.514,07920±1.461 respectively),and both the difference between the implicit scores and the difference between explicit scores were very significant(between the implicit scores of group bias on off-farm workers and urban citizens:t=7.165,P＜0.01,and on rural residents:t=6.038,P＜0.01;between the explicit scores of group bias on off-farm workers and rural residents:t=9.666,P＜0.01,and on off-farm workers and urban citizens:t=7.828,P＜0.01).(2)The scale scores of group identify ,collective self-esteem and self-esteem were significantly related to the scale scores of group .bias on the off-farm workers and rural residents but not other scores(P＜0.01,P＜0.01,P＜0.05 respectively).Conclusion Although off-farm workers evaluated their own group and rural residents more positively than urban citizens in the obviously way ,they accepted the superiority of urban citizens .implicitly ,and the explicit group-bias was relative to self-esteem ,collective self-esteem and group identify.

Objective To establish a Ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS) chromatographic method for Xiefei-Pingchuanling extract, and to analyze the main components of its water extract. Methods The UPLC-MS was adopted with acetonitrile -0.2% formic acid aqueous solution (gradient elution) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 ml/min, detection wave length at 254 nm, and column temperature was 30 ℃. Results Eighteen components were separated from Xiefei-Pingchuanling extract, and eight ingredients were identified, such as the ephedrine, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, salvianolic acidB, rhein, aloeemodin, chrysophanol, physcionwere. Conclusions The UPLC-MS chromatographic method has the specialty of stability and repeatability, and it is suitable for analysis of Xiefei-Pingchuanling extract.

Objective To investigate the arousal effect in the emotional Stroop effect by systematically manipulating the valence and arousal of affective stimuli.Methods 27 college students were recruited to distinThe main effect of emotion on RT was significant (F(5.130) = 5.90, P ＜ 0.01 ), RTs in positive (( 893±36 ) ms)main effect of Emotion on ACC was marginally significant (F(5.130) = 2.63, P = 0.05 ), ACC in high arousing negalence on RT was significant (F(1.26 = 7.03, P =0.013 ).Further analysis revealed that RTs in positive condition was significant (F(1.26) =5.63, P=0.025),ACC in high arousing condition (0.93 ±0.17) was lower than ACC in low arousing condition (0.95 ± 0.09 ).Conclusion The emotional Stroop effect mainly depends on the arousal information of affective stimuli.

Objective To explore the effects of erythropoietin (EPO) on the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells and on the cognition function of vascular dementia (VD) rats. MethodsTotally 45 Sprague-Dawlev (SD) rats were randomly and equally divided into the sham control group, the VD group, and the treatment group. The VD rat model was established by performing cerebral ischemia/reperfusion repeatedly and given an intraperitoneal injection sodium nitroprusside. The rats from the treatment group received an introperitoneal injection of EPO after the establish of VD model, and the animals from the others were treated with normal saline. The learning-memory abilities were measured by using computerized shuttle-training case and the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells were detected by immunofluorescence staining. Objective To observe the effect of magnetic stimulation of sacral roots on detrusor overactivity and urge incontinence after spinal cord disease.Methods 15 cases with detrusor overactivity and urge incontinence after spinal cord disease were treated with magnetic stimulation of sacral roots for 10 d.Voiding diary,quality of life scale and urodynamic investigation were applied to evaluate the effect.Results The mean frequency of voiding in 24 h after treatment decreased,urine volume increased,frequency of incontinence decreased and the quality of life score improved.Urge incontinence improved in 85.7% cases.The results of urodynamic investigation showed bladder capacity at first desire to void and maximum cystometric capacity significantly increased after stimulation,while the detrusor pressure at storage decreased.Conclusion Magnetic stimulation of sacral roots can improve urinary frequency and urge incontinence of patients with detrusor overactivity after spinal cord disease by inhibiting detrusor overactivity,increasing cystometric capacity.Magnetic stimulation of sacral roots may be an alternative promising rehabilitation technique.

Objective To discuss clinical application,value and effect of tracheal stent in surgical operation for tracheostenosis caused by thyroid tumor.Methods Clinical data of 6 patients with tracheal stenosis and dyspnea caused by thyroid tumor invasiveness or tracheal compression from Oct.2015 to Sep.2016 were retrospectively analyzed.Of the 6 patients,1 case had nodular goiter and 5 cases had differentiated thyroid carcinoma(DTC).Results All patients had dyspnea caused by thyroid tumor invasiveness or tracheal compression.Dyspnea relieved dramatically after tracheal stent was implantated under local anesthesia.Thyroidectomy was given later,with intraoperative tracheal intubation as well as anesthesia,and the surgery finally succeeded.One case with benign multinodular goiter received complete resection and 5 cases with DTC invading the trachea received complete resection of thyroid and neck lymph node dissection,followed by end-to-end anastomosis of invaded trachea sleeve resection.All patients got stage Ⅰ healing in surgical wound.Five cases received radioactive 131I treatment as well as TSH suppression therapy after DTC surgery.All patients were alive and disease-free after a follow-up of 4 to 15 months.Conclusions For patients with tracheostenosis caused by thyroid tumor invasiveness or tracheal compression,operation under cardiopulmonary bypass is necessary if tracheal intubation is difficult.For hospitals without cardiopulmonary bypass,tracheal stent implantation can effectively relieve dyspnea symptom and reduce risk of tracheal intubation under anesthesia,which provides possibility for surgical treatment.

Objective: To explore the occupational disease spatial distribution characteristics in Guangzhou and Foshan city in 2006-2013 with Geographic Information System and to provide evidence for making control strategy. Methods: The data on occupational disease diagnosis in Guangzhou and Foshan city from 2006 through 2013 were collected and linked to the digital map at administrative county level with Arc GIS12.0 software for spatial analysis. Results: The maps of occupational disease and Moran’s spatial autocor-relation analysis showed that the spatial aggregation existed in Shunde and Nanhai region with Moran’s index 1.727, -0.003. Local Moran’s I spatial autocorrelation analysis pointed out the "positive high incidence re-gion" and the "negative high incidence region" during 2006~2013. Trend analysis showed that the diagnosis case increased slightly then declined from west to east, increase obviously from north to south, declined from? southwest to northeast, high in the middle and low on both sides in northwest-southeast direction. Conclusions The occupational disease is obviously geographical distribution in Guangzhou and Foshan city. The corresponding prevention measures should be made according to the geographical distribution.

Objective:To investigate the chain mediating role of psychological resilience and coping styles between social support and psychological distress in elderly stroke patients.Methods:Using convenience sampling, 245 elderly stroke patients with their first episode, admitted to the Neurology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University from June to July 2023, were recruited as study subjects. A questionnaire survey was conducted using a General Information Questionnaire, Distress Thermometer for Stroke Patients, Perceived Social Support Scale, Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale Short Form, and Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire. Pearson correlation analysis was used to examine the relationships between psychological distress, social support, psychological resilience, and coping styles in elderly stroke patients. Harman's single-factor test was employed to detect common method bias among variables. The PROCESS macro in SPSS software was utilized to test the chain mediation effects.Results:A total of 245 questionnaires were distributed, with 230 valid responses collected, yielding a response rate of 93.9%. Among the 230 elderly stroke patients, the incidence of psychological distress was 23.9% (55/230). Significant correlations were observed among psychological distress, social support, psychological resilience, and coping styles ( P<0.05). Social support influenced psychological distress through the mediation of psychological resilience and confrontational coping, with a total indirect effect of -0.098. The same relationship existed for social support through psychological resilience and avoidant coping, with a total indirect effect of -0.058. Additionally, social support influenced psychological distress through psychological resilience and submissive coping, with a total indirect effect of -0.113. Avoidant coping had a suppressing effect on the influence of social support on psychological distress. Conclusions:Elderly stroke patients experienced moderate to low levels of psychological distress. Psychological resilience and coping styles played a chain-mediating role between social support and psychological distress. Special attention should be given to elderly stroke patients with low levels of social support.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of transurethral laser shovel type vaporresection-enucleation of the prostate (LS-VREP) based on the inter-layer of surgical capsule for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH),which was less 80 g weight.Methods From September 2013 to August 2016,a retrospective study was performed including 1 369 cases of BPH patients,who were treated by 120-160 W transurethral laser (straight green-light) shovel type vapor-resection-enucleation of the prostate (LS-VREP group,n =1 008) and transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP group,n =361).The preoperative data,including average age,prostate weight,IPSS,QOL,Qmax and PVR was reviewed.There was no significant difference of the above data between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Operative time,changes of hemoglobin and serum sodium concentration,postoperative bladder irrigation time,catheter indwelling duration,hospital stay,pre-and 3 months post-operative IPSS,QOL,Q PVR were recorded.In addition,complications were monitored.Results Mean operation time of LS-VREP group was (46.1 ± 18.6) min,while TURP group was (48.2 ± 15.2) min,and there was no difference between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Post-operative mean hemoglobin concentration and serum sodium concentration of LS-VREP group decreased (1.6 ± 1.2) g/L and (1.2 ± 0.6) mmol/L respectively,while those of TURP group decreased (5.7 ± 3.6) g/L and (3.2 ± 1.2) mmol/L,and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Mean post-operative catheter indwelling time,and post-operative hospital stay of LS-VREP group was (42.9 ± 12.7) h and (3.2 ± 0.6) d,while TURP group was (65.7 ± 15.4) h and (5.4 ± 1.2) d,and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Comparatively IPSS,QOL,Qmax and PVR were all improved significantly in both groups at 3 months after operation (P ＜ 0.05),but no significant difference was found between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).After three months' follow-up of post-operation,as for the complication rate,including TURS,bleeding requiring reoperation,incontinence,dysuria and erectile dysfunction,LS-VREP group (15/1 008) was less than that of TURP group (30/361,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The LS-VREP based on the inter-layer of surgical capsule is safe and effective for the treatment of BPH patients whose prostate weight was less than 80 g.LS-VREP showed less intraoperative bleeding,faster postoperative recovery,and high safety,which is considered a safe,effective and optimized minimally invasive surgery.
