Dl-tetrahydropalmatine (THP) 5 ~ 15 mg ? kg-1 iv markedly reduced the incidences of cardiac arrhythmias and myocardial lipidperoxide content after reperfusion of the is-chemic myocardium in rats. In isolated rat ventricular muscles, THP 1,3 and 10 ?mol?L-1 shifted the concentration-effect curves for phenylephrine to the right unparally, together with decreasing their maximal responses,exhibiting a non-competed antagonistic action. It was also found that THP 10 ?mol?L-1was able to reduce the amplitude of delayed afterdepolar-izations and to stop triggered activity and/or ab-normal automatic activity induced by reoxygena-tion of hypoxic myocardium in isolated ventricular muscles of guinea pig. These results suggest that the protective effects of THP might be attributed, at least in part, to the depression of delayed afterdepolarizations and the prevention of oxygen free radical injury without the involvement of the cardiac ?1-adrenoceptors.

OBJECTIVE To reduce the cross infection during gastroscopy and probe into the(administrative) measures in preventing infection.METHODS The hidden infection of sterilizing gastroscope was analyzed in order to work out the measures to prevent infection.RESULTS Choosing the correct methods of sterilizing gastroscope could(avoid the) incomplete sterilization and reduce the cross infection.CONCLUSIONS Be strict in sterilizing(procedure)s and protecting measures,and prevent the interactive infection in the hospital during gastroscopy.

Objective To evaluate the cool-tip radiofrequency treatment of uterine myoma. Methods 42 volun-tary patients were treated with cool-tip radiofrequeney electrode,in ultrasound-guided,via abdominal or vaginal inser-tion the uterine myoma. The diameter of 56 uterine myomas was from 3.0 cm to 8.0 cm. Results After the treat-merit,following-up the 56 uterine myomas of 42 patients for more than 3 months,the curative rate was 100%. Con-clusion With tiny wound and remains the functions of uterus, the cool-tip radiofrequency is an effective, simple,safe and reliable technique on the therapy of uterine myoma. It can be applied to any site of the uterine myoma.

Objective: To investigate the cephalometric parameters related with anterior overbite. Methods: 144 patients with malocclusion in permanent dentition (74 skeletal Class I and 70 skeletal Class II) were recruited into the study. Cephalometric analysis was performed from pre-orthodontic lateral headfilm in natural head position. Both linear correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis were respectively performed in the two groups. Results: In the stepwise regression equation of Class I group, the larger the overjet, posterior facial height and upper incisor height, or the smaller the lower facial height and lower molar height, the deeper the anterior overbite was. In the 70 Class II, the larger the overjet, interincisal angle and inclination of lower incisors, or the smaller the mandibular angle and upper molar height, the deeper the anterior overbite was. The equations could explain 75.8% and 62.3% overbite variations, respectively. Of all the parameters, overjet took the most important part in maintaining a normal and stable anterior overbite. Conclusion: Those cephalometric parameters correlated with anterior overbite can be both dental and skeletal. They may compensate each other to maintain stable anterior overbite. Of them, anterior overjet may be the main factor.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Wumei Wan (Fructus Mume Pills) for diabetic gastroparesis with the syndrome of cold-heat mixture. Methods Sixty-eight diabetic gastroparesis patients with the syndrome of cold-heat mixture were evenly randomized into treatment group and control group. On the basis of treatment for controlling the blood glucose level, the treatment group was given oral use of Wumei Wan and the control group was given oral use of Cisapride. After treatment for one month, the therapeutic effect of both groups was evaluated, and the changes of gastrointestinal symptoms, gastric emptying, 2-hour postprandial glucose(2hPG), glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c), and fasting plasma glucose(FPG) in both groups were also observed. Results (1)The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.24%, and that of the control group was 67.65%, the difference being significant(P<0.05). (2 ) After treatment , the scores of gastrointestinal symptoms of nausea and vomiting, gastric fullness, anorexia, belching and acid regurgitation, abdominal and gastric pain, diarrhea, and constipation in the treatment group were markedly improved(P<0.05 or P<0 . 01 compared with those before treatment ). In the control group, symptom relief was shown in nausea and vomiting, anorexia, and diarrhea(P<0.05). The treatment group had better effect on relieving nausea and vomiting, abdominal and gastric pain, diarrhea, and constipation than the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). (3)After treatment, 2hPG, FPG and HbA1c levels were obviously decreased in both groups(P<0.05 compared with those before treatment) , and the decrease in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group (P<0.05). (4)After treatment, half gastric emptying time, full gastric emptying time, and the contraction of gastric antrum were improved in both groups(P<0.05), and the improvement of gastric emptying in the treatment group was superior to that in the cont rol group(P<0.05). Conclusion Wumei Wan has better effect for the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis than western medicine Cisapride.

Acanthamoeba castellanii(T4)was cultured with different concentrations of allitridium for 24 hours, and examined by transmission electron microscope. The results showed that the ultrastructure of Acanthamoeba trophozoites was destroyed gently at concentration of 50 ?g/ml allitridium and seriously destroyed under the concentration of 500 ?g/ml, indicating that allitridium is effective in destroying Acanthamoeba.

Background Laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) for myopia and/or myopic astigmatism still is one of primary surgeries.Femtosecond laser (FS)-LASIK offers several advantages over microkeratomes for flap creation including better safety,reproducibility,and predictability.However,the visual performance after FS-LASIK is of high clinical concern.Objective This study was to compare the visual performance between Intralase FS60 femtosecond laser flap and mechanical microkeratome Moria M2 flap in LASIK.Methods A prospective nonrandomized controlled study was performed.Two hundred and four myopic eyes of 102 patients were enrolled in this study and divided into two groups according to patients’ opinion,with matched demography between the two groups.LASIK with FS60 femtosecond laser flap was performed on 100 eyes of 50 myopia and/or myopic astigmatism in the FS group,and Moria M2 flap LASIK was performed on 104 eyes of 52 patients in the microkeratomes group.Zernike coefficients and the root-mean-square (RMS) of higher order aberrations were measured by Wavescan wavefront aberrometer before and 3,6 and 12 months after surgery,and the contrast sensitivity (CS) in different spatial frequencies under the scotopia and scotopia + glare background was detected using Optec 6500 visual function instrument before and 3,6,12 months after surgery.This study protocol was approved by Ethic Committec of Beijing Tongren Hospital,and written informed consent was obtained from each patient prior to surgery.Results The uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA) levels after surgery reached or was superior to the preoperative best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) in 95.1％,94.2％ and 93.9％ patients in the FS group and in 94.2％,93.8％ and 93.2％ patients in the microkeratomes group 3,6,12 months after surgery,respectively.The mean spherical equivalent (SE) was (-6.37 ±2.06)D,(-0.26±0.45)D and (-0.45± 0.51)) in the FS group,(-6.25± 2.43) D,(-0.44± 0.64) D and (-0.35±0.59)D in the microkeratomes group before surgery and 3,12 months after surgery,respectively.There were no significant differences in the SE in various time points between the two groups (u =1.194,1.429;both at P＞ 0.05).The root means square high order (RMSh) and RMS3-6 in the FS group were significantly lower than those in the microkeratomes group 3,6 and 12 months after surgery (all at P＜0.05).Under the background of scotopia or scotopia+glare,the LogCS values under different spatial frequencies were significantly higher in the FS group than those in the microkeratomes group 3 and 6 months after surgery (all at P＜0.05).In 12 months after surgery,no significant difference was found in the LogCS under the 1.5 c/d in the background of scotopia between FS group and microkeratomes group (P＞0.05),and the LogCS values under the 12.0 c/d and 18.0 c/d in the background of scotopia or scotopia+glare in the FS group were better than those in the microkeratomes group (all at P＜0.05).Conclusions Femtosecond laser assistant LASIK has better visual performance and lower higher-order aberrations than microkeratomes assistant LASIK.

Objective To investigate the effect of concentrated suture fixation in subdermal vascular network flap method for treatment of axillary osmidrosis in reducing postoperative complications,increase the wound dressing effect of comfort.Methods Ninety-six cases of bilateral axillary osmidrosis patients were randomly divided into concentrated suture group (group A) and 8 bandage compression group (group B),48 cases in each group.They were cleared of sweat gland retaining subdermal vascular network skin flap method in treatment of axillary osmidrosis.Group A was treated with concentrated suture fixation after the separation of the subdermal vascular network flap by in situ,group B was treated by routine compression bandage fixation after the separation of the subdermal vascular network flap.Observation of subcutaneous hematoma,infection,necrosis of skin after operation and understood dressing comfort.To observe the peculiar smell and axillary scar,operation area 6 months postoperative growth.Results The postoperative observation:group A subcutaneous hematoma complication rate was lower in group B,the incidence of 1.04％ (1/96) vs.19.79％ (19/96),the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.01).Group A postoperative dressing comfort satisfaction rate was 93.75％ (45/48),group B po or comfort,satisfaction rate was only 10.42％(5/48),the difference had statistically significant (P ＜ 0.01).After 6 months of postoperative,the total efficiency of two groups were 100.00％,no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).Group A district scar formation rate was higher than that in group B [3.12％(3/96) vs.21.88％(21/96)] (P ＜ 0.05).The armpit hair and sweat in the two groups was significantly reduced,there was no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Concentrated suture fixation method in the treatment of axillary osmidrosis by subdermal vascular network is a reliable fixation of the axillary free after the subdermal vascular network flap,and have flap high healing rate,scar,low rate of complications; postoperative dressing is simple,comfortable,living freely,overall is better than 8 bandage compression method.

Objective:To investigate the effect and mechanism of Wogonin on CD3AK cell proliferation and cytotoxicity to SMMC-7721.Methods:CD3AK cells were cultured from peripheral blood mononuclear cells ( PBMC) in vitro by a variety of cytokines for 7 d,and treated with different concentrations of Wogonin for 48 h.CD3AK cells proliferation was measured by CCK-8 assay.SMMC-7721 cell growth was detected by MTT.The expression of perforin (PFP),granzyme B (GrB) and CD107a on CD3AK cells were measured by flow cytometry ( FCM).The cytotoxicity to SMMC-7721 cells was detected by LDH release assay.The expression of ERK1/2 on CD3AK cells was detected by Western blot.The mobility of SMMC-7721 cells was detected with transwell chambers.The merge of SMMC-7721 cells were measured with Wound healing assay.Results:Wogonin could significantly promote CD3AK cells proliferation, especially at 3.2 mg/L (23%higher than that of control group,P<0.05).The highest cytotoxicity to SMMC-7721 was also at the con-centration 3.2 mg/L (60.4%).The expression of PFP,GrB,CD107a were significantly higher than that of control group( P<0.05).The expression of ERK1/2 was obviously improved,especially at 12.5-0.8mg/L.After treated with Wogonin 50,12.5,3.2,0.8,0.2 mg/L for 48 h,the lowest transwell cell was at 12.5 mg/L and lowest merge rate was at 3.2 mg/L.Conclusion:Wogonin could promote CD3AK cell proliferation and enhance the cytotoxicity to SMMC-7721.Wogonin could also inhibit SMMC-7721 cell growth,migration and cell merge.The mechanism may be related to activated ERK1/2 and increase the expression of PFP,GrB,CD107a.

Objective To develop a duplex fluorescence RT-PCR assay for detection of scavenger receptor class B, typeⅠ(SRBⅠ) knockout mice. Methods Primers and probes were designed according to knockout region of SRBⅠgene and related substituted sequence. DNA samples were extracted from tails of mice and performed amplification using real-time PCR. SRBⅠgenotypes of mice were analyzed according to amplification curves of FAM and CY5 channels. Finally, the sensitivity of the method was detected and the accuracy was verified by the direct sequencing. Results The homozygous SRBⅠwild genotype showed an amplification curve only in FAM channel. When the homozygous SRBⅠknockout genotype was present, the typical S amplification curve appeared only in the CY5 channel. Heterozygous genotype showed two typical S amplification curves in both FAM and CY5 channels, respectively. The results showed that the sensitivity reached 4×101 copies/μL, and there was complete concordance between this method and direct DNA sequencing. Conclusion The new method is simple, rapid and accurate, which is suitable for genotyping SRBⅠknockout mice.
