[Objective]To investigate the method of distal fractures of radius and ulna in children treated with minimal invasive technique.[Method] From 2003 to 2005,titanium elastic nail using descending technique was carried out on 15 children.The mean age was 7.4 years,all of them had been followed up from 4 month to 2 years.[Result]One case had cortex perforation,1 case had soft-tissue irritation at nail insertion.All patients were pain-free,without limitations in activities for daily life after treatment.[Conclusion] Using minimal invasive descending technique,tianium elastic nail is appropriate therapy for distal 1/3 fractures of radius and ulna in children.

Objective To explore the pathogenesis of syringoma in order to cure this disease. Methods The clinical manifestation was observed in 39 cases of syringoma. The serum level of estradiol (E 2), progesterone (Pro), luteinizing hormone(LH) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) were detected with radioimmunoassay in all the 30 female cases and 25 normal controls. The expression of estrogen and progesterone receptor (ER and PR) was determined in syringoma tissues using ABC method and anti ER and anti PR monoclonal antibodies. Objective To determine the relationship between HBeAg and HBV DNA levels and grading of liver inflammation in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods Serum HBeAg and HBV DNA were assayed by MEIA and PCR in 74 patients with HBeAg-negative and 73 patients with HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B who had undergone liver biopsy and pathological grading. Results The serum HBV DNA levels in 27 patients(36%) HBeAg-negative chronic hepatitis B were higher 10~5 copies/ml.The number of patient at the HBV DNA level increase along with G1～G4 grading ascendant.The correlation between two factors has statistically remarkable significance.Those serum HBeAg quantitative levels are 0～29 PEIU/ml. The number of HBeAg quantitative-positive patients increase also along with G1～G4 grading ascendant and the correlation between two items has statistically significance.However,there are no relationship between serum HBeAg and HBV DNA and G1～G4 grading in 73 patients with HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B whose HBV DNA levels are higher than 10~5 copies/ml. Conclusions Serum HBV DNA level is the indicator by which grading of liver inflammation can be judged in the patients with HBeAg-negative chronic hepatitis B and former is positively interrelated with latter significantly.That Serum HBeAg level is low but HBV DNA duplicate actively may indicate that there is C-zone mutation in 36% patients with HBeAgnegative chronic hepatitis B.Serum HBV DNA level cannot reflect grading of liver inflammation in the patients with HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of rhubarb acupoint sticking joint shuganjieyu diet in the treatment of chronic functional constipation patients with depressive anxiety.Methods 120 patients of chronic functional constipation with depression anxiety were selected,they were randomly divided into control group and obser-vation group,60 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given promoting gastrointestinal motility drugs mosapride capsules,and orally given laxatives rhubarb with sodium bicarbonate.The patients in the observation group were treated with topical rhubarb acupoint,and orally given medicated shuganjieyu diet.7 days for a course of treatment,the patients were treated for four courses.The clinical efficacy of the two groups,defecation interval and fecal nature,SAS,SDS scale score changes and quality of life (PAC -QOL)scale score changes before and after treatment and adverse reactions during treatment were recorded.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%,which of the control group was 91.67%,the difference between the two groups was not significant (χ2 =0.32,P >0.05).Before treatment,the bowel movement and stool ratings between the two groups had no statis-tically significant differences (t =0.23,0.33,all P >0.05).After treatment,the two points of the two groups were significantly decreased,but the differences between the two groups were not significant (t =0.18,0.41,all P >0.05).Before treatment,the SAS,SDS scale scores between the two groups had no statistically significant differences (t =0.78,0.69,all P >0.05).After treatment,the SAS,SDS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased, which of the observation group decreased more significantly than those of the control group (t =4.18,4.72,all P <0.05).Before treatment,the PAC -QOL scale scores for each dimension level had no statistically significant differ-ences (t =0.16,0.21,0.42,0.20,all P >0.05).After treatment,the dimensions of the two groups showed a decline trend,and those of the observation group decreased more significantly than the control group (t =2.10,3.56,2.76, 2.34,all P <0.05).In the control group during the treatment,2 cases of diarrhea,three cases of dry mouth,the patients were improved after given symptomatic treatment.No serious adverse event occurred during therapy in the observation group.Conclusion Rhubarb acupoint joint shuganjieyu diet in the treatment of chronic functional constipation patients with depression anxiety has significant clinical effect,which can significantly improve patients'depression and anxiety scores,quality of life,and without significant adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical applica-tion.

Objective To compare the binding characteristics of insulin receptors (IR) on ovary,adrenal and hepatic plasma membrane from rats. Methods The number and affinity of IR was detected by radioligand binding assay. Results Scatchard plot analyses showed that the receptor numbers for high affinity sites are 7. 359?10/mg protein, 8. 029? 10/mg protein and 6. 440?10/mg protein of liver,ovarian and adrenal plasma membrane with KD of 6.147?107 M-1, 1. 528?10, M-1, and 1. 010?107 M-1 that. The receptor numbers for low affinity sites are 2. 403?10/mg protein,2. 212?10/mg protein,and 2. 257?10/mg protein respectively with KD of 2. 920?10M-1,2. 008?10 M-1 and 0. 433?10sM-1. Conclusion There are abundent IR on ovary and adrenal just as many as those on liver, although the KD are smaller. It suggests that insulin may play an important regulatory role in ovary and adrenal.

Objective To evaluate the clinical outcome of total hip arthroplasty (THA) for protrusio acetabuli. Methods Between 2003 to 2008, 31 patients(35 hips) with protrusio acetabuli were treated with THA, including 16 males (18 hips) and 15 females (17 hips). The age ranged from 36 to 71 years (average age 52.2 years). The femoral heads were moved out with retrograde method when necessary via posterior-lateral hip incision. The acetabular loops and bottoms were prepared respectively. Auto-bone grafting was used to repair acetabular defects and cementless prostheses were planted with press-fit skills. At follow-up visit,the hip functions were evaluated by Harris score. The loosening, re-protrusion and the union of graft bone was judged by X-ray. Results The mean follow-up was 46.5 months (19-152 months). One patient developed DVT on the second day post-operatively who recovered well after anticoagulation treatment. One patient complained of gentle thigh pain which disappeared at 6 months. No other complication was found. The mean Harris scores had improved from 48.9±6.5 pre-operatively to 91.2±5.7 post-operatively. All prostheses acquired bone stabilization with no sign of loosening and re-protrusion and the grafts bone were healed at a mean 6 months according to X-ray. Conclusion THA with acetabular bone grafting and cementless component for protrusio acetabuli have acquired excellent results and prevented loosening and re-protrusio effectively.

Objective:To explore the way and feasibility of carrying out developmental-behavioral pediatrics(DBP) teaching for medical students on probation.Method :To divide 230 medical students on probation into experimental group(120 students) and control group(110 students).The former group spent four class hours in child developmental-behavioral outpatient department and another four hours in sensory integrative therapy room to assist doctors in their training work as volunteers,and their rest probation contents were the same as those of the latter group which had classes according to teaching outline of pediatrics.Test scores of pediatrics of the two groups were compared.Questionnaires filled in by students of experimental group were analyzed.Results of the two groups,scores of pediatrics were not different,which showed that scores weren't influenced by extra teaching contents.Results of questionnaires showed that teaching of DBP was welcome to students,and they had made advances in relative knowledge and their overall quality.Conclusion: It is necessary to carry out DBP teaching.The teaching way of this study has got good effect and is feasible.

An analytical method based on high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry has been developed for the simultaneous determination of 20 anti-obesity drugs ( fenfluramine, phenylpropanolamine, sibutramine, sertraline, rimonabant, bupropion, citalopram, fluoxetine, benfluorex, topiramate, zonisamide, caffeine, phenolphthalein, emodin, indapamide, bumetanide, torasemide, triamterene, orlistat, phenformin). that were extracted from various weight-loss functional foods by ethanol-acetone(7:3, V/V)and purified by primary secondary amine (PSA) and octadecyltrimethoxysilane(ODS) under ultrasonication. The analysis was carried out on HPLC-MS /MS by electrospray ionization using multiple reaction monitoring after the chromatographic separation on Waters Atlantis T3 (3 μm, 150 mm × 2. 1 mm) column. Identification was achieved by the retention time and the ion ratio, quantification was done by the external standard method. The limits of detection for the appetite suppressants were 0. 05-3. 0 mg/kg. The mean recoveries at the three spiked levels were 67 . 1%-101 . 4%, with the intra-day precision less than 10%and the inter-day precision less than 15%. The method is reliable, accurate, reproducible and suitable for the determination of the anti-obesity drugs in different weight-loss functional foods.
