Chinese Health Economics 2017;36(7):54-57
Objective:To investigate the health resources utilization efficiency from the perspective of the end-of-life medical costs in advanced cancer patients, estimate the method of calculating the price range for medical service package in community health service center. Methods:Taking the medical cost of cancer patients in final year of the end of life in Hubei under the dual-referal policy of high leveled hospitals and community medical institutions,it estimated the pricing range for palliative care medical package and designed the medical payment policy for hierarchy diagnosis. Results:With the new medical service package policy, maintained the same level of medical service quantity, the total medical cost would save a great amount. Conclusion:Based on the accurate budget calculation of end-of-life costs,it had great significance for the implementation of classified diagnosis policy, rationally design the link and pricing range between hospitals and community medical service package.

Objective:To explain the supplier induced demand theory paradigm, track the empirical research progress,so as to provide references for health care reform in China. Methods:The new classical theory, game theory and behaviorism school were launched to process theoretical derivation of induced demand. The classical empirical research and the latest research progress were introduced to systemically review on supplier induced demand. Results:The generation of supplier induced demand was related with incentive system, the type of diseases and the crowd of research. Conclusion:It could effectively reduce the induced demand for health care that constraining hospital internal incentive, conducting medical supply side structural reform, developing the “Internet +medical” and building Diagnosis Related Groups (DRGs) payment system.
3.Treatment of obstructive sleep apnea using bi-polar radiofrequency and oral appliance
Journal of Practical Stomatology 2000;0(06):-
Objective: To evaluate the effects of the combined radiofrequency (RF) with oral appliance (OA) therapy on obstructive sleep apnea(OSA). Methods: 15 patients with OSA were diagnosed by overnight monitoring of polysomnography(PSG).They all received bi-polar radiofrequency treatment on palate twice.Polysomnography were taken for the patients 6 weeks after the second RF treatment. 10 cases without TMJ disease and periodontal disease with more than 10 teeth on each of maxillae or mandibulae were treated with OA. Reexamination of PSG was taken one month after application of OA.Statistic analyses were made in the measurements of PSG. Results:PSG measurements showed sleep improvement after treatment(P
4.The correlation of dentofacial structure and the sagittal upper airway size in youthful nonsnoring men with malocclusion
Journal of Practical Stomatology 1996;0(02):-
Objective:To investigate the correlation of dentofacial structure and the sagittal size of the upper airway in youthful nonsnoring men with malocclusion. Methods:Lateral cephalometry was carried out in 52 nonsnoring males with malocclusion. The average age of the patients was 19.23 years, with a range of 18 to 24 years. Stepwise regression analysis was used to relate those cephalometric parameters to the sagittal airway size at different levels. Results:SNB angle,S-N length and H-C_3 length were the related variables to superior posterior airway space(SPAS). H-C_3 length,SNB angle and L1-MP angle were the related variables to middle airway space(MAS). SNB angle,H-C_3 length,S-N length and L1-MP angle were the related variables to inferior airway space(IAS).Conclusion:The sagittal upper airway size in youthful nonsnoring men with malocclusion is correlated to the dentofacial structure and the hyoid position.
5.Estrogen receptor expression in genioglossus of ovariectomized rats
Journal of Practical Stomatology 2001;0(03):-
Objective:To investigate the expression of estrogen receptor in genioglossus of female rats. Methods:30 female Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly assigned to three groups: normal group(NORMAL), sham operation group (SHAM) and ovariectomized group(OVX). The rats were sacrificed 6 weeks after surgery, and the genioglossus was removed for analysis. The expression of estrogen receptors(ER? and ER?) was examined by immunohistochemical assay. Results:ER? and ER? were found in genioglossus of normal rats. The expression of ER? was significantly higher than ER? (P0.05). Conclusions:Estrogen receptors are expressed in genioglossus of female rats.ER? expression is significantly impacted by the estrogen level.

Objective To investigate the changes of soft and hard tissues after extraction space closure with micro-screw implant as orthodontic anchorage. Methods Twenty cases were selected randomly with the first premolars extraction. Micro-screw implant was used as orthodontic anchorage. Sliding technique was used to close the extraction space. The lateral cephalograms before and after the treatment were evaluated. Results The upper incisors moved 7. 15 mm palatelly, 1. 63 mm intruded. The upper first molar moved 0. 80 mm distally, 1. 80 mm intruded. The lower incisors moved 4. 65 mm distally, 0.48 mm extruded. The lower first molar moved 0. 18 mm mesially, 1.18 mm extruded. A point, B point, upper lip, lower lip showed distal movement. Conclusions Micro-screw implant can provide acceptable and reliable anchorage in the process of extraction space closure, and improve the profile. Besides, it produces skeletal change on the maxilla.

Objective:To investigate the effects of estrogen on sarcoplasmic reticulum (SR) Ca2+-ATPase activity and gene expression in female rats genioglossal muscle (GG), and explore the possible molecular biology mechanism.Methods:30 male rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:Control group, ovariectomy(OVX)group, ovariectomized animals receiving estradiol replacement (OVX+E2) group. The rats were sacrificed 6 weeks after surgery, and the genioglossus was taken out for analysis. Ca2+-ATPase activity was measured by detecting inorganic phosphorus ion, and SR Ca2+-ATPase (SERCA) mRNA level was observed using fluorescence quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (FQ RT-PCR) method. Results:Compared to the control group, SR Ca2+-ATPase activity of OVX group remarkably reduced(P0.05).Conclusion:Serum level of estrogen of adult female rats may influence the function of genioglossal muscle by influencing SR Ca2+-ATPase activity and the SERCA mRNA expression.

Objective To study the effect of hand intrinsic muscle exercise on postoperative recovery of fine movement in children with hand injury. Methods From January 2009 to December 2011,64 children with hand injury were randomly divided to exercise group and control group equally.Hand intrinsic muscle exercise and rehabilitative care were conducted in the exercise group while traditional rehabilitative therapies in control group. After 3-month therapy,MMDT(Minnesota Manual Dexterity Test)and PPT(Purdue Pegboard Test)were conducted to evaluate the functional recovery of hands.Result The results of MMDT and PPT were obviously better in the exercise group than in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Hand intrinsic muscle exercise may be effectively in promoting the recovery of fine movement in children with hand injury.
