Twenty nine moderately halophilic bacteria isolated from salt lakes in Xinjiang Region were compared with nine reference strains of relative species by performing a numerical analysis of 112 phenotypic characteristics. All the new isolates are Gram negative and can grow on the media containing 0~25% NaCl. The results showed that all tested strains were clustered into 2 phena at 76 % similarity level. Phenon I was composed by 25 new isolates strains, and phenon II included 9 reference strains and 4 new lsolated strains. Most of the new isolated strains were clusted into 3 subphena at 86 % similarity level. There were 10 new isolated strains in subphenon 1, 8 new isolated strains in subphenon 2, and 1 new isolated strain and 5 reference strains were included in subphenon 3. The results indicated that there were great differences between the new isolates and the reference strains.

OBJECTIVETo research the effects of Siwu tang on serum protein of blood deficiency using proteomic technique and further explore its potential molecular mechanism to cure blood deficiency.
METHODThe sera of normal, blood deficiency and cured group were collected. Proteomic protocol involving the high resolution two-dimensional polyacryamide gel electrophoresis, the computer-assisted image analysis, and the mass spectrometry was used to detect regulated protein by Siwu tang.
RESULTCompared with normal group, there were 15 proteins changed, in which 11 increased and 4 decreased expressed proteins in sera could be recovered by Siwu tang. The up-regulated proteins involved haptoglobin, clusterin, complement component C4B and GTP binding protein 2, while the down-regulated proteins involved transthyretin and heamoglobin beta.
CONCLUSIONSiwu tang could regulate serum protein, which include immunology, apoptosis, DNA injury repair, and blood ingredients. This might be the mechanism of Siwu tang to cure blood deficiency.

Objective:To explore the current situation of nursing human caring in hospital wards and analyze its influencing factors, so as to facilitate the development of nursing human caring practice. Methods:From July to November 2022, a total of 107 hospitals were surveyed through stratified convenience sampling method, and 4 072 ward nursing managers were recruited to finish the general information questionnaire and the ward nursing human caring status questionnaire. The general information included the region, class and type of the hospital, etc. The ward nursing human caring status questionnaire included 38 items in 5 dimensions of nursing human caring system and process, humanistic quality and training of nursing staff, humanistic environment and facilities, human caring procedures and measures, and human caring quality evaluation and improvement, with a full score of 190 points. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the general data, independent samples t-test, ANOVA and correlation analysis were used to analyze the factors influencing the current status of nursing human caring in the ward, while multiple linear regression analysis was used to conduct a multivariate analysis. Results:The score of nursing human caring in hospital wards was 156.91±27.78. Whether the hospital had carried out nursing human caring pilot(demonstration) wards, whether the ward had previously been a hospital nursing human caring pilot(demonstration) nursing unit, the type of ward, and whether nursing managers had participated in human caring training were the influencing factors of the implication of nursing humanistic caring in wards( P<0.05). Conclusions:The practice of nursing human caring in hospital wards is at a good level, but needs to be further strengthened. Nursing managers should take systematically strategies to promote the development of nursing human caring practice.
