Metronomic chemotherapy also involves multiple mechanisms that include antiangiogenesis,immune stimulation and direct tumor cell targeting effects.We need to carefully evaluate the clinical effects of combination chemo-therapies that incorporate the other treatment schedules.

Objective To investigate the correlation between thyroid antibody level and carotid atherosclerotic plaque in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods Consecutive patients with acute ischemic stroke were enrolled retrospectively.They were divided into a non-plaque group and a plaque group according to the findings of carotid artery color-Doppler ultrasonography.The plaque group was redivided into a stable plaque subgroup and a non-stable plaque subgroup.Chemiluminescence method was used to measure the serum thyroperoxidase antibodies (TPOAb) and thyroglobulin antibodies (TGAb) levels and they were compared.Results A total of 383 patients were enrolled in the study,including 116 (30.3％) did not have plaque and 267 (69.7％) had plaque,68 of them had unstable plaque,and 199 had stable plaque.The level of TGAb in the plaque group was significantly higher than that in the non-plaque group (Z =-4.826,P ＜0.001).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the level of TGAb might be an independent risk factors for carotid plaque (odds ratio 1.007,95％ confidence interval 1.001-1.012;P =0.016).The serum level of TPOAb in the stable plaque group was significantly higher than that in the unstable plaque group (Z =-2.114,P=0.035),but multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that it was not the independent risk factor for unstable plaque (odds ratio 1.001,95％ confidence interval 0.996-1.006;P =0.786).Conclusions The level of serum thyroid antibodies increased in patients with acute ischemic stroke,especially the increased level of TGAb might be associated with the occurrence and development of carotid atherosclerotic plaque,however,it was not associated with the plaque stability.

Gastrointestinal microbiota is a huge and complex system that has multiple influential factors. As an exogenous pathogen,Helicobacter pylori(Hp)may interact with gastrointestinal microbiota. It has been revealed that Hp infection led to an increase in Lactobacillus acidophilus in intestinal tract and a decrease in Actinobacteria,Bacteroidetes and Firmacutes in stomach. Proton pump inhibitors and antibiotics,the major components of eradication regimens for Hp infection,may also have an impact on gastrointestinal microbiota. On the other hand,gastrointestinal microbiota interferes with Hp’s attachment into gastric mucosa. Probiotics combined with eradication therapy could benefit the eradication rate of Hp infection and reduce adverse events.

With the coming era of targeted therapy,novel criteria such as the modified response evalu-ation criteria in solid tumors (RECIST),positron emission tomography response criteria in solid tumors (PETRCIST),Choi criteria and immune-related response criteria have been proposed as standardized methods to assess therapeutic response.Biomarkers and circulating tumor cells may be considered suitable for the evalu-ation of response.These criteria may be useful for the evaluation of therapeutic response to tumors.

Objective:To investigate the content of interaction and construct the virtuous interaction among the hierarchical medical institutions in rural areas based on the theory of integration and system thinking.Methods:Literature research were applied to analyze the interaction with the use of the CNKI.WanFang and Vip.Results:Interaction was closely related to integration,and the interaction among the hierarchical medical institutions in rural areas mainly included resource interaction,management interaction and service interaction,whose subject was the rural three-level medical institutions.Conclusion:The ultimate goal of virtuous interaction was the quality and safety of the health service.Specific measures of the virtuous interaction included strengthening the construction of health personnel and capital flows,combing the interests of rural three-level medical institutions and integrated management,regionalization of two-way referral and upper-and-lower linkage.

Objective To investigate the myocardial protective effects of rosuvastatin in patients with unstable angina pectoris undergoing coronary stent implantation.Methods Patients (90 cases) with unstable angina pectoris undergoing coronary stent implantation in No.215 Hospital of Shanxi Nuclear Industry from January 2014 to May 2016 were divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with rosuvastatin,and patients in the control group were treated with atorvastatin.The levels of CK-MB,cTnⅠ,h-FABP,hs-CRP,TNF-α,INF-γ,IL-6,IL-10,and IL-18 were compared between two groups.Adverse drug reaction and major adverse cardiac events of two groups were recorded.Results After 24 h operation,the levels of CK-MB,cTnⅠ,hs-CRP,TNF-α,INF-γ,IL-10,and IL-18 of two group were significantly higher than those before operation (P ＜ 0.05),and those in observation group were significantly lower than control group (P ＜ 0.05).There was no difference in h-FABP between two groups before and after operation (P ＜ 0.05).The level of IL-6 in the observation group after operation was higher than that before operation,but the difference was not significant (P ＜ 0.05);The level of IL-6 in the control group was significantly higher than that before operation and that of observation group (P ＜0.05);The rates of drug adverse reactions and major adverse cardiac events were similar in two groups.Conclusion Compared with same doseatorvastatin,the effects of rosuvastatin in muscle damage and inflammatory response are better,and do not increase adverse reactions.
