Journal of Kunming Medical University 2016;37(5):148-150
Objective To investigate the application effect of the puncture method of indwelling needle by single hand in clinical attendance of pediatrics. Methods From March 2015 to September 2015,578 patients in our pediatrics were randomly and equally divided into two groups. The experiment group were treated with the puncture method of indwelling needle by single hand and the control group received traditional puncturing method. Results There were statistical significances in the success rate of first puncture, degree of comfort, sense of pain, dropping of the indwelling needle, phlebitis, exosmosis of drugs and indwelling time of patients between the two groups(P< 0.05). Conclusion In the process of using indwelling needle in pediatrics, the application of the puncture method of indwelling needle by single hand could improve the success rate of first puncture of venous retention needle, enhance the comfort degree of neonates, relieve the sense of pain, reduce the dropping of the indwelling needle, incidence of phlebitis and exosmosis of drugs, and prolong the indwelling time. The operation of this puncture is simple and easy to do and to learn, without any special equipment. In the venous puncture, the only necessities are 24G retention needle,3M indwelling needle and adhesive tape. Obviously,it is economical and practical, and is suitable for application in clinic.
4.Discussion on Purchase Management in Modern Hospital
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(09):-
Objective To introduce a new purchase management model of hospital. Methods Through a narration and a deep analysis on current status of hospital purchase, some disadvantages were summed up and new suggestions and solutions were put forward so as to reform purchase model.According to the characteristics of military hospitals, commercial bribery in national medical industry was eliminated and medical costs were reduced. The broad masses of ordinary people could benefit from it.Results The facts of the new purchase management model of hospital were clarified and analyzed in an unique perspective, which were proved to be worthy of researching. Conclusion More detailed work should be done to implement the model.
5.Development for A Field-based Operating Astral Lamp with Light-Emitting Diodes
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1993;0(06):-
Objective To introduce a new field-based operating astral lamp. Methods The operating astral lamp employs specially -designed LED as the main light source, and IC as the control circuit. All the components are arranged in a combinatorial structure. It uses no glass material and makes the most of light plastic materials instead of metal. Results By testing the use of it in field training, this astral lamp proves to possess the following traits that high efficiency of light-emitting and low heat and thermal radiation, small power consumption affording a long time of use, strong abilities for vibration and shock resistance, and light-weighted conformation and easy assembly providing a convenient portability. Conclusion It is very suitable for field patrolling and defending.
6.Advances in research on mechanisms of resistance to anti-epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitors in RAS wild-type metastatic colorectal cancer
Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2017;44(11):517-521
The development of anti-epidermal growth factor receptor monoclonal antibodies (anti-EGFR McAbs) marked a significant milestone in metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) treatment. The addition of anti-EGFR McAb can greatly improve quality of life of mCRC patients and mCRC prognosis and markedly increases the overall survival rate from 6 months to nearly 30 months. KRAS and NRAS mutations contribute to the primary resistance to anti-EGFR therapy and can serve as well-established predictive markers for pa-tient selection. Apart from the RAS family, other molecular alteration in EGFR signaling pathway may also compromise the efficacy of anti-EGFR treatment. In addition, patients who responded to anti-EGFR treatment eventually develop acquired drug resistance within 13 and 18 months. In this review, the mechanisms underlying the primary and secondary resistance to anti-EGFR therapy are summa-rized, and a possible strategy to circumvent drug resistance is proposed. We hope this review can provide compelling evidence, deeper insights, and reasonable guidance to facilitate the precise molecular targeted therapy of mCRC.
7.Highly efficient synthesis of marine natural product,24-methylenecholesterol
Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(07):-
Objective To synthesize a marine natural product, 24-methylenecholesterol. Methods The target molecule was synthesized in 7 steps using hyodeoxycholic acid as the starting material, 3?-(tetrahydropyran-2-yloxy)-cholest-5-ene-24-ketone as the key intermediate and isopropylation as the key step. Results The target molecule was synthesized with a total yield of 66% and confirmed by MS, IR, 1HNMR and 13CNMR. 8.THE AFFERENT CONNECTIONS OF THE NUCLEUS TEGMENTI DORSALIS IN THE ALBINO RAT
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1953;0(01):-
Afferent connections to the nucleus tegmenti dorsalis were studied by means of retrograde axonal transport method of horseradish peroxidase (HRP). HRP was depositted stereotaxically via three approaches: vertical, oblique through the cerebellum or oblique through the cerebrum. The serial sections were treated by 3,3'-diamino-benzidine, benzidine dihydrochloride, diaminobenzidine-cobalt dichloride or tetrame-thylbenzidine respectively.Labeled neurons were observed in following nuclei: nucleus lateralis habenulae, nucleus interpeduncularis, nucleus mammillaris lateralis, nucleus posterior hypothalami, nucleus lateralis hypothalami, substantia grisea centralis mesencephali, nucleus dorsalis raphes, nucleus tractus solitarii, nucleus prepositus hypoglossi, nucleus parafascicularis and nucleus of Darkschewitsch. Then HRP was introduced into nucleus parafascicularis or nucleus prepositus hypoglossi, labeled terminals were also observed within the nucleus tegmenti dorselis.
10.Study on immunogenicity of a novel bionic scaffold of nucleus pulposus tissue engineering
Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(09):-
Objective To explore the immunogenicity of a novel bionic scaffold of nucleus pulposus tissue engineering. Methods The biocompatibility of a subcutaneously implanted scaffold of nucleus pulposus tissue engineering was studied in SD rats by analyzing tissue reactions up to 3 months using histological and ultrastructural methods. The expression of IFN-?, IL-2, IL-4 and IL-10 mRNA was measured by RT-PCR, and the levels of serum antibodies to porcine type Ⅱ collagen were measured by ELISA. Results There was less inflammatory reaction in rats induced by subcutaneously implanted scaffold. By degrees, a granulation tissue had developed within the implant, which had disappeared by 3 months. The expression of IFN-?, IL-2 mRNA by RT-PCR was of no changes. But the expression of IL-4 and IL-10 mRNA increased, which meant the implant induced Th cell into Th2 cell and the induction inhibited the inflammatory reaction. No antibodies to porcine type Ⅱ collagen were found in the sera of implanted rats. Conclusion There was less immunogenicity in rats induced by implanted scaffold of nucleus pulposus tissue engineering.
