3.The Application of the Puncture Method of Indwelling Needle by Single Hand in Puncture Technique of Pediatrics
Journal of Kunming Medical University 2016;37(5):148-150
Objective To investigate the application effect of the puncture method of indwelling needle by single hand in clinical attendance of pediatrics. Methods From March 2015 to September 2015,578 patients in our pediatrics were randomly and equally divided into two groups. The experiment group were treated with the puncture method of indwelling needle by single hand and the control group received traditional puncturing method. Results There were statistical significances in the success rate of first puncture, degree of comfort, sense of pain, dropping of the indwelling needle, phlebitis, exosmosis of drugs and indwelling time of patients between the two groups(P< 0.05). Conclusion In the process of using indwelling needle in pediatrics, the application of the puncture method of indwelling needle by single hand could improve the success rate of first puncture of venous retention needle, enhance the comfort degree of neonates, relieve the sense of pain, reduce the dropping of the indwelling needle, incidence of phlebitis and exosmosis of drugs, and prolong the indwelling time. The operation of this puncture is simple and easy to do and to learn, without any special equipment. In the venous puncture, the only necessities are 24G retention needle,3M indwelling needle and adhesive tape. Obviously,it is economical and practical, and is suitable for application in clinic.
4.A brief talk on ‘ A novel concept of accommodation : Human eyes optical system based on hyperfocal distance-micro zoom '
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2013;(7):711-712
Accommodation is a phenomenon that crystalline lens change its refractive power when human eyes see the near objects clearly. The article of A brief talk on ‘ A novel concept of accommodation:Human eyes optical system based on hyperfocal distance-micro zoom'.written by Luo Fu-ming introduces a concept of hyperfocal distance from the camera.Based on the characteristic of hyperfocal distance, the author proposes that there are actually three kinds of hyperfocal distances in human eyes:far-hyperfocal distance,near-hyperfocal distance and accommodative hyperfocal distance. It is important to understand this article that whether the ciliary muscles contract to push the zonules in accommodation, and then the zonules are forced to push the lens equator,or the ciliary muscles contract to relax the tensional zonules, then the posterior surface of the lens moves forward. In view of the anatomic structure, the possibility that the ciliary muscles contract to push the zonule and then the slim zonules push the lens equator is less than that the ciliary muscles contract to relax the tensional zonules and then the posterior surface of the lens moves forward in accommodation. In my opinion, the contraction of the ciliary muscles would startup actively in accommodation. So when the eyes transfer from near vision to distance vision, the ciliary muscles (contracting circular muscles) will return to the relaxed normal state immediately. The crystalline lens will immediately recover to its original relatively flatten state by traction of the zonules, rather than passive compression.Because the crystalline lens is not the startup body but a supporting body in accommodation. The accommodation of human eye is very complicated.During the whole process of accommodation, there are not only contraction of ciliary muscles and increase of refractive power in crystalline lens, but also accompanied reaction of miosis and convergence. So it is difficult to explain the complex activity of human eyes using any extreme, mechanical and single mode.
5.Study on Influencing Factors of Nursing Associations Undertaking Transferred Government Functions
Chinese Hospital Management 2016;36(7):40-42
Objective To know the influencing factors of nursing associations of different provinces and cities undertaking transferred government functions, and to explore the new direction of nursing management system reform based on the association platform.Method 10 experts from 9 provinces and cities were interviewed, and statistics was analyzed by three-level coding combining with QSR NVivo10.0 software.Result 3 themes were collected (internal factors, external support factors and others, such as an independent legal status, financial support, etc). Conclusion Nursing associations,as participants of medical organization and hospital management, must make their own capabilities clear, continuously strengthen their own ability in order to provide better service, and promote the development of medical and health career.
7.Mycophenolate mofetil and children kidney disease
International Journal of Pediatrics 2016;43(12):925-927
Mycophenolate mofetil is a new type immunosupperssor. It has the function of the selective immune suppression and reducing T,B lymphocyte proliferation. Now it is widely used in organ transplantation, immune disease and primary glomerular disease. In this paper, the research results of mycophenolate mofetil for children with kidney disease are summarized.
8.Study on the Pressing Time and Puncture Site Bleeding after Extubation of Superficial Venous Catheter in Elderly Patients
Journal of Kunming Medical University 2016;37(11):142-144
Objective To investigate the pressing time and puncture site bleeding after extubation of superficial venous catheter in elderly patients. Methods Four hundred elderly inpatients were selected from respiratory department during June 2015 and December 2015 and were divided into two groups:200 patients as experimental group with pressing time of 5-6 minutes and 200 patients as control group with pressing time of 3-4 minutes. The same group of nurses pressed the puncture site after extubation and changes on skin and vessels were observed, which was to find out the optimal pressing time after extubation of superficial venous catheter in elderly patients. Results The presence of bleeding, bruising, success rate of the second puncture, swelling, pain and degree of comfort were compared between two groups and significant differences were found (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with those in control group, less bleeding, bruising, swelling, and pain, higher success rate of the second puncture and lower degree of comfort were found in experimental group.

10.Study on immunogenicity of a novel bionic scaffold of nucleus pulposus tissue engineering
Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(09):-
Objective To explore the immunogenicity of a novel bionic scaffold of nucleus pulposus tissue engineering. Methods The biocompatibility of a subcutaneously implanted scaffold of nucleus pulposus tissue engineering was studied in SD rats by analyzing tissue reactions up to 3 months using histological and ultrastructural methods. The expression of IFN-?, IL-2, IL-4 and IL-10 mRNA was measured by RT-PCR, and the levels of serum antibodies to porcine type Ⅱ collagen were measured by ELISA. Results There was less inflammatory reaction in rats induced by subcutaneously implanted scaffold. By degrees, a granulation tissue had developed within the implant, which had disappeared by 3 months. The expression of IFN-?, IL-2 mRNA by RT-PCR was of no changes. But the expression of IL-4 and IL-10 mRNA increased, which meant the implant induced Th cell into Th2 cell and the induction inhibited the inflammatory reaction. No antibodies to porcine type Ⅱ collagen were found in the sera of implanted rats. Conclusion There was less immunogenicity in rats induced by implanted scaffold of nucleus pulposus tissue engineering.
