[ Methods ] Forty cases of tuberculous perianal abscess and anal fistula after operation were divided into group A ( n = 20) and group B ( n = 20) according to the odd-or even-numbered days of admissions. Group A was treated with external application of SYO and group B with external application of vaseline ointment. After treatment, the healing of postoperative wound was observed in the two groups. [Results] In group A, the time for the ceasing of exudates from wound surface, for the formation of granulation and epithelial tissue, and for the healing of wound was shorter than that in group B ( P
4.MicroRNA in the injury of glomerular mesangial cells
International Journal of Pediatrics 2016;43(12):928-930,931
MicroRNA could participate in a variety of physiological and pathological processes via iden-tifying the target genes by their seed sequences and regulating gene expression at post-transcriptional level. Glo-merular mesangial cell is one of the most chief cells of the glomerulus and plays an important role in the renal fi-brosis. The mesangial cellular proliferation and dysfunction may appear once attacked by pathogenic factors. Then, the extracellular matrix increases in the stimulation of inflammatory cytokines, eventually, resulting in glo-merular sclerosis and renal fibrosis. Reports have shown that series of microRNA could take part in the process of injury of mesangial cells and lead to renal fibrosis. MicroRNA could be a potential therapeutic target for early chronic kidney diseases.
5.Preparation and evaluation of self-microemulsifying drug delivery systems containing tanshinone Ⅱ_A
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(04):-
Objective To optimize the formulation of self-microemulsifying drug delivery systems containing tanshinone ⅡA(tanshinone ⅡA-SMEDDS) and assess the quality of tanshinone ⅡA-SMEDDS. Methods Pseudoternary phase diagrams were used to choose the oil,emulsifier,co-emulsifier,and their proportion in the formulation on the basis of the ability to form emulsions and regions. Then the self-emulsifying time, droplet and morphology, size distribution,?-potential,stability,and other aspects of the quality were evaluated. Results The formulation of tanshinone ⅡA-SMEDDS was as follows:ethyl oleate-Labrasol-PEG 400=10%:45%:45%,drug loading ratio was 2.25 mg/g. The self-microemulsifying time of tanshinone ⅡA-SMEDDS in 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution was less than 1 min,the emulsion drops were spherical shape with average particle size of (84.9?2.1) nm and the average ?-potential (-24.0?1.15) mV (n=3). So tanshinone ⅡA-SMEDDS was stable. Conclusion In this paper, the tanshinone ⅡA-SMEDDS has a good self-emulsifying performance. It is expected to further stabilize the preparation of tanshinone ⅡA self-microemulsifying agents.
6.Change of heart rate turbulence in coronary artery disease patients and its predictive value
Chinese Journal of cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine 2015;24(1):1-5
Objective: To explore change of heart rate turbulence (HRT) in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) and its predictive value. Methods: A total of 58 CAD patients were regard as CAD group. The 50 normal persons with negative CAG were regard as normal control group.
All subjects received 24h dynamic ECG, CAG and echocardiography examination. Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and HRT indexes were compared between two groups. Results: Compared with normal control group, there was significant rise in turbulence onset [TO, (-1.34±1.09)% vs. (2.32±0.60)%] and significant reduction in turbulence slope [TS, (11.14±2.27) ms/RR vs. (3.44±0.60)ms/RR] in CAD group, P<0.01 both; in CAD group, along with coronary artery lesion aggravated (single-, double-, multi-vessel coronary disease), there was significant rise in TO [(1.35±0.52)% vs. (2.56±0.83)% vs. (3.01±1.62)%] and significant reduction in TS [(6.49±1.79) ms/RR vs. (3.33±1.02) ms/RR vs. (1.66±0.30) ms/RR], the difference was significant in two-two comparison among all groups, P<0.05 or <0.01; compared with CAD without cardiac event group, there was significant rise in TO [(1.68±0.61)% vs. (2.24±0.24)%], and significant reduction in TS [(5.87±1.22) ms/RR vs. (1.65±0.23) ms/RR] and LVEF[(66.18±2.64)% vs. (56.36±3.34)%] in CAD with cardiac event group, P<0.01 all. Conclusion: Weakened HRT phenomenon exists in CAD patients. HRT can be treated as an index evaluating severity of CAD patients’ condition and an effective predicting index for recurrent cardiac events in CAD patients.
7.Recent advances in microglia activation and intervention mechanism in diabetic retinopathy
Recent Advances in Ophthalmology 2017;37(9):890-893
Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is one of the most significant microvascular complications of diabetes, and its incidence increases with the prolongation of DM;meanwhile,it can lead to severe vision loss.Recently, the pathogenesis of DR has been one of the focuses both at home and abroad, but the basic mechanisms are not fully elucidated.More and more scholars believe that DR may be a chronic and low degree of inflammatory response. Moreover,it is well established that microglia is a monocyte-macrophage,with antigen-presenting function.Especially in the retina,as microglia is activated, followed by the release of a large number of inflammatory factors, microglia involves in DR inflammatory response.Understanding the activation mechanism of microglia can provide a new perspective for the prevention and treatment of DR.Therefore, recent advances in activation of microglia in diabetic retinopathy and its intervention mechanism will be reviewed in the article.

Journal of International Oncology 2017;44(7):519-521
The similar mechanism of human cancer and aging means that cancer is the natural result of aging.Mitochondrial replacement, genome editing, telomere synthesis and immune editing can induce cancer cell senescence and resist human aging, which may breach a limit to human lifespan.
9.Research and Realization of ECG Data Lossless Compression Based on MCU
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(02):-
Objective To develop a lossless compression algorithm applied on the MCU.Methods Direct difference data compression and 2-4-8 three-word-length coding data compression based on the first order difference were developed.Statistics on the results of the first order difference of ECG data in the MIT_BIH ECG database resulted in an optimal three-word-length code table. Results Direct difference data compression ratio was lower than 2,and three-word-length data compression ratio was around 3.Conclusion There are both advantages and disadvantages in two types of lossless data compression, but three-word-length data compression is superior to direct difference data compression.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2008,29(2):24-27]
10.Genetic diagnosis of 6 patients with fibrous dysplasia of bone
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2017;33(6):502-505
To explore the detection of GNAS1 gene mutation from peripheral blood and non-involved bone marrow in patients with fibrous dysplasia of bone(FD). Both peripheral blood and non-involved bone marrow collected from six FD patients were used for genetic diagnosis by next generation sequencing and direct sequencing respectively. Two patients were found to have common gene mutation(positive) by next generation sequencing, accounting for 33.3% of total six people: p.R201H(CGT>CAT) was detected in both peripheral blood and bone marrow of patient No.3, and p.R201C(CGT>TGT) was detected in both tissues of patient No.6. While direct sequencing only found p.R201H(CGT>CAT) mutation in peripheral blood and bone marrow of patient No.3. Detection of GNAS1 gene mutation may contribute to the diagnosis of FD. Hot spot mutations of GNAS1 are present in peripheral blood and non-involved bone marrow samples from some Chinese FD patients, but the diagnostic value and sensitivity of GNAS1 gene mutation in non-involved tissues of FD patients is low by next generation sequencing or direct sequencing.
