China Pharmacy 2005;0(13):-
OBJECTIVE:To provide references for the accountability of civil liability induced by different causes.METHODS:Literature retrieval and case study were applied to analyze the civil liability of pharmaceutical manufacturers and medical institution in medication misadventures.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:At present it is difficult for patients who suffered from medication misadventures caused by drug quality defects, drug adverse reaction or medication errors to claim. The main reasons are imperfect relevant law system and the vacancy of compensation mechanism of drug-induced injury events. It is suggested to establish technology institution for evaluating medication misadventures, state relief and compensation system and encourage pharmaceutical manufacturers to buy products liability insurance.
4.Update on the treatment of childhood-onset systemic lupus erythematosus
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2021;36(10):797-800
Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a serious multisystem autoimmune disease with different clinical manifestations.Childhood-onset SLE (cSLE) is similar to adult-onset SLE, while its morbidity and mortality are higher than adults, and it is prone to damage important organs. Therefore, early diagnosis and treatment are very important. With the in-depth exploration of the pathogenesis and the development of cell and molecular biology, the progress of drug therapy for SLE has been promoted.Immunosuppression still remains the cornerstone of treatment, and glucocorticoids still plays a leading role.Biologics bring the gospel to SLE patients, and non-specific immunotherapy gains treatment time for refractory and severe SLE patients.Treatment options are led by the level of disease severity. It is of great significance to understand the treatment progress of cSLE and combine theory with practice together to control the disease activity and improve the prognosis. This article reviews recent advances regarding the update on the treatment of cSLE in recent years.

The addition of HER2-targeted therapy has markedly improved the survival and prognosis of patients with advanced gastric cancer. Inhibiting the HER2 signaling pathway has become the backbone treatment for advanced HER2-positive gastric cancer in the first-line setting. TOGA trial established trastuzumab in combination with cisplatin and 5-flurouracil as the standard first-line treat-ment. In the post-TOGA era, combinations of trastuzumab with other chemotherapy agents were proven to be effective as both the second-line treatment and the conversion treatment. Such combinations are promising in the neoadjuvant treatment for locally ad-vanced gastric cancer. Research focuses on the development of novel anti-HER2 agents in combination with agents targeting against other signal pathways. Real-time monitoring of the gene expression profile is the key to discovering the mechanism of trastuzumab re-sistance. The preliminary results of existing clinical trials have shown potential to overcome resistance to trastuzumab. In this review, we summarized the treatment advancement for HER2 positive gastric cancer and the direction for future development, thereby provid-ing guidance on clinical practice.

Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2016;21(2):111-114
The etiology and pathogenesis of Crohn’s disease(CD)are not fully clear, and genetic susceptibility, immunologic disorder, intestinal barrier dysfunction and intestinal microecology are considered to be involved in the pathogenic mechanism of CD. In recent years, the relationship between intestinal microecology and CD has received much attention. Several studies confirmed that the intestinal microecology in CD patients was different from that in normal person. The change of intestinal microecology was correlated with the occurrence of CD,and modulation of intestinal flora was effective in the treatment of CD. This article reviewed the relationship between intestinal microecology and CD and the therapeutic prospect of intestinal microecology for the treatment of CD.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2001;0(08):-
To explore the state of domestic academic research on hospital administration, the authors, using the descriptive statistical method, investigated the literature on hospital administration included by CBMdisc from 1980 to 1998. The results are as follows. In the past 19 years, the output of literature on hospital administration has been growing steadily. The distribution of such literature has been rather dispersed. There lacks a specialized and ampre- hensive database of such literature. Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration and Chinese Hospital Administration are two major professional periodicals devoted to literature on hospital administration, publishing one fifth of the literature in this aspect. And Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration, the chief and most important key periodical devoted to literature on hospital administration, has become a professional periodical which is indispensable and of first choice to hospital administration personnel. Objective:To analyze the clinical features, treatment efficacy and prognosis of cavernous lymphangioma. Methods:The clinical manifestations, laboratory findings, imaging examinations and treatment of 8 patients with pathology-diagnosed cavernous lymphangioma admitted in Peking Union Medical College Hospital from January 1990 to July 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. Results:All the patients were female. The onset age ranged from 0 to 58 years, with a course of 24 (5,78) months. There were 2 cases of abdominal mass, 2 cases of axillary mass, 1 case of neck mass, 1 case of inguinal mass, 1 case of mandibular mass and 1 case of pleural and peritoneal effusion. Seven cases had adult onset and 1 case had congenital onset. Two patients had had history of surgery adjacent to lesion sites. Contrast-enhanced CT scan showed a low-density round mass with no significant enhancement in 5 patients. Seven patients underwent complete resection of the mass, 1 patient received partial resection and intervention with medium-chain fatty-acid diet. During the follow-up, 4 patients were stable after 3.5 (1.3-17.8) years, while 2 patients relapsed 1 and 13 year after surgery, respectively. Additionally, one patient was diagnosed with Bowen disease. Conclusion:Cavernous lymphangioma can be congenital or acquired and usually occurs in female. The body mass is the common clinical manifestation; and surgery is the most common treatment, but it is prone to relapse and requires long-term follow-up.
