1.Anti-tumor and Immunologic Enhancement Effects of Xiangling Capsule
China Pharmacy 2007;0(33):-
OBJECTIVE: To explore the anti-tumor and immunologic enhancement effects of Xiangling capsule.METHODS: The tumor-inhibition experiment was conducted in vivo in accordance with the screening criteria of anti-tumor drugs.Mice were treated with cyclophosphamide to induce hypoimmunity model. The effect of Xiangling capsule on mice was tested by determining leukocyte count, thymus index, spleen index, and the activity of NK cells.RESULTS: Xiangling capsules at different concentration showed inhibition on the growth of mice-transplanted tumor S180,H22 hepatomas and Lewis lung carcinoma with inhibition rates of 44.8%,52.2 %,and 43.3%,respectively(P
2.Application of Drug Utilization Research in the Implementation of Essential Medicine System
China Pharmacy 1991;0(04):-
OBJECTIVE:To promote the implementation of essential medicine system by combining drug utilization research with national essential medicine system. METHODS:The importance of information monitoring in the implementation of essential medicine system was analyzed and the application of drug utilization research in the implementation of essential medicine system was also discussed. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:It is suggested that the indicators for example DDDs are used in the monitoring of clinical drug utilization, and conditions also should be created to carry out further research of drug utilization so as to promote the implementation of essential medicine system in China.
3.Study of HGF/c-Met in gynaecology and obstetrics diseases
Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 1999;0(04):-
Hepatocyte growth factor participates in many gynecologic and obstetric diseases such as gynecological tumor, endometriosis and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy by combination with its receptor c-Met.This article reviews the expression and mechanism of HGF in these diseases.

Microbiology 1992;0(02):-
At the beginning of the 1980s, a concept of viable but non-culturable(VBNC) was suggested. VBNC is a survival strategy adopted by microorganisms when they are exposed to environmental stress. This article try to make a summary of research of the conditions of VBNC formation, recovery of culturability and methods of VBNC cells detection. In addition, introduces the first growth factor of microorganisms-Rpf.

BACKGROUND:Patellar tendinopathy is tiny damage at tendon insertion.Changes in the strength balance between medial vastus muscle(VM)and musculus vastus lateralis(VL)in the quadriceps may lead to patellar abnormal motion, even have an impact on the tendon insertion.OBJECTIVE:To compare and analyze knee mechanical charactedstics and surface electromyography of the quaddceps in athletes with patellar tendinopathy.in order to provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of patellar tendinopathy.DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:Self-control experiment was performed in Central Laboratory of Physical Education College of Soochow University from June to July 2009.METHODS:A total of 10 athletes with patellar tendinopathy aged(21.44±1.51)yeam were selected as patellar tendinopathy group and 10 normal athletes aged(21.37±1.36)years were selected as normal control.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:①Knee flexor and extensor muscles peak torque in concentric and eccentric isokinetic exercise between two groups.②Comparison of quadnceps integrated electromyogram(IEMG)between two groups.③Comparison of VM/VL in different kinds of exercises between groups.RESULTS:The ratio of flexor and extensor peak torques of the patellar tendinopathy group was significantly greater than the normal group in concentric and eccentric isokinetic exercises(P<0.05 or 0.01).VM IEMG of the patellar tendinopathy was significantly less than normal group(P<0.05 or 0.01),but no difference was found in VL and rectus femoris IEMG between two groups.During the period of isometric exercise and isokinetic exercise, the ratios of VM/VL of the patellar tendinopathy group were remarkably lower than the normal group (P<0.05 or 0.01).CONCLUSION:There are significant differences between flexor and extensor torques in patellar tendinopathy athletes.VM is under-activity and there is an imbalance between VM and VL.
9.Clinical value of nerve stimulator-versus ultrasound-guided continuous femoral nerve block for analgesia after laparoscopic surgery
Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 2014;34(10):1204-1206
Objective To compare the clinical value of nerve stimulator-versus ultrasound-guided continuous femoral nerve block for analgesia after laparoscopic surgery. Methods Forty patients, aged 18-60 yr,with body mass index of 18-30 kg/m2,of ASA physical status Ⅰ or Ⅱ,scheduled for elective laparoscopic surgery, were randomly assigned into 2 groups (n =20 each) using a random number table:nerve stimulator group (group S) and ultrasound group (group U).Epidural anesthesia was performed with 1.73 % carbonated lidocaine in both groups.0.2% ropivacaine 5 ml/h was infused continuously after surgery to perform femoral nerve block for analgesia.VAS score at rest was assessed at 2,6,24 and 48 h after surgery. At 24 and 48 h after surgery,VAS scores during active and passive movement were assessed. The time for catheter placement near the femoral nerve and development of subcutaneous hematoma at the puncture site, local anesthetic intoxication and nausea and vomiting were recorded. The postoperative requirement for analgesics was also recorded. Results There was no significant difference in the VAS scores and puncture for femoral nerve block-and local anesthetics-related adverse events between the two groups. The time for catheter placement near the femoral nerve was 8.0 ± 1.4 and (6.7 ± 0.9) min in S and U groups, respectively, and the time was significantly longer in group S than in group U.No patients required rescue analgesic after surgery in both groups. Conclusion Nerve stimulator-guided continuous femoral nerve block provides higher clinical value than ultrasound-guided continuous femoral nerve block for analgesia after laparoscopic surgery and it is more suitable for clinical application.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(01):-
Objective To explore the effect of fetal thymus transplantation on enhancing the immunity of patients with late-stage malignant tumors. Methods The whole thymus of 24~32 weeks fetus was transplanted into the forearm of the patients with late-stage milignant tumors by microvascular surgery. The levels of serum IgA,IgG and IgM were measured before and at the third, 6th and 12th months after operation. No immunosuppressive regimen was performed in all the patients after operation. The follow-up period was 1 to 2 years. Results The clinical symptoms of all the patients improved after treatment, and no rejection reaction occurred. The levels of serum IgA,IgG and IgM significantly increased 3,6 and 12 months after treatment(t≥4.23,P
