1.Anti-tumor and Immunologic Enhancement Effects of Xiangling Capsule
China Pharmacy 2007;0(33):-
OBJECTIVE: To explore the anti-tumor and immunologic enhancement effects of Xiangling capsule.METHODS: The tumor-inhibition experiment was conducted in vivo in accordance with the screening criteria of anti-tumor drugs.Mice were treated with cyclophosphamide to induce hypoimmunity model. The effect of Xiangling capsule on mice was tested by determining leukocyte count, thymus index, spleen index, and the activity of NK cells.RESULTS: Xiangling capsules at different concentration showed inhibition on the growth of mice-transplanted tumor S180,H22 hepatomas and Lewis lung carcinoma with inhibition rates of 44.8%,52.2 %,and 43.3%,respectively(P
2.Application of Drug Utilization Research in the Implementation of Essential Medicine System
China Pharmacy 1991;0(04):-
OBJECTIVE:To promote the implementation of essential medicine system by combining drug utilization research with national essential medicine system. METHODS:The importance of information monitoring in the implementation of essential medicine system was analyzed and the application of drug utilization research in the implementation of essential medicine system was also discussed. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:It is suggested that the indicators for example DDDs are used in the monitoring of clinical drug utilization, and conditions also should be created to carry out further research of drug utilization so as to promote the implementation of essential medicine system in China.
3.Study of HGF/c-Met in gynaecology and obstetrics diseases
Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 1999;0(04):-
Hepatocyte growth factor participates in many gynecologic and obstetric diseases such as gynecological tumor, endometriosis and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy by combination with its receptor c-Met.This article reviews the expression and mechanism of HGF in these diseases.

Microbiology 1992;0(02):-
At the beginning of the 1980s, a concept of viable but non-culturable(VBNC) was suggested. VBNC is a survival strategy adopted by microorganisms when they are exposed to environmental stress. This article try to make a summary of research of the conditions of VBNC formation, recovery of culturability and methods of VBNC cells detection. In addition, introduces the first growth factor of microorganisms-Rpf.

8.Clinical value of nerve stimulator-versus ultrasound-guided continuous femoral nerve block for analgesia after laparoscopic surgery
Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 2014;34(10):1204-1206
Objective To compare the clinical value of nerve stimulator-versus ultrasound-guided continuous femoral nerve block for analgesia after laparoscopic surgery. Methods Forty patients, aged 18-60 yr,with body mass index of 18-30 kg/m2,of ASA physical status Ⅰ or Ⅱ,scheduled for elective laparoscopic surgery, were randomly assigned into 2 groups (n =20 each) using a random number table:nerve stimulator group (group S) and ultrasound group (group U).Epidural anesthesia was performed with 1.73 % carbonated lidocaine in both groups.0.2% ropivacaine 5 ml/h was infused continuously after surgery to perform femoral nerve block for analgesia.VAS score at rest was assessed at 2,6,24 and 48 h after surgery. At 24 and 48 h after surgery,VAS scores during active and passive movement were assessed. The time for catheter placement near the femoral nerve and development of subcutaneous hematoma at the puncture site, local anesthetic intoxication and nausea and vomiting were recorded. The postoperative requirement for analgesics was also recorded. Results There was no significant difference in the VAS scores and puncture for femoral nerve block-and local anesthetics-related adverse events between the two groups. The time for catheter placement near the femoral nerve was 8.0 ± 1.4 and (6.7 ± 0.9) min in S and U groups, respectively, and the time was significantly longer in group S than in group U.No patients required rescue analgesic after surgery in both groups. Conclusion Nerve stimulator-guided continuous femoral nerve block provides higher clinical value than ultrasound-guided continuous femoral nerve block for analgesia after laparoscopic surgery and it is more suitable for clinical application.

Objective To observe the effect of sequential selection catheter combined with anisodamine in neurology catheterization patients about urine leakage to seek a new care pathway. Methods 240 cases of hospitalized neurology patients with indwelling catheter for a long time were randomized. The control group received conventional fixed-size catheter.According to the individual patient situation, the observed patients choose smallest model applicable Foley catheter when the initial catheterization, and increase the model sequential in turn periodic replacement of the catheter. The patients with leakage of urine were given anisodamine 10mg intramuscular injection, observe urine leakage rate of patients. Results The urine leakage rate was 6.67% in the observation group which was significantly lower than 20.83% in the control group(x2 =10.15,P < 0.05),the intramuscular anisodamine efficient was 32/33 (96.97%).Conclusion Sequential selection catheter can significantly reduce the occurrence of urinary leakage, for patients with leakage of urine, anisodamine intramuscular injection can effectively control the leakage of urine, thereby greatly reducing the patient's pain.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(22):-
Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of measuring IL-13 in serum and dynamics of pulmonary function in infants with bronchiolitis. Methods A total of 50 infants with bronchiolitis(30 in acute phase,20 in recovery phase) and 20 infants in healthy controls were recruited into this study.IL-13 level in serum were detected with Sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),at the same time the object′s respiratory function were tested, then the above indexes were compared. Results The level of serum IL-13 in recovery phase of bronchiolitis was significantly lower than that in acute phase of bronchiolitis and those of both 2 groups were significantly higher than that in control group(all P0.05).Conclusions IL-13 plays a role in pathogenesis in infants with bronchiolitis. The reduction of level of IL-13 will contribute to recovery of infants with bronchiolitis.During the acute phase of bronchiolitis higher resistance can be seen.
