1.Effect of Gui-Zhi Fu-Ling Wan on HIF-1α and VEGF in Patients with Endometriosis
World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2014;(5):1178-1181
This study was aimed to explore effect of Gui-Zhi Fu-Ling W an (GZFLW) on HIF-1α and vascular en-dothelial growth factor (VEGF) in patients with endometriosis. A total of 68 endometriosis patients in the First Peo-ple's Hospital of Xining from June 2011 to June 2013 were included. All patients received treatment of GZFLW, once a day. After one-month treatment, the treatment efficacy was analyzed. The endometrial tissues (both ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium) were obtained before and after treatment. The protein levels of HIF-1α and VEGF as well as the relationship of HIF-1α and VEGF were analyzed by SP immunohistochemistry. The results showed that the total treatment efficacy was 86.76%. Compared with pretreatment, the posttreatment protein levels of HIF-1α and VEGF were significantly reduced (P< 0.05). The decreasing of VEGF protein level and HIF-1α expres-sion level were positively correlated (P< 0.05). It was concluded that GZFLW had better efficacy in the treatment of endometriosis. One of the reasons may be the downregulation of protein levels of HIF-1α and VEGF in endometriosis tissues.

Based on JCI standard, conduct nursing practice area activities themed as the Warmness,Safe and Painless in the emergency department and outpatient department, deepen the connotation of nursing service.Use PDCA to achieve improvement simultaneously. In all these ways,we improved nursing quality, decreased sentinel event and increased satisfactory rate of the patients, enhance the nursing staff 's overall image, promote harmonious relations between nurses and patients.
5.Development and Quality Evaluation of Evidence-based Clinical Practice Guidelines of Chinese Medicine.
Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine 2016;36(1):11-15
More attentions have been paid to the development of evidence-based clinical practice guidelines (ECPGs) of Chinese medicine (CM). International guideline evaluation instruments such as Appraisal of Guidelines for Research and Evaluation (AGREE I) has been gradually applied in ECPGs quality evaluation of CM. Nowadays, there are some certain methodological defects in partial ECPGs of Chinese medicine, with relatively low applicability and slowly update. It is suggested to establish technical specifications of CM-ECPGs in accordance with the characteristics of CM and international general specification, strengthen the quality evaluation of CM-ECPGs, attach great importance to the regularly update as well as popularization and application of CM-ECPGs.

International Eye Science 2007;7(6):1517-1519
·AIM: To investigate a surgical method of modified lensectomy within combined lensectomy and vitrectomy surgery in traumatic eyes.·METHODS: Clinical records were studied retrospectively for a series of consecutive 27 traumatic patients who were performed vitrectomy combined with lensectomy surgery. A modified lensectomy through pars plana incision of sclera was performed to these cases and lens capsule was reserved. It was then combined with vitreous and retinal operations.·RESULTS: All lens were removed completely with lens capsule remained. All cases achieved improved visual acuity.Intraocular pressure (IOP) in all eyes was in normal range after surgery.·CONCLUSION: The modified lensectomy is a safe and effective surgery manner which has few complications and is more suitable for traumatic eyes in the combined lensectomy and vitrectomy surgery.KEYWORDS:ocular trauma; lensectomy; vitrectomy

Objective To evaluate the effects of anisodamine on apoptosis in cardiomyocytes and inflammatory response in overtrained rats. Methods Twenty-four male Wistar rats, weighing 200-220 g, were randomly divided into 3 groups ( n = 8 each) : control group (group C) , overtraining group (group O) , anisodamine group (group A) . The model of overtraining-induced acute heart injury was established by exhausting swimming. Anisodamine 10 mg/kg was given intraperitoneally 20 min before overtraining in group A. Blood samples were taken at 6 h after overtraining for measurement of serum CK-MB activity. The rats were then sacrificed and myocardial tissues taken for determination of TNF-α content and NF-κB activity (by immunohistochemistry) . The apoptosis rate was detected by flow cytometry. Results The CK-MB activity, apoptosis rate, TNF-α content and NF-κB activity were significantly higher at 6 h after overtraining in groups O and A than in group C, while lower at 6 h after overtraining in group A than in group O ( P < 0.05) . Conclusion Anisodamine can inhibit apoptosis in cardiomyocytes by reducing inflammatory response in overtrained rats.

Objective To establish a suitable index system for typhoon disaster relief training of nurses. Methods Based on literature review and semi-structure expert interview,an index system frame work of typhoon disaster relief training of nurses was developed.Indexes were determined by adopting Delphi method and inquiring 21 experts with questionnaire. The weight of every index had been set up.Results The index system for typhoon disaster relief training of nurses was composed of 6 flintlevel indicators,28 second-level indicators and 37 third-level indicators. Conclusions The index system for typhoon disaster relief training of nurses is reliable and valid, which can provide objective and quantitative standards for the employment, training and evaluation of emergency specialized nurses.

Objective To evaluate the role of P2X3 receptors in dorsal root ganglion in development of incisional pain in rats. Methods Twenty-four healthy male SD rats weighing 200-220 g were randomly divided into 3 groups(n = 8 each): control group(group C),incisional pain(group IP)and P2X3 receptor antagonist + IP group(group A).In group IP and A,a 1 cm longitudinal incision was made in the plantar surface of left hindpaw according to the method described by Brennan et al.in isoflurane-anesthetized rats.P2X3 receptor antagonist TNP-ATP 200 nmol was injected into the plantar surface of left hindpaw 30 min after plantar incision was made in group A,while equal volume of normal saline was given instead of TNP-ATP in group C and IP.The behavior of the hindpaw of the rats were assessed using cumulative pain score within 1 h after injection. The animals were sacri ficed 2 h after injection and the dorsal root ganglion was removed for determination of P2X3 receptor expression and intracellular Ca2+ concentrations.ResultsThe cumulative pain scores,P2X3 receptor expression and Ca2 + concentrations were significantly higher in group IP and A than in group C(P < 0.05).The cumulative pain scores,P2X3 receptor expression and Ca2+ concentrations were significantly lower in group A than in group IP(P <0.05).Conclusion P2X3 receptors in dorsal root ganglion is involved in the development of incisional pain through increasing intracellular Ca2+ concentrations in rats.
