1.Research on status and application prospects of sonodynamic therapy with intermediate frequency low-intensity ultrasound used to treat endometrial disease
China Medical Equipment 2015;(11):75-77
Sonodynamic therapy in many treatment methods of tumors, is a relatively new approach. Sonodynamic therapy as a treatment method is developed on the basis of photodynamic therapy. Compared to the lightwave, the ability to penetrate mammalian tissue of ultrasound is stronger. So sonodynamic therapy is a more promising therapeutic area. Many scholars have explored the clinical applications of sonodynamic therapy, and progress has been made in many areas. Because the female genitalia is connected the outside of body, it is more conducive that Sonodynamic therapy play a partial role. Sonodynamic therapy has some progress in the application of gynecology, and we hope it would have more progress in the treatment of endometrial disease.

Chinese Journal of Burns 2015;31(2):157-159
Formation of dermal collagen fiber is a complicated and sequential process with the progressive assembly of collagen. Collagen monomers form stepped and orderly protofibrils through longitudinal displacement. Subsequently, protofibrils or protofibrils and collagen are bonded by covalent bonds to form orderly lamellar structure of collagen fibers. Then collagen fibers are tightly wound into coarse collagen fiber bundles by covalent crosslinking. Decorin is a multifunctional small leucine-rich proteoglycan. It can prevent the aggregation of protofibrils by binding to the specific site of collagen with its core protein, and adjusting the spacing between the protofibrils with its glycosaminoglycan chain. Thus, by effecting the formation of collagen fibers with regulation of collagen assembly, decorin may help prevent scar formation and even promote regeneration.

West China Journal of Stomatology 2014;32(2):153-156
OBJECTIVEThis study aimed to investigate the duration of gingival healing after the stage II surgery of dental implantation for periodontitis patients and to provide clinical guidelines for implant restoration.
METHODSTwenty-nine periodontitis patients who had implantation surgery and achieved osseointegration were operated with stage II surgery (a total of 60 pieces of implants). The height of buccal gingival of each implant was measured twice after the stage II surgery. All implants were measured at the lowest point ofbuccal gingival after one week. The implants were randomly divided into four groups according to the schedule of the next test time: group one at one week from the initial test point, group two at two weeks, group three at three weeks, and group four at four weeks. Each group includes 15 pieces of implants. The amount of the buccal gingival change in each group between the second and first tests was determined, and the data were analyzed statistically.
RESULTSThe amount of gingival change of groups one, two, three, and four was (-0.25 +/- 0.66), (-0.04 +/- 0.52), (-0.70 +/- 0.77), and (-0.74 +/- 1.09) mm, respectively. No significant difference was observed between groups one and two in terms of the amount of gingival changes (P > 0.05). However, a significant difference was found between groups two and three (P < 0.05), and the amount of gingival recession was 0.66 mm. No significant difference was found between groups three and four (P > 0.05), and the gingival achieved stability.
CONCLUSIONThe gingival recession achieves stability at the fourth week (after 28 d) after stage II surgery. At this time, the implant can be restored, and the abutment can be selected according to the amount of gingival change of the periodontitis patient.

Chinese Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology 2001;36(1):18-19
Objective To observe the changes of serum soluble interleukin-6 receptor (sIL-6R) and soluble gp130 (sgp130) in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to determine serum sIL-6R and sgp130 levels in 40 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension (study group), 20 normal non-pregnant women (control group I) and 20 normal pregnant women (control group II). Results In study group, sIL-6R was (196.7±12.9) μg/L and sgp130 was (379.4±79.3) μg/L. In control group I, sIL-6R was (174.8±46.2) μg/L and sgp130 was (273.6±28.3) μg/L. In control group II, sIL-6R was (174.4±48.3) μg/L and sgp130 was (254.4±34.7) μg/L. SIL-6R and sgp 130 were higher in study group than those in control groups with significant difference (P<0.01). In study group, the more severe the patients, the higher the sIL-6R and sgp130 levels. There was significant difference (P<0.01). There was no difference in sIL-6R and sgp130 levels between control groups (P>0.05). Conclusions Serum sIL-6R and sgp130 levels are related to the development of pregnancy induced hypertension.

7.Cloning and prokaryotic expression of a novel binding protein 1 of HBeAg
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(11):-
Objective To clone the human gene of Hepatitis B virus e antigen binding protein 1 (HBEBP1), which was screened with yeast two-hybrid system and bioinformatics techniques, to construct prokaryotic expression vector of pET-32a(+)-HBEBP1, and to induce the expression of recombinant protein in E. coli BL21. Methods The DNA fragment of HBEBP1 of about 372bp was amplified by reverse transcription PCR (RT-PCR), in which the mRNA was taken from HepG2 cells as the template, and cloned into pGEM-T vector. After restriction enzyme digestion identification and sequencing, the correct target DNA fragment was inserted into inducible prokaryotic expression vector pET-32a(+) and then transformed into competent E. coli BL21. By restriction enzyme digestion and PCR, the positive transformed clones were identified and induced with IPTG to obtain fusion protein. The HBEBP1 fusion protein was analyzed by Western blotting hybridization. Results The 372bp DNA fragment of HBEBP1 was amplified by RT-PCR. The recombinant expression vector pET-32a(+)-HBEBP1 was constructed successfully. After transformation with pET-32a(+)-HBEBP1 and induction with IPTG, the recombinant target protein of about 33kD was obtained, which was consistent with our anticipation. Western blotting assay showed that the protein had good specificity. Conclusions The recombinant prokaryotic expression vector pET-32a(+)-HBEBP1 is constructed, and the HBEBP1 gene is cloned successfully. The HBEBP1 fusion protein could be expressed in prokaryotic expression system of E. coli. These results lays a foundative for studying the immunogenicity and the biological characteristics of the HBEBP1 protein.
