1.Discussion on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and treatment mechanism about early hypertension in Macao
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(10):-
On the basis of analyzing traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) pathogenesis character of early hypertension in Macao,to induce the main pathological mechanism of early hypertension is stagnation of phlegm and blood, excess of liver yang.Activiting qi,blood and regulating vessel are general principles of treatment.Dissipating phlegm and promoting blood circulation, repressing hyperactive liver yang and nourishing tendon interrupt early pathological change, moreover,it embodies the TCM theory of ‘early treatmrnt to prevent deterioration’.

Objective:To explore the e ects of clinical treatment and protection on endothelial function of early essential hypertension patients treated with YiNianJiangYa(YNJY) soup in southern Guangdong area.Methods:79 early essential hypertension cases with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome of phlegm stasis blocking collaterals, excess of liver yang were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, treated with YNJY soup and TianMaGouTeng(TMGT) soup respectively for two courses of treatment.Di erences of clinical treatment e ect, blood pressure and pulse pressure after treatment,as well as plasma endothelin-1(ET-1) and von Willebrand factor(vWF) between the two groups were measured. Results:The clinical total e ective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P 0.05).Conclusion:YNJY soup can signi cantly improve clinical treatment e ect of the early essential hypertension patients, has good e ect of decreasing blood pressure and no obvious side e ects.It has many e ects that reduces PP and the levels of plasma ET-1,vWF,may be related to protection of endothelial function, thereby improve the artery exibility.

【Objective】To observe the effect of ligustrazine(Lig) on cell apoptosis and expression of bcl-2 and p53 in rats hippocampal neurons after anoxia, and to explore its protective mechanism.【Methods】Primary culture technique of rat hippocampal neurons was used to establish the model of anoxia. At the 14th day of the culturing, the cultured cells were divided into model group, and high-,middle-and low-dosage ligustrazine (800,200 and 50 ?g/mL respectively) groups, which were exposed to anoxia environment for continuous 1.5 hours.Flow cytometer was used for the quantitative analysis of apoptosis rate of neurons, and in-situ hybridization was used to detect the bcl-2 and p53 mRNA expression of hippocampal neurons.【Results】In middle-dosage ligustrazine group after exposure to anoxia environment for 1.5 hours, the apoptosis rate and the bcl-2 and p53 mRNA expression of hippocampal neurons differed from those in other groups(P

Objective To study the expression of RhoA and C-myc in gastric carcinoma , and to discuss the action in infiltration and metastasis of gastric carcinoma as well as their dependability. Methods RhoA protein expression and C-myc protein expression were detected by immunohistochemical method in 46 cases of gastric carcinoma and 20 cases of normal tissues..RhoA protein expression was compared with clinical pathologic parameters as related to C-myc. Results The positive rate of RhoA,C-myc were significantly higher in gastric carcinoma than in normal tissue (P < 0.05). The expression of RhoA and C-myc were associated with the loss of tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis and deep invasion (P<0.05). There was a significant correlation between RhoA and C-myc (r=0.62, P<0.05). Conclusions The data suggests that the expression level of RhoA protein was closely related to biological behavior of gastric carcinoma. RhoA and C-myc were possibly both correlated with the infiltration and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.
