Objective:To investigate the mechanism of overexpression of miR-320e in inhibiting inflammatory response of re-spiratory syncytial virus(RSV)infected bronchial epithelial cells. Methods:Human bronchial epithelial cells 16HBE were cultured in vitro and infected with RSV,and cells were divided into Con group,RSV group,RSV+miR-NC group,RSV+miR-320e group,RSV+miR-320e+vector group,RSV+miR-320e+TLR4 group.RT-qPCR was used to detect expression levels of miR-320e and TLR4 mRNA;MTT to detect cell proliferation changes;flow cytometry to detect cell apoptosis;Western blot was used to detect Bcl-2,Bax,TLR4,IκBα,p-IκBα,NF-κB and p-NF-κB protein expressions;ELISA to detect TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1β and IFN-α,IFN-β expres-sions;dual luciferase experiment to verify the tageting relationship between miR-320e and TLR4.Results:Compared with Con group,miR-320e expression level, survival rate,Bcl-2 and IκBα protein expressions were significantly reduced, apoptosis rate,Bax protein expression,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1β and IFN-α,IFN-β expressions,TLR4 mRNA and protein expression, and p-IκBα protein expres-sion and p-NF-κB/NF-κB were increased significantly in RSV group.Compared with RSV+miR-NC group,miR-320e expression level, survival rate,IFN-α,IFN-β expressions,Bcl-2 and IκBα protein expressions were significantly increased, apoptosis rate,Bax pro-tein expression,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1β expressions,TLR4 mRNA and protein expression, and p-IκBα protein expression and p-NF-κB/NF-κB in RSV+miR-320e group were significantly reduced.miR-320e targets and negatively regulates the expression of TLR4.Up-regulation of TLR4 can partially restore the effect of overexpression of miR-320e on apoptosis and inflammatory response of RSV-infected bronchial epithelial cells 16HBE.Conclusion:miR-320e inhibits 16HBE apoptosis and inflammation in RSV-infected bronchial epi-thelial cells by targeting and negatively regulating TLR4 expression.

Objective:
To investigate the frequency of KRAS mutation in mucinous epithelial lesions of the endometrium, and analyze the correlation between KRAS mutation and the clinicopathologic features.
Methods:
The cohort included forty-three cases of mucinous epithelial lesions of the endometrium selected from July 2015 to October 2017 from Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, and 22 control cases. Genomic DNA was extracted from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Polymerase chain reaction amplification for KRAS exons 2 and 3 was performed, followed by sequencing using capillary electrophoresis. The Fisher exact test was used to compare the prevalence of KRAS mutation among the different groups.
Results:
The patients′age ranged from 33 to 77 years [mean (55.12±9.34) years, median 55 years]. None of the eight cases of endometrial hyperplasia with mucinous differentiation without atypia showed KRAS mutation. The frequency of KRAS mutations was 1/10 in endometrial atypical hyperplasia, 1/12 in endometrioid carcinoma, 4/11 in endometrial atypical hyperplasia with mucinous differentiation (EAHMD), 6/15 in endometrioid carcinoma with mucinous differentiation (ECMD) and 8/9 in mucinous carcinoma (MC), respectively. The differences were statistically significant between MC versus EC (

The panoramic perception of medical equipment operation and maintenance status is the basic guarantee for the implementation of smart medical care, the machine learning algorithm-based autonomous perception and active early warning model of medical equipment operation and maintenance status is proposed. Introduce deep learning multi-dimensional perception of medical equipment multi-source heterogeneous fault data training sample characteristics to realize autonomous perception of medical equipment operation and maintenance status, introduce reinforcement learning to realize autonomous decision-making of test sample fault characteristics, and build the active early warning mechanism for medical equipment faults. Taking the equipment department of hospital as the carrier of model effectiveness verification, the effectiveness simulation of the model was carried out, the results show that the model has the advantages of comprehensive fault information perception, strong compatibility of medical equipment, high efficiency of active early warning.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2019;21(11):1648-1652
Objective:
To evaluate the clinical value of 99Tcm- sestamibi (MIBI) single photon emission computed tomography/computerized tomography (99Tcm-MIBI SPECT/CT) imaging in hyperparathyroidism (HPT), and to investigate the diagnostic significance of different phase tomographic imaging and compare with 99Tcm-MIBI dual phase plane imaging.
Methods:
All 54 patients underwent 99Tcm-MIBI dual-phase planar imaging, 99Tcm-MIBI SPECT/CT early tomographic fusion imaging, delayed tomographic fusion imaging. According to the clinical diagnostic criteria, the sensitivity of three imaging methods in the diagnosis of hyperparathyroidism and the lesions was analyzed.
Results:
⑴ The diagnostic sensitivity of the 99Tcm-MIBI dual-phase planar imaging was 75.9%(41/54). The diagnostic sensitivity of the 99Tcm-MIBI SPECT/CT early tomographic fusion imaging was 88.9%(48/54). The diagnostic sensitivity of 99Tcm-MIBI SPECT/CT delayed tomographic fusion imaging was 77.8%(42/54). ⑵ There were 74 lesions diagnosed by 99Tcm-MIBI dual phase planar imaging, 95 lesions diagnosed by 99Tcm-MIBI SPECT/CT early stage fusion imaging, and 78 lesions diagnosed by 99Tcm-MIBI SPECT/CT delayed fusion imaging. The detection rate of positive lesions in early stage tomography was the highest. ⑶ There were 4 cases of ectopic parathyroid lesions diagnosed by early CT fusion imaging, 3 cases by dual phase planar imaging and delayed CT fusion imaging.
Conclusions
99Tcm-MIBI SPECT/CT is an effective method to locate the focus of HPT, especially early tomographic fusion imaging combined with serum parathyroid hormone (PTH) value can improve the diagnostic efficiency.

Bone substitute material implantation has become an important treatment strategy for the repair of oral and maxillofacial bone defects. Recent studies have shown that appropriate inflammatory and immune cells are essential factors in the process of osteoinduction of bone substitute materials. Previous studies have mainly focused on innate immune cells such as macrophages. In our previous work, we found that T lymphocytes, as adaptive immune cells, are also essential in the osteoinduction procedure. As the most important antigen-presenting cell, whether dendritic cells (DCs) can recognize non-antigen biomaterials and participate in osteoinduction was still unclear. In this study, we found that surgical trauma associated with materials implantation induces necrocytosis, and this causes the release of high mobility group protein-1 (HMGB1), which is adsorbed on the surface of bone substitute materials. Subsequently, HMGB1-adsorbed materials were recognized by the TLR4-MYD88-NFκB signal axis of dendritic cells, and the inflammatory response was activated. Finally, activated DCs release regeneration-related chemokines, recruit mesenchymal stem cells, and initiate the osteoinduction process. This study sheds light on the immune-regeneration process after bone substitute materials implantation, points out a potential direction for the development of bone substitute materials, and provides guidance for the development of clinical surgical methods.
