3.Pregnancy in renal transplant recipient: A case report and review
Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2009;41(6):710-711
SUMMARY In recent years, successful pregnancies in renal transplant women have been reported worldwide. However, pregnancy in renal trasplant recipient is relatively rare in China. This paper reported a case of pregnancy 2 years post renal transplant. At the end of 28 weeks' gestation she had abnormal liver and renal function complicated with severe preeclampsia. Literatures were reviewed on considerations about pregnancy in renal transplant women. Maternal and neonatal outcomes can be improved by intensive care during pregnancy, proper immunosupression and timely termination of pregnancy.
4.Progress in chemistry and biology of dental fluorosis
Chinese Journal of Disease Control & Prevention 2008;0(04):-
It is necessary to have a research on dental fluorosis in a population to minimize the prevalence and severity of caries. It is important to research the pathogenesis of enamel fluorosis and prevention and control of dental fluorosis and caries. This article reviews the progress in chemistry and biology of dental fluorosis.
5.Effect of Compound Qinbai Granule for Wound Healing of Radioactive Dermatitis in Rats
Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1993;0(03):-
Objective To study the mechanism of the Compound Qinbai Granule (Granules composed of Scutellaria root and Phellodendron bark) in the treatment of radioactive dermatitis in rats. Methods The rat models of radioactive dermatitis were established and randomized into three groups:Compound Qinbai Granule group (experimental group),dexamethasone ointment group (traditional group),and normal saline group (control group). The wound was treated with Compound Qinbai Granule spray, dexamethasone ointment external application, and normal saline spray respectively.By immunohistochemical staining and image analysis, the growth of granulation tissue in the wound area wound healing rate, and the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in the wound tissues were determined on the second, sixth, tenth, eighteenth, and twenty-fourth day after injury. Results The average number of granulation tissue and wound healing rate in the experimental group on the sixth, tenth, eighteenth, and twenty-fourth day were all higher than those in the traditional group and control group with a significant difference (P

7.Occluder combined with covered stent-graft and steel coil for the treatment of intra-thoracic subclavain arterial aneurysm
Journal of Interventional Radiology 1994;0(04):-
Objective To evaluate the occluder combined with covered stent-graft and coils in treatment of intra-thoracic pseudo-aneurysm at the proximal segment of subclavain artery. Methods The ASD occluder was deployed at the orifice of the subclavain artery via the access of left humeral artery to seal the entrance. The stent-graft was deployed to give additional sealing of the entrance of the left subclavain artery via the access of femoral artery. Finally the coils were deployed at the outlet segment of the pseudo-aneurysm again via the left humorol artery to block the reflux. Results The orifice and the outlet of the left subclavain pseudo-aneurysm were both sealed thoroughly without endoleak, brain accident or arm ischemic symptoms. Conclusions The tri-interventional method utilizing the occluder, covered stent-graft,and the coils in the treatment of the pseudo-aneurysm at the proximal segment of the subclavain artery has the benefits of mini-invasion,thorough sealing, stable frame structure, and assures high security.
8.The early diagnosis and treatment of sleeve fractures of the patella in children
Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2002;0(02):-
Objective To study the effects of the early diagnosis and treatment of sleeve fractu re of patella in children. Methods The retrospection study was done to a nalyse the effects of the diagnosis a nd treatment of ten samples of sleeve fr acture of patella in our hospital fro m 1993to 2001.Results The diagnosis was confirmed by the characteristic s of the tension swelling of the knee, high position of the patella and a sle eve fractured fragment in the patella.T he operations were the main initial t reatment to regain the proper reduction. After 4weeksfixation the patients did knee exerc ises. And the curative effects were q uite good. Conclusion The sleeve fracture of the patella in children is easy to be misdiagnosed o r missed because of the cartilage. So it is the more important to be able to con duct an early diagnosis and treatmen t for the better prognosis.
9.Application study of multi-slice CT in distinguishing between benign parotid tumors and malignant parotid tumors
Acta Universitatis Medicinalis Anhui 2014;(3):374-377
Objective To explore the clinical value of multi-slice CT in distinguishing between benign parotid tumors and malignant parotid tumors. Methods CT scanning images of 72 parotid tumor patients were analyzed. The location, shape, density, edge, cystic necrosis and degree of enhancement of the tumors were analyzed, de-gree of cervical lymph node swelling were analyzed, and all the analysis results were compared to pathological re-sults. Results 80 lesions were diagnosed in tumors, among which 59(73. 8%) lesions were benign tumors and 21 (26. 2%) lesions were malignant tumors. The CT images of benign tumors showed that 42(71. 2%) of them were located in the superficial lobe and with regular shape and uniform density;62.7% of them had clear edge;57 . 6%of them showed mild or moderate enhancement. 2 cases of benign tumors presented cervical lymph node swelling, which were proved to be pathological inflammatory mass after operation. Whereas in the CT images of malignant tumors 12( 57. 1%) of them were located in the deep lobe or in both of the superficial lobe and the deep lobe. 15 (71. 4%) of them had irregular shape and uneven density. 81% of them had unclear edge. 71. 4% of malignant tumors were significantly enhanced. 9 cases of malignant tumor were with cervical lymph node metastasis. There was statistical difference between the shape, edge, density, cystic necrosis, degree of enhancement and cervical lymph node metastasis of the two groups of tumors(P<0.05), while the location and the degree of enhancement of the two groups of tumors showed no statistical difference ( P>0.05 ) . Conclusion Most of benign and malignant parotid tumors can be correctly diagnosed by analyzing multi-slice CT images.
10.A Clinical Study on Gut Barrier Function Change after Acute Intraperitoneal Hemorrhage
Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(06):-
12h interval from injury to operation had significantly higher concentration of plasma D-lactate and endotoxin at above metioned 4 time points. Plasma concentration of D-lactate and endotoxin in the last two groups declined to normal range at 72h after operation, while in the first two groups reduced to normal range before leaving hospital. Conclusion Acute intraperitoneal hemorrhage could damage gut barrier function, and injury degree was related with interval from injury to operation and blood loss amount.
