Objective:To investigate the clinical pharmaceutical care methods and promote rational drug use. Methods:The diag-nosis and treatment process of one patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were used as the examples, the pharmacists par-ticipated in selecting drugs, adjusting dosage and making individual regimen to carry out the pharmaceutical care in the whole treatment process, including observing curative effect, monitoring adverse reactions, implementing patient education, nutritional support, immu-notherapy and the effect evaluation. Results:Clinical pharmacists together with clinicians developed the treatment regimens for the pa-tient with the full implementation of pharmaceutical care, the effect was promising, and the patient recovered and discharged from hos-pital. Conclusion:Clinical pharmacists should implement pharmaceutical care for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the whole treatment process, which can reduce drug adverse reactions and interactions effectively, and play an important role in ra-tional and safe drug use.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(01):-
Experimental models were reproduced by injection of crude E. Coli. endotoxin into the abdominal cavity in rats. One handred and twenty-eight Wistr rats were -randomly divided into 3 groups: endotoxic shock ( ESG ) , group pretreated with psnasadiol saponin (ESPG) and control group(CG). It was found that 16h survival rate in ESPG was higher than that in ESG(P

Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(09):-
Objective To establish a safe and effective method for obtaining fetus of rhesus monkey. Methods The pregnant process of rhesus monkey was monitored by B ultrasonography, and the pregnant rhesus monkeys in different stages of pregnant were randomly chosen.Mifepristone was subcutaneously injected to pregnant rhesus while misoprostol was put to their posterior fornix. The efficacy of this method was evaluated by the results of bishop score, the rate of pregnancy termination and the quality of total RNA extracted from brain samples of rhesus fetus.ResultsThe scores of bishop score and rates of fetus delivery of experiment group were both higher than that of control group(P

AIM: To find a more efficient and accurate method for medical image enhancement to resolve the problem of low local contrast, which often appears in magnetic resonance (MR) images.METHODS: Based on the investigation into the previous methods, a new algorithm was presented. The main features were as follows: Non-dual was used in the morphological operations and addition instead of multiplication was used in the contrast stretching operations. To avoid some gray-level bias, the method of normalized gray-level under condition was proposed.RESULTS: The new algorithm was tested by real MR images and simulated experiments. Compared with the previous method, the new method is more accurate, faster and less sensitive to noise.CONCLUSION: Non-dual morphological operations can achieve local contrast enhancement in a more accurate way, and the gray level bias can be eliminated by normalization.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2015;42(22):1100-1102
Objective:To analyze the clinicopathological characteristics, diagnosis, and differential diagnosis of hepatic perivascu-lar epithelioid cell neoplasm (PEComa). Methods:The clinicopathological features of seven hepatic PEComa patients treated in Shanxi Cancer Hospital from March 2008 to March 2015 were studied with light microscopy and immunohistochemistry combined with litera-ture review. Results:The age range of the seven patients was 41-56 years old (median:51.5 years old). Two were males and five were females. Their histopathological subtypes were classic type (2/7), smooth muscle type (3/7), and fat type (2/7), respectively. Immunohis-tochemical study showed that HMB45 was positive in 7 cases, SMA and VIM were expressed in 6 cases, Melan A was positive in 5 cas-es, and Desmin was expressed in 2 cases. In addition, the mean proliferative index was 1.3%(range:0%-5%), and TFE3 was negative in all cases. Conclusion:Hepatic PEComa is a rare primary liver tumor. The diagnosis and treatment of this disease should be intensi-fied, and long-term close follow-up is necessary. Positive result for HMB45, Melan A, and SMA are the key features of PEComa.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2016;30(5):413-414
We present a rare case of dental foreign body from maxillary sinus in a 21-year woman who was hospitalized because of oral cavity and nasal sinus leak for 3 months when doing cheek-bulging action. Admission diagnosis :dental maxillary sinus"foreign body" (left); chronic maxillary sinusitis (left). Computed tomographic scan showed irregular high density shadow in the left maxillary sinus. The "foreign body" was removed via anteri- or prelacrimal recess approach, which was supposed to be the iatrogenic foreign body - alveolar bone.
