However, the breastfeeding rate in premature infants is still unsatisfactory so far, especially in those premature infants admitted to NICU in the early life. This article review promoting and hindering factors of breastfeeding in hospitalized premature infants from the following aspects:the characteristics of premature infants, the demographic and sociological characteristics, knowledge, beliefs, and psychological status of mothers, hospital policies and support, and family support.
4.The study on the proliferation and the apoptosis factors in vitro of Kölliker organ supporting cells in the cochlea of newborn rat.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2015;29(2):152-159
OBJECTIVE:
To study the apoptosis/proliferation of Kölliker organ supporting cells and to understand the prompting apoptosis factors in vivo in the supporting cells in the Kölliker organ by changing the environment of the cultured supporting cells in the Kliker organ in vitro, via the separation, culture and purification of the supporting cells in the K6lliker organ.
METHOD:
A combinatorial approach of enzymatic digestion and mechanical separation was employed to isolate and culture in vitro pure Kölliker organ supporting cells. The purity was tested by flow cytometry assay. And K6lliker organ supporting cells were harvested to detect the rate and cycle of apoptosis by flow cytometry after Annexin V/PI staining, to test the cell growth curve by MTT assay, and to observe the differential expressions of the Bcl-2, Caspase-3, Caspase-8 and Caspase-9 through the Realtime PCR and Western blot. The calcium, potassium and glutamate concentrations in the culture medium of these cells in vitro were changed to detect the survival rate of cells by MTT assay.
RESULT:
The purity of K6lliker organ supporting cells by flow cytometry assay was 96. 56%. And these cells showed no significant difference in apoptosis, but an evident linear growth. The results of Realtime PCR and Western blot showed that the expression of Bcl-2, Caspase-3, Caspase-8 and Caspase-9 mRNA and protein in all different time points kept stable. Furthermore, the elevation of extracellular Ca2+ might contribute to decrease the cell viability of supporting cells. And K+ participated regulation of cell viability in a concentration-depending way. However, glutamate appeared to be a protective factor in high concentration.
CONCLUSION
There is no significant apoptosis in vitro of the supporting cells in the Kölliker organ of rats, showing a linear growth. The Ca2+ in high concentration might contribute to the apoptosis factor of these cells. However, the K+ and glutamate appear to be protective factors in high concentration.

Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2016;36(4):179-181
Objective To survey the incidence of adverse reaction induced by traditional Chinese medicine injection and provide valuable suggestion for using traditional Chinese medicine injection. Methods Clinical data of 1860 patients who were under treatment of traditional Chinese medicine injection during January 2010 to December 2014 were studied to survey adverse reaction incidence, effected system-organs and risk factors of adverse reaction. Results Comparison of incidence adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medicine injection, Qingkailing injection adverse occurrence rate reached the highest 11.76% for all types, followed by Shenmai injection and Shuanghuanglian injection.Adverse reactions involving the organ and the performance was compared, adverse reactions mainly involved the organs for the skin and accessories, circulatory system, accounting for 56.15%, the incidence of adverse reactions of the rest of the organ system was less. Not determine the treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs, combined with injection, ultra treatment application and distribution of liquid static for a long time all differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05), leading to the main risk factors of the occurrence of adverse reactions. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine injections occurred and the incidence of adverse reactions was higher, wider range, organ involvement mainly skin and its appendages and circulatory system, not dialectical treatment and rational drug use is lead to adverse risk factors, actively preventment and timely treatment to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
6.Correlation between the changes in structure and function of cardiovascular and bone age index in children with left to right shunt congenital heart disease
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2014;(7):610-613
Objective To investigate the changes in bone age, and the correlation between the changes in structure and function of cardiovascular and bone age index in children with left to right shunt congenital heart disease (CHD) such as atrial septal defect (ASD), ventricular septal defect (VSD) and patent ductus arteriosus (PDA). Methods One hundred and thirty children diagnosed CHD had been enrolled, including 52 cases of ASD, 46 cases of VSD and 32 cases of PDA. The cardiac structure and function indicators had been detected by ultrasonic. The anteroposterior iflm of left hand and wrist had been taken. The bone age had been assessed according to“China children bone age score”atlas, and the bone age index (BAI) had been calculated. The differences of bone age among each group had been compared. The linear correlation of the cardiac structure and function indicators with BAI had been analyzed. Results The BAI was statistically different among ASD, VSD and PDA groups (P<0.05). The BAI of PDA group was higher than those of ASD and VSD groups (all P<0.05). The BAI was also statistically different among the groups with different pulmonary artery pressures (P=0.000). The BAI was higher in small defect size group than that in large defect size group (P=0.002). The defect size was negatively correlated with BAI in both ASD and VSD groups (r=-0.48, -0.54, all P<0.05), The pulmonary artery systolic pressure and pulmonary-to-systemic blood lfow ratio (QP/QS) were negatively correlated with BAI in ASD, VSD and PDA groups (r=-0.64--0.38,all P<0.05). Conclusion The bone age and BAI of children with left to right shunt CHD are signiifcantly lower than those of healthy children of the same age . The extent of bone age delay is related with PASP, defect size and shunt volume in children with left to right shunt CHD.
