1.Assessment on Equalization of Eseential Medical Services in Ningxia:Base on Theil Index
Chinese Health Economics 2014;(3):68-70
Objective: To measure the equalization of urban and rural essential medical services in Ningxia. Methods: To apply the Theil Index and its decomposition by using population as the weight and the distance as the weight of index of essential medical resource allocation. Results: Significant difference was found in urban and rural essential medical service in Ningxia, the contribution rate among regional differences was high. Conclusion: Non equivalence of essential medical service is serious between urban and rural areas in Ningxia. It is suggested to improve the quality of the rural medical staffs, implement the training and qualification appraisal system, set up a remote consultation system to increase the medical resource sharing, implement medical and health care policies and open essential medical function of essential medical services.

China Pharmacist 2015;(2):335-337
Objective:To investigate the stability of Zhiling Liumiao oral liquids. Methods: The active ingredients in Zhiling Li-umiao oral liquids were determined by HPLC, and the identification was studied by TLC. Meanwhile, the other indices including char-acter, relative density, pH and microbial limit were determined as well. Results:The active ingredients in Zhiling Liumiao oral liquids could be influenced by strong light, while the changes were within the range of the quality standards, and the samples were stable in the accelerated test and long-term test. Conclusion:The designs of preparation process and package are rational to keep the stability of the preparation. The shelf time may be set at 12 months.

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 2016;49(10):728-731
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of autologous epidermal grafting combined with narrow?band ultraviolet B(NB?UVB)radiation for the treatment of vitiligo, and to explore their possible action mechanisms. Methods Totally, 30 patients with vitiligo were randomly and equally divided into 2 groups:epidermal grafting group treated with autologous epidermal grafting alone, and combination group treated with both autologous epidermal grafting and NB?UVB radiation. Fifteen healthy volunteers served as the healthy control group. Enzyme?linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was performed to detect the levels of interleukin?18(IL?18), tumor necrosis factor?α(TNF?α)and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule?1 (sICAM?1) in interstitial fluid from the patients before and after the treatment, as well as from the healthy controls. Therapeutic effects were evaluated after 3?month treatment. Results Before the treatment, the epidermal grafting group and combination group both showed significantly increased levels of IL?18(0.985 ± 0.305μg/L, 1.008 ± 0.399μg/L, respectively), TNF?α(1.132 ± 0.313μg/L, 1.147 ± 0.474μg/L, respectively)and sICAM?1(1.215 ± 0.284μg/L, 1.221 ± 0.432μg/L, respectively)in interstitial fluid compared with the healthy control group(all P<0.01). The levels of the three cytokines in the combination group almost all returned to normal after the 3?month treatment. In addition, the combination group showed a significantly higher response rate compared with the epidermal grafting group(68.9%vs. 43.8%, P<0.05). Conclusion Immune abnormalities exist in local lesions of patients with vitiligo, and NB?UVB radiation can increase the success rate of epidermal grafting likely by regulating the body′s immune function.

China Pharmacist 2014;(9):1478-1480
Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Xiaoyan granules. Methods:The extraction process was optimized by orthogonal test with water volume, extraction times and extraction duration as the influencing factors. The dry extract rate and esculetin content were used as the evaluation indices. The dry extract rate was determined by drying method, and esculetin was determined by HPLC. Results:The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:water was 8 times of the medicinal materials, the decoction duration was 1. 5h with 3 extraction times. Conclusion:The optimized process of Xiaoyan granules is feasible and convenient, and the granules are qualified and stable.

Objective To investigate the spatio-temporal expression of P2X3 receptor ( P2X3R) in rats with diabetic mechanical allodynia ( DMA ) .Methods DMA model in rats was induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozocin ( STZ) .The von Frey filaments were applied to identify the changes of the paw withdrawal threshold ( PWT) in DMA rats.Immunofluorescence was employed to detect the spatio-temporal expression of P2X3R in the spinal dorsal horn (SDH), dorsal root ganglion (DRG) and hind paw skin on different time points after intraperitoneal injection of STZ , respectively. The protein expression of P2X3R in SDH and DRG was further semi-quantitatively analyzed by Western blotting. Results Compared with control group , intraperitoneal injection STZ induced significant mechanical allodynia indicated by the reduced PWT from 7 days, and which reached the peak on 14d and maintained to 28days (P<0.05). The expression of P2X3R in DRG neurons was significantly increased on 14 days and 21 days (P<0.05), while that in SDH and skin was markedly increased on 21 days and 28 days, compared with control group (P<0.05).Conclusion With the progress of DMA, the expression of P2X3R was significantly increased in the SDH, DRG and skin, which was almost parallel with the mechanical allodynia , but the changes in SDH and skin were 1 week later than that in DRG .These results suggest that P2X3R may play a key role in the maintenance of the DMA .

Journal of Practical Obstetrics and Gynecology 2010;26(1):40-43
Objective:The treatment of late pregnancy complicated with utedne leiomyoma was investigated.Methods:193 Cases of Iate pregnancy complicated with uterine leiomyoma from January 2003 to August 2008 were recruited in our hospital.According to the delivery route, size and subtype of fibroid, blood loss, operation hours and postoperative inpatient period were compared.Results:104 cases of pregnancy complicated with uterine leiomyoma were diagnosed before cesarean section(CS).No significant differences on blood losses and operation hours were found between CS group and CS+myomectomy group(P>0.05).The operation heurs of leiomyoma in corpus uteri was significantly shorter than leiomyoma in lower uterine segment and cervix(P=0.007).Leiomyoma bigger than 8 cm needed significantly Ionger operative hours and lose more blood than the smaller leiomyoma.Operation hours, blood loss and postoperative inpatient period were significantly different between submucous leiomyoma and subserosal leiomyoma(P<0.05).Conclusions:Pregnancy complicated with uterine leiomyoma should be diagnosed as early as possible.During cesarean section on when leiomyoma is bigger than 8 cm,locating at lower uterine segment or cervix or submucous, the treatment should be cautious.
