ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship of ovarian cancer and the ascites levels of TNF-α,and to determine the value of elevated TNF-α ascites level on discriminating the feature of ascites.MethodsAscites levels of TNF-α of 59 specimens of epithelial ovarian tumor,9 specimens of peritoneal primary serous papillary carcinoma (PPSPC) and 6 specimens of endometriosis cyst were detected via ELISA.ResultsAscites levels of TNF-α of patients with EOC,PPSPC,BOT were significantly higher than those with BET and EM,and they were related to the clinical stage,tissue differentiation,lymph node metastasis and volume of ascites.ConclusionAscites levels of TNF-α have the high sensitivity and specificity for diagnosis of ovarian cancer.It might be the tumor marker of ovarian cancer.

Objective To explore the application of partial least square regression model in the study of personality characteristics of the scientific personne1,to supply more reliable and scientific rationale to the training and intelligent use of scientific personne1 in colleges.Methods We took our survey by 114 scientific personnel from eight universities with NEO-PI-R(Revised NEO Personality Inventory).After the process of simplifying the NEO-PI-R,we need partial least square regression model to analyze.Results The results of the PLS analysis indicates the goodness-of-fit of the model was good,which opened out clearly and intuitively the connection between the items and five personality characteristics,the model could be used as theory reference for personnel department,research department and education department to consummate the training of scientific personne1 in colleges.Conclusion Partial least square regression model could be used to study personality characteristics of the scientific personne1 in colleges as statistic method appearing recently.

Objective To explore the real experience of patients with aortic dissection (AD) disease during the early phase of the disease. Methods Interpretation phenomenological analysis method was used in the study. Self- structured in- depth interviews were conducted with AD patients who were admitted to the hospital from November 2013 to February 2014, and combining the participation observation method to collect relevant data. Data were analyzed by content analysis. Results 16 cases were interviewed and four advanced themes were extracted: experience of disease symptoms; negative emotion; coping styles; the insight of life. Conclusions AD patients can produce complex psychological experiences when they are informed of the diagnosis because of the experience of pain, sudden critical illness, the role change and so on. Medical staff should pay attention to their psychological status and needs, take corresponding effective measures to promote the further treatment and their physical and psychological rehabilitation.

Objective To explore the efficacy of oppression hemostsis time on hemorrhage and patient comfort after carotid endarterectomy. Methods Patients with carotid artery stenosis from January 2014 to September 2015 were enrolled.The patients were divided into three groups according to oppression hemostasis time:control group for 24 hours,experimental group one for 12 hours,experimental group two for 6 hours.The outcomes were the incidence of hematoma,errhvsis,anxiety,and neck pain. Results No significant differences were observed in hematoma and errhysis among these three groups.The total scores of anxiety and neck pain of experimental group two were (51.43±8.18) points,(1.28±1.06) points,obviously surpassed the comparison group (56.64 ± 7.08) points,(2.31 ± 1.17) points,showed a significant decrease in two groups (t=2.96, 4.03, P<0.05). The total scores of anxiety and neck pain of experimental group one were (54.14±8.99) points,(1.97±0.97)points,showed no significant in compared with comparison groups(t=1.31, 1.32, P>0.05). Conclusions The preferred option for oppression hemostasis time is 6 hours that has an effective hemostasis with a favorable patient comfort.

Objective To evaluate retrospectively ECG -gating for the coronary angiography with MSCT. Methods 15 patients were studied with a multislice spiral CT on retrospective ECG -gating,0.5s rotation, and cardial segment reconstruction algorithm. Nine phases were chosen to reconstruct images of coronary arteries. Results In the 230 coronary artery segments,213 (91%)were best visualized at 70%. And 15 (6.4%), 9 (3.8%), and 3 (1.3%) were optimal at 80%, 40% , and 5% of the cycle respectively. Conclusion The coronary arteries usually are best visualized at 70% image reconstruction window of the cardial cycle.

Objective:To prepare bryostatins freeze-dried liposomes and to establish a quality standard for the liposomes.Methods: Film dispersion technique was used to encapsulate bryostatins with liposomes.Chloroform was taken as the solvent and was volatilized by revolving.Emulsification was performed with the probe after hydration,then the supporting agent was added for freeze drying.An RP-HPLC method was developed to determine the freeze-dried liposome content.The separation was performed with a Agilent C_(18) Column and the mobile phase was methanol-water in gradient elution 7525(0-38 min),(73.726.3)(38-45 min),7921(45-48 min) by a flow rate of 1.5 ml/min,with the UV detector set at 228 nm.Zetasizer was used to determine the size of liposomes and the entrapment efficiency was determined with centrifugal ultrafilter.Results: The freeze-dried liposomes were homogeneous and the mean diameter was 0.423 ?m.The standard curve was linear over the range of 44-220 ?g/ml,r=0.999 8.The intra-day and inter-day RSDs were less than 2.0%.The recoveries of the high,middle and low concentrations(88,110,and 132 ?g/ml) were 100.8%,98.4%,and 100.9%,respectively.The detection limit was 4.4 ng,the quantitation limit was 17.6 ng,and the entrapment efficiency was 98.68%.Conclusion: The film dispersion technique is(suitable) for preparation of bryostatins liposomes.The method in this study is easy-to-use,accurate,and with good(repeatability.)

Objective To investigate the degree of health knowledge and needs for health education of urban and rural inhabitants in Tianjin, and to study strategy of health education and health promotion in community. Methods Using a questionnaire survey, 900 inhabitants were investigated on their health knowledge, behavior, access to knowledge, and health education needs. Objective To explore the relationship between parental marital quality and depressive behavior in children.Methods Using the method of stratified cluster random sampling,1 311 mothers whose children were 4 to 7 from Shenzhen' s kindergartens were randomnly selected and filled out Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist(CBCL 4/16) and Chinese Marital Quality Questionnaire.The survey results were analyzed using SPSS statistical package.Results ①In 1 311 children,the detection rate of depressive behavior was 3.28％ (43/1 311).Based on the detection rate,the difference of children depressive behavior was not statistically significant between the gender(x2=2.860,P＞0.05),but was statistically significant among different ages(x2 =17.146,P＜0.01).Increasing depressive behavior was observed with age.②The normal group of behavioral and emotional development was better than the group which had depressive behavior in marital quality(63.65±14.86) and 10 indicators of marital quality including personality magnanimous(6.03± 1.49),communication of couple(6.04± 1.48) and family roles (6.03± 1.48).There were statistical significances in marital quality(t=4.415,P＜0.05) and its 10 indicators,which was communication of couple(t=4.891,P＜ 0.05),conflict resolution (t=4.229,P＜0.05) and leisure activities(t=4.084,P＜0.05),were showed significant differences between the two groups.③The relationship between parental marital quality and depressive behavior in children were negatively correlated(r=-0.070--0.352).The better marital quality,the lower incidence of children depressive behavior,and the impact of marital quality for younger children was more significant.④In the indicators of the marital quality,communication of couples(B=-0.318,P＜0.01),and attitude towards offspring and marriage(B=-0.275,P＜0.01) could predict children depressive behavior.Conclusion It is important to improve marital quality and creat harmonious family spiritual enviromnent for reducing the incidence of children's depressive behavior.

Objective To study the safety and efficacy of intraoperative implanting slow-released 5-Fu after hepatectomy in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods 59 HCC patients undergoing hepatectomy from January 2008 to January 2009 were divided into two groups:to receive slowrelaesed 5-Fu in treatment group and nothing in control group.Postoperatively no patients in both group took chemotherapy.The serous value of WBC,ALT,AST,TBIL and AFP were measured in all cases on 1 day before and 3 weeks after the operation.During the first six months,AFP was measured and imaging studies were done one month after discharge,and every 3 months since then.CT-guided biopsy was used to confirm the recurrence of HCC. Disease-free survival rate and overall survival rate in two groups calculated respectively 6-,12-,18- and 24-months after the operation. Results The serous value of WBC,ALT,AST,TBIL was not different between treatment group and control group 3 weeks after the operation (separately t =0.801,- 0.854,- 1.948,- 0.503,all P ＞ 0.05).AFP was (361.58 ± 431.06) μg/L,( 17.02 ± 15.55 ) μg/L,(43.61 ± 58.03 ) μg/L in treatment group and (495.50 ± 441.63 ) μg/L,(26.82 ±60.46) μg/L,(127.48 ±229.79) μg/L in control group preoperatively,3 weeks and 6 months after the operation.AFP was lower in treatment group than that in control group ( t =- 2.065,P ＜ 0.05 ).The disease-free survival rate in treatment group was 95.8％,91.7％,79.2％,75.0％ at 6-,12-,18- and 24-months after the operation,in control group it was 94.3％,71.4％,60.0％,48.6％ ( x2 =4.035,P ＜0.05).The overall survival rate was respectively 100％,95.8％,91.7％,83.3％ in treatment group and was 100％,94.3％,77.1％,60.0％ in control group( x2 =3.931,P ＜0.05).Conclusions Intraoperativeimplanting slow-released 5-Fu during the hepatectomy was safe and effective method to reduce the recurrence rate of hepatocellular carcinoma and prolongs postoperative disease free and overall survival in HCC patients undergoing hepatectomy.
