Objective To explore the effect of hydrocolloid dressing on nasal continuous positive airway pressure(N-CPAP)?Methods Five hundred newborns in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 undergoing N-CPAP were randomly divided equally into the control group and the observation group? In the former, rhinobyon was used but it was loosen every 1 to 2 hours so that the local skin was kneadvation? In the observetion group, the hand-cut hydrocolloid dressing was used to prevent complications? The two groups were compared in terms of the incidence of skin complications and the satisfaction degree from their families? Result During N-CPAP,the observation group was significantly better in the incidence of skin complications and the satisfaction degree than the control group(all P < 0?05)? Conclusion Hydrocolloid dressing during N-CPAP has better efficacy in reducing the complication of the perirhinal skin?

Objective Investigate the effects of early application of noninvasive respiratory support on very low birth weight infant(VLBWI). Method A total of 65 VLBWI(born during September 2015 to September 2016 with 28-32 weeks gestational age;1000 g ≤ birth weight < 1500 g;exclusion of combination with congenital deformity)were randomly divided into the early application of noninvasive respiratory support as observation group (n = 33) and the application of endotracheal intubation with gen respiratory support as control group (n = 32). Comparison of two groups was carried out by SPSS in terms of incidence of endotracheal intubation,BPD,pulmonary infection, pneumothorax, and necrotizing enterocolitis, together with rescue ratio, total oxygenation time and hospitalization. Results No significant difference was found on incidence of pneumothorax, necrotizing enterocolitis and rescue ratio between two groups. The incidence of endotracheal intubation,BPD,pulmonary infection and total oxygenation time was markly decreased in observation group. Conclusion Early application of noninvasive respiratory support benefits VLBWI via reducing incidence of endotracheal intubation,BPD,pulmonary infection, total oxygenation time.

OBJECTIVETo observe the effect of Zhitiaokang capsule (ZTK) on serum insulin-like growth factor-2 (IGF-2) in patients with hyperlipidemia (HLP).
METHODSPatients with HLP were randomly divided into the treated group (n = 124) and the control group (n = 62), they were treated by ZTK and Zhibituo tablet respectively for 8 weeks as one therapeutic course. The changes of blood lipids and serum IGF-2 before and after treatment were observed.
RESULTSZTK could significantly reduce blood lipids and increase serum content of IGF-2.
CONCLUSIONZTK could improve the insulin resistant status and inhibit the development of hyperlipidemia in patients by means of raising serum content of IGF-2 and suppressing vascular endothelial cell apoptosis.
