105 copies/mL would develop liver-related complications, such as cirrhosis, hepatocellular carcinoma and liver failure. Available evidences indicate that control of HBV replication with antiviral drugs can decrease the incidence of these complications and mortality.

Objective To study the influence of Langchuang Ⅱ,a Chinese medicinal compound formula,on Th1/TH2cytokines of MRL/lpr lupus mice. Methods Forty MRL/lpr mice with spontaneous systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) were randomized into blank control group,LangchuangⅡgroup(in the dose of 20 g?kg-1?d-1),prednisone group(in the dose of 6 mg?kg-1?d-1),and the combination group(LangchuangⅡand prednisone). After medication for 8 continuous weeks,Flowcytomix technology was used for the detection of different kinds of serum Th1/Th2 cytokines. Results Compared with the blank control group, serum granulocyte-macrophage colony-forming unit(GM-CSF) level was decreased in the combination group(P0.05);IL-4,IL-5 and IL-10 were all decreaed in the medication groups, and the decrease of IL-10 was obvious in the combination group(P

Objective We investigated the expression profile of cancer related genes in hMSCs co-cultured with U251 glioma cells, to evaluate the risk of malignant transformation of hMSCs in glioma environment. Methods hMSCs were co-cultured with U251 glioma cells for 5 days and the expression profile of cancer-related genes were investigated by using microarray assay, followed by Real-time quantitative RT-PCR and Western blot. Results Of the 440 cancer-re?lated genes covered by Oligo GEArray Human Cancer Microarray OHS-802, SPINT2, TK1, STC1, MMP1, CCND1, SORT1, SEPT6, CDC20, SHB, CDK5, RELA, XRCC4, KIT, CTPS, CAPNS1 and ETV6 were significantly upregulated (>3-fold) whereas none was downregulated in hMSCs co-cultured with U251 glioma cells. The upregulation of oncogenes KIT, CAPNS1, TK1, MMP1, CCND1, CDC20, RELA and STC1 in co-cultured hMSCs were confirmed by Real-time quan? titative RT-PCR. The upregulation of protein expression of oncogenes KIT, MMP1, CCND1 and RELA were detected by Western blot. Conclusion The present study demonstrates that co-culture of hMSCs with human glioma cells leads to up?regulation of some important oncogenes in hMSCs, indicating the tumorigenic potential of hMSCs in glioma environment.

Objective:To analyze of hot spots and cutting-edge dynamic researches on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatment for atopic dermatitis (AD).Methods:The data were abstracted from the literature of AD from CNKI, VIP and WanFang database, during January 1st, 2000 to May 31st, 2021. CiteSpace was used to map Knowledge and visualize information on the law, research hot spots and trendency of TCM in the treatment of atopic dermatitis in recent 20 years. Results:A total of 478 articles were included, mainly from TCM colleges and universities in various provinces. Most of the cooperative institutions have subsidiary relationships, and there is less cross-agency and cross-regional cooperation. Hot research topics included AD, clinical research, TCM therapy, TCM syndrome differentiation, compound Glycyrrhizin, TCM external treatment, and TCM formular, forming 8 main clusters. Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine was the developing trend in the treatment of AD, and the establishment of animal models to evaluate the therapeutic effect is the research frontier. Conclusion:Knowledge mapping can show the evolution path, research hotspot and frontier of TCM in the treatment of AD, and lay a foundation for high quality researches.

Objective:To analyze the horizontal scientific research projects from 2015 to 2019 by the provincial Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in China, and to compare the regional differences, in order to provide the suggestion on the scientific management of CDC.Methods:The horizontal scientific research projects from 2015 to 2019 were retrospectively analyzed by questionnaire survey. Multiple linear regression models were adopted to examine the trend, and variance analyses were used to test the differences in horizontal scientific research projects among the Eastern, Central, and Western regions. Results:From 2015 to 2019, provincial CDC have received RMB 124.3 million of horizontal scientific research project funds totally, of which 51.9% were funded by enterprises, and 86.9% were undertaken by provincial CDC themselves. There were no statistical significance in the change of research project funds obtained by provincial CDC ( F=0.46, P = 0.764) during this period. The number of horizontal scientific research projects undertook or participated by provincial CDC in the Eastern region were more than that of the Central and Western region ( F = 5.85, P = 0.004; F = 5.03, P = 0.008). Conclusions:The horizontal scientific research projects obtained by the provincial CDC remained stable in recent years while distribution was unbalanced in the region areas. It is suggested to innovate the management mode of scientific research projects with strengthening the trans-agency, trans-department and trans-regional cooperation.
