1.Study on the Informed Consent Right of Patients with Mental Disorders
Chinese Medical Ethics 2016;29(4):690-693
Mental Health Law has specify the mental disorder patients’ informed consent right, but in practice, the problems, the mental health status of patients, namely the families’ right of subrogation exercise,“loss of self-control or deny having mental disorder”, have prevented the exercising of informed consent right. Therefore,it is necessary to effectively solve this plight of rebuilding a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients,estab-lishing mentally disordered patients’ right to advance directives, especially choosing the instrument of assessing the individual’ s capacity to consent.

Objective To investigate the regulative effect of interferon gamma (INF?) on the expression of platelet-derived endothelial cell growth factor / thymidine phosphorylase (PD-ECGF/TP) and its relation with the anti-cancer effect of 5′-deoxy-5-fluorouridine (5'DFUR) and 5-fluorouracil (5FU) in T24 bladder cancer cells. Methods PD-ECGF/TP mRNA and protein expressions were determined by RT-PCR and Western blot, respectively.Cytotoxicity of 5′DFUR,5FU or mitomycin C (MMC) against T24 cells was evaluated by MTS assay. Results The expressions of PD-ECGF/TP mRNA and protein were concomitantly elevated in T24 cells after INF? treatment. And INF? decreased IC 50 s of 5′DFUR [from (16.0? 3.6 )mmol/L to (6.2?0.9)mmol/L,( P

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2015;(8):585-587
The paper, based on a review of the reform of state-owned enterprises, and of the duty positioning and supervision of state-owned assets management committee, described experiences of Shanghai Hospital Development Center (SHDC ) in learning from such reforms. Centering onappropriate separation of ownership and power of management and defining public hospitals as key player of state-owned assets,SDHD explored to build a state-owned assets investor system conforming to the institutional positioning, assets category and operating targets of such hospitals. This way a state-owned assets management mode is gradually set up,featuring to make regulations beforehand,to supervise in the course and to supervise afterwards.

Objective To observe the effects of continuous blood purification(CBP) on extravascular lung water and permeability index in patients with severe extrapulmonary acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDSexp). Methods Fifteen patients with severe ARDSexp were treated with CBP.The level of extravascular lung water index (EVLWI) and pulmonary vascular permeability index (PVPI) was measured before and after treatment, and at the same time the changes of inflammatory indicators were recorded. Results Compared with that before treatment,EVLWI and PVPI was decreased obviously after treatment (P < 0.01),the level of C-reactive protein and interleukin 6 (IL-6),calcitonin and systemic inflammatory response syndrome score and the acute physiology and chronic health Ⅱ score was significantly decreased (P < 0.01).Conclusion CBP can improve the level of EVLWI,PVPI and inflammatory indicators and also the prognosis of severe ARDSexp.

Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2001;29(3):271-275
This is the first report of the sensitizing effect of cation surfactant on the enhanced resonance light scattering (RLS) resulted from the interaction of organic dyes with Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA). On the conditions of pH 10.4 ~11.8 and ionic strength being less than 0.050, the interaction of brilliant green (BG) with DNA results in enhanced RLS signals at 398.0 and 467.2 nm overloaded some shoulder peaks in the enhanced region. It was found that the interaction was sensitized by the presence of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB). If 2.0~3.2×10-5 mol/L CMAB was used in the interacting medium, DNA in the range of 0~1.2 (mg/L could be detected with the limit of detection being less than 5 μg/L. Four synthetic samples were analyed with reproducibility

Objective To explore the effects of magnesium valprote on behaviors and lipid peroxidation of brain in chronic stress depression mice. Methods 40 male mice were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, amitriptyline control group and magnesium valprote group, and.10 mice each group.Except normal control group, other groups were separated one mouse in each box and exposed to 21 days chronic unpredictable stressors, and the mice of normal control group were fed in a box and stress-free.During the stress, the mice of amitriptyline control group were applied amitriptyline(0.2 mg/10g) by intragastric every day, magnesium valprote group were given intragastrically magnesium valprote (0.8 mg/10g), and the mice of model and normal control group were administrated with normal sodium of the same volume by the same method. On 7th, 14th,21st day, all mice weight were weighed and weight gain was calculated. The ethology examination was performed by using jigglecage connected with Biology Function Experiment System and experiment of sucrose solution consumption after the chronic stress. At the end of experiment, all mice were killed, and then their brains were removed and made into brain homogenate. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in brain homogenate were analyzed by spectrophotometry. Results Compared with model group, magnesium valprote group were increased on locomotor activity number(97.50 ± 20.54,302.30± 39.04, t = 31.1432, P < 0.01 ), sucrose solution consumption ( ( 15.30 ± 3.60 ) ml, ( 23.70 ± 4.45 ) ml, t =9.8446, P<0.01) ,body weight gain(( 10.56 ± 1.53)g,( 12.63 ±2.12)g, t=5.3113, P=0.007) ,the activity of SOD( t =3.8428, P=0.004) ,and GSH-Px( t= 3.4143, P=0.007), but decreased on irritation number( t =17.1370, P < 0.01 ) and the content of MDA( t= 11.0778, P = 0.002).Conclusion Magnesium valprote can ameliorate behavior impairment of chronic stress-induced depression mice, and the observed antidepressant-like effects may be related to inhibition lipid peroxidation of mice brain.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2014;37(16):46-48
Objective To study the relationship between cardiovascular diseases (CVD) and ischemia modified albumin (IMA) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Methods Ninety-six patients with T2DM were selected as T2DM group retrospectively, and 60 cases of healthy physical examination were selected as control group, the patient' s medical history data were collected, the IMA was detected and Doppler ultrasound examination was performed. The relationship between serum IMA level and some laboratory parameters were analyzed. Results Twenty-eight cases (29.2%,28/96) occurred CVD among 96 cases of T2DM patients. The level of IMA in T2DM group was higher than that in control group [(58.25 ± 11.84) kU/L vs.(23.38 ± 6.41) kU/L],there was significant difference (P < 0.05).The levels of IMA in T2DM combined with CVD group (28 cases) and T2DM not combined with CVD group (68 cases) were(91.46 ± 13.63),(47.91 ± 9.38) kU/L; the level of IMA in T2DM combined with CVD group was higher than that in T2DM not combined with CVD group and control group, there was significant difference (P < 0.05).All patients completed echocardiography,Spearman correlation analysis between IMA and echocardiography indicators showed that the level of IMA was positively correlated with left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (r =0.546,P =0.031),interventricular septal thickness (r =0.427,P =0.039),posterior wall diameter of left ventricle at end-diastolic (r =0.582,P =0.026) and left venifieular mass index (r =0.339,P =0.042),and IMA was negatively correlated with ejection fraction of left ventricle (r =-0.561,P =0.024).Multivariable Logistic regression analysis showed that IMA,high-sensitivity C reactive protein, diabetes duration, fasting blood glucose levels were independent risk factors for CVD.Conclusions Serum IMA level is significantly higher in T2DM patients.IMA level is a related risk factor for CVD.
