1.Recent progress in the study of cyclodextrin-based environment sensitive hydrogel.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2010;45(8):960-5
This is a review of recent progress in the study on environment sensitive hydrogel based on cyclodextrin and their most recent and relevant applications in the intelligent drug delivery systems. Based on relevant literatures, the development of environment sensitive hydrogel responsive to physical, chemical and biochemical stimuli was introduced, involving their categorization, design principles, mechanism of action and potential application. Various new types of intelligent drug delivery system, which responds to various triggers, could be constructed by using the cyclodextrin-based environment sensitive hydrogel. They made it possible to control the drug release freely. Although these hydrogels are still at their research stage, they have attracted considerable interest in the intelligent drug delivery system.
2.The cancer genome anatomy project: building a bioinformatics index in cancer research fields
China Oncology 2001;0(03):-
National Cancer Institute initiated the project of building the cancer genome anatomy project in order to find a series of indices to retrieve information about genes, proteins and other biological markers related to cancers in 1996.At present, the project has been speeded up with the help of advances in the development of bioinformatics that could provide enormous biological information.Several bioinformations techniques that are commonly used include: Expressed Sequence Tags,Unigene,Serial Analysis of Gene Expression and Digital Differential Display. Each method has its own advantages, which together make up the bioinformatics technology. In this article,we reviewed the application of bioinformatics in cancer research and predict its trend.
3.Construction of a patient-centered hospital information management system
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(07):-
Since hospital information management has been constructed and applied in many hospitals. In most case the running of the system has been focused on technology and equipment, this paper discussed some important issues on the service capability that system offers. The key issue is how to use the information management system with two functions i.e provide information supporting medical care and to help patients receiving the health care and medication.

Chinese Health Economics 2014;(3):78-79
To develop scientific and reasonable item prices of traditional chinese medical services, traditional Chinese medicine item of The National Medical Service Price Project Standards (2012 Edition) (abbreved as National Standard (2012 Edition)) is the object of research, the problems in docking “national standard(2012 Edition)” and the current Beijing medical service is analyzed, the ideas and measurements to regulate the items of traditional Chinese medical based on the National Standard(2012 Edition) is discussed.
6.Effect of alpha thioctic acid combined with mecobalamin in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2014;37(19):21-23
Objective To evaluate the effect of alpha thioctic acid combined with mecobalamin in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods Ninety patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were divided into observation group and control group by random digits table method with 45 cases each. The patients in observation group received alpha thioctic acid combined with mecobalamin treatment, and patients in control group received alpha thioctic acid treatment only. All patients were treated for 3 weeks. The clinical manifestation and electromyography effects were observed and compared after treatment. Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group [93.3%(42/45) vs.55.6% (25/45)],and there was statistical difference (P < 0.05).The sensory conduction velocity of common peroneal nerve after treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group [(49.5 ± 3.2) m/s vs.(40.2 ± 2.9) m/s],and there was statistical difference (P < 0.05).The sensory conduction velocity of median nerve, the motor conduction velocity of median nerve and common peroneal nerve had no significant differences between two groups (P > 0.05).No adverse reaction happened during and after treatment. Conclusion Alpha thioctic acid combined with mecobalamin may improve the clinical efficacy of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
7.MicroRNAs and intraocular cancer
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2014;32(4):376-379
MicroRNAs are approximately 22 nt non-coding RNAs,which belong to a class of regulatory RNAs.MicroRNAs are determined to be involved in the expression of gene and oncogenesis with remarkable tissue specificity. The study of the microRNAs opens a new era for the understanding of small non-coding RNAs.Intraocular cancer is a complex of genetic diseases caused by abnormalities of gene structure and expression, moreover, expression of microRNAs is associated with intraocular cancer and they could have a crucial function in tumor progression. Here the emerging knowledge of microRNAs contributing to intraocular cancer was briefly reviewed.

9.Research progress of bacterial endotoxin detection methods
Chinese Journal of Biologicals 2023;36(3):368-
As a powerful pyrogen substance, bacterial endotoxin in small amounts can cause many serious effects on human health and would cause fever, microcirculation disorders, endotoxemia, endotoxin shock, diffuse intravascular coagulation and even death. Therefore,it is very important to detect endotoxin in pharmaceutical products. In recent years, due to overfishing of horseshoe crab and environmental deterioration, the number of horseshoe crab in China is decreasing rapidly. It has been listed as the second-class protected animal in China, and the traditional endotoxin detection methods of limulus amoebocyte lysate will be replaced gradually. With the deepening of research,a series of rapid, sensitive and accurate methods for endotoxin detection have been developed. This paper reviews various endotoxin detection methods, focusing on their innovations such as recombinant factor C method and biosensor method, and elaborates their advantages, disadvantages and development trends with the hope that new detection technologies will be more widely developed and applied.

Chinese Journal of Radiology 2014;48(8):670-673
Objective To present the CT and MRI findings of the fibrous dysplasia(FD) of the spine. Methods CT and MRI findings were retrospectively evaluated in 19 cases of FD of spine, all of which were confirmed pathologically.Nineteen patients underwent CT plain scanning(19/19) and 5 had enhanced CT scanning(5/19).Patients were also examined by MRI plain scan(11/11) or MRI enhanced scan (6/11).The location of tumors, the type of bone destruction, the boundary of lesions, internal intensity or signal, the enhancement pattern of lesions, and presence of compression fractures, spinal deformity were observed.Result Nine cases had monostotic FD,while 10 had polyostotic FD.In all the 49 lesions of 19 cases,13 lesions were located in the cervical vertebrae,23 lesions in the thoracic vertebrae,11 lesions in lumbar vertebrae, and 2 lesions in sacral vertebrae.Thirty-three lesions involved both vertebral body and appendix.Pure osteolysis were found in 26 lesions on CT examinations.Peripheral osteosclerosis rims (41/49) and expansive lesions(32/49) were seen.Residual bone crest(28/49) and ground-glass opacity(23/49)were noted.Different degrees of vertebral compression were found in 19 lesions.Five patients had spinal deformity. On T1WI,14 lesions showed intermediate or low signal, and 10 lesions presented as heterogeneous signal. On T2WI,6 lesions had low signal intensity,4 lesions were noted as hyperintensive, and 14 lesions presented as heterogeneous signal.Multiple fluid-fluid levels were found in 1 lesion.Low signal rims were seen in 14 lesions.Twenty lesions of 11 patients had significant enhancement. Conclusion Expansive pattern,ground-glass opacity, peripheral osteosclerosis rims and significant enhancement were helpful findings for the diagnosis of spinal FD.
