2.Ebola virus infection
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2015;22(4):217-218
Ebola, known as Ebola hemorrhagic fever,is caused by infection with a virus of the fami-ly Filoviridae, genus Ebolavirus. Ebola is circulating in some of the west Africa countries and causing outb-reacks and epidemic with high mortality. The virus can be spread in humans by direct contact with blood or body fruit of infected one through broken skin or mucous membranes. The virus can not be spread by air or water. The symptoms of Ebola include fever, severe headache, muscle pain,weakness,fatigue,diarrhea,vomi-ting,abdominal( stomach) pain and unexplained hemorrhage. Symptoms of Ebola and complications are trea-ted as they appear. Recovery from Ebola depends on good supportive care and the patient′s immune response. Those people recovered from Ebola developed antibodies against Ebola virus and last long period. No ap-proved vaccine or medicine is available for Ebola.

5.Enalapril increases synaptophysin expression in the hippocampus of streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(12):-
Objective To explore the effects of enalapril on spatial learning and memory, and to identify synaptophysin expression in hippocampus of streptozotocin-diabetic rats. Methods Forty rats were randomly divided into control group, diabetic model group and the enalapril treatment group.Streptozotocin-diabetic rat model was developed. The diabetic rats were treated with enalapril for 12 weeks. Then, the learning and memory abilities of rats were tested with Morris water maze;mRNA and protein expression of synaptophysin in hippocampus was detected by RT-PCR and immunostaining. Results Compared with diabetic model group, the enalapril treatment group showed a significant decrease in the mean time of escape latencies(P
6.Evaluation and Analysis of Unreasonable Medicine Use:132 Inpatient Prescriptions of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2014;(12):119-120,121
Objective To review and analyze unreasonable medicine use of TCM injections in inpatient prescriptions in our hospital; To provide reference for reasonable clinical medicine use. Methods According to instructions and requirements in “basic principles for TCM injections in clinical use”, 132 cases (01. 2013-05. 2013) of TCM injections following the doctors’ advice in the hospital were reviewed and analyzed. Results Problems in unreasonable medicine use of TCM injections mainly concentrated in incompatibility, unsuitable solvent, and unsuitable indications, etc. Conclusion TCM injections in clinical use in the hospital showed some cases containing unreasonable medicine use. Therefore, effective intervention should be taken to regulate medicine use and promote TCM injections in clinical application, in order to make it safer, more reasonable, and more effective and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.

8.Effect of the apoptosis in pancreatic carcinoma
Journal of Clinical Surgery 2000;0(06):-
Objective In order to investigate the effect of apoptisis in pancreatic carcinoma. Methods The number of the apoptotic cells was examined by in situ end labeling in 32 pancreatic carcinoma and 14 chronic pancereatitis. Results The number of apoptosis in chronic pancreatitis was significantly lower than that in pancreatic carcinoma(P

Chinese Journal of Digestion 2014;34(7):463-466
Objective To elucidate the correlation between Chinese patients with Crohn's disease (CD) and Mycobacterium avium subspecies paratuberculosis (MAP) infection. Methods The peripheral blood of 73 patients with CD (ileocolon type) and 40 healthy individuals was obtained. The monocyte layer was isolated for MAP culture. The growth of bacteria colony in the culture tube was observed every two weeks and totally for 16 weeks.By the end of culture, specific DNA of MAP (IS900) in the culture tube was detected by nested polymerase chain reaction.ANOVA was performed for measurement data analysis and chi square test was used for count data. Results After cultured for 16 weeks,no bacteria colony of MAP had been observed in 113 mycobacteral growth indicator tube (MGIT).No IS900 had been detected in the peripheral blood of all patients with CD and all healthy controls. Conclusion MAP is not correlated with the pathogenesis of CD (ileocolon type) in Chinese patients.
